I can not say enough good things about Vince. I have lived in Florida for 18 months. I started with this Company and he is who comes to my house. He is personable, friendly and very very thorough. Pest Control Solutions has been doing our general pest control for several years, and we have been very pleased. In addition, during this last year they also trapped an armadillo for us. We had continued to maintain our existing annual termite contract with another company, but this year had termites swarm out of a beam in our front patio. I have far more faith in Pest Control Solutions, and after a minimal treatment from our existing termite contract provider decided it was time to move the last piece of pest control to Julian and his team. A team of 3 came out and worked all day to complete the job, and I went out to see how everything looked. Although everything was completed as expected, I was very disappointed to see how the job looked on the lanai. I called Julian to let him know that I had a problem with the result, and they came out and remedied the problem. It is a testament to their quality of service that they even do wrong right.

They are very knowledgeable, neat, and polite. They know what they are doing. They were quick to come out whenever I called them. I never had any problems with them.

The price and the fact that they come out whenever I need them stands out.

Shout-out to Hunter for a great job! Hunter arrived exactly as scheduled. He went room to room applying pest control in power outlets, light switches and under sinks. Next he completed the garage and attic. He finished with the exterior (around the house & yard). Even thought this is my 4th year with them, Hunter explained everything he was doing. As part of the yearly service, they will come back in 6 months to re-treat the exterior. I have seen some comments about the cost, but when you look at the cost on a monthly basis it is very reasonable (at least in my area). Additionally, I only have to be home once a year to have the service versus monthly with other companies. I was skeptical of yearly service here in Florida, but it really has worked.

We renewed our yearly contract with them in July of this year. They respond if I have any acute problems, but I haven't had any acute problems that I have had to call them in for. There are certain things that you have to pay extra for, but for the most part it is included.

They showed up on time and were very professional. When they gave me the bill it was $100 higher than it was in previous years. I didn't realize it until I recorded the check in Quicken later, so I sent them an e-mail but got no response. When they made a follow-up call I asked again and they told me they would get back to me. I finally had to call again and they told me I had some type of promo deal last year that saved me $100 but they grandfathered me in at the new price. The service is good but shop their cost, it is bvery high for pest treatment.

Julian and his crew do an excellent job always. We have used this service for several years and are always pleased with the outstanding job provided. He is very responsive to any questions and services needed.

Used them for the first time in 2014 and got a discount off their annual price through Angie's List. When it was time to renew, I called to see if they could give me a better rate and they worked with me to meet in the middle. They are definitely not the cheapest option out there, but I'm sold by their professionalism and the fact that my house was bug free for a year! Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Phone was answered on my first call and we were able to schedule an appointment for 3 days later. March Hockey showed up on time and was very professional in explaining what he was doing. Spent time going from room to room making sure he was getting all the necessary outlets and then went outside to spray. Closing out was easy as everything is paperless!

Ron was on time, very thorough and able to answer all of my questions. The best service I have had in ages-I will be using them for my pest control in the future.

Julian and his staff are the best. Since using this company my home is free of palmetto bugs. Living in the North East section we have a fruit rat problem, but they are always on top of the situation. Vince ( who I understand is the best "rat man") came out and checked the exterior of the house and pinpointed where the access points might be (for the rats to come in). Julian is also in touch with many contractors to help fix any problems in the home. They are very reliable and come when scheduled. Iian was the first to come out and treat the house for any bugs. He was very professional and did a very thorough job of treating the inside and outside of house. I had the pleasure of meeting Marc today, when he came out to recheck the attic for critters. again he was very professional and thorough. I have been using Pest Control Solutions for over 3 years now and would recommend them to anyone who has a bug or critter problem.
