Description of Work: We recently relocated & searched for a great tree service, after meeting with several we decided on St. Pete & Pinellas Tree Service. Mike & his guys showed up early & ready to work, very professional & each one was extremely nice, GREAT group of guys. The work that was completed looks amazing & we couldn't have asked for a better job. Once complete, everything was cleaned up like they were never here except for our gorgeous trees. We have received so many compliments now & are constantly recommending Mike & the guys. We will be back for sure!

Description of Work: I was not there at the time of the tree trim. It looks great in pictures. They did the service in a short period of time with no supervision and they did an excellent clean up job. The neighbors were surprised when it was done and really liked the way it looked.

Description of Work: "A tree on our property was lifting the deck of our pool area so we consulted with the city arborist to get permission to remove it. We then interviewed several companies to get estimates and decided to use St Pete & Pinellas Tree Service because Mike Said impressed us as being the most knowledgeable and best communicator. His estimate, although not the lowest we received, was reasonable. He showed up on time to do the work and as his team worked on taking down the first tree, Mike brought our attention to a second tree on our property which was unstable. It is one we had wanted to get rid of because we thought it might also be contributing to the pool deck problem, but the city arborist would not approve of removing it when he visited us the first time. However, on the day the crew was removing the first tree from our property, Mike Said called the city arborist and asked him to come over so he could show him the problem while he was still on the property with his team and equipment and after a demonstration of how weak the 80 foot tree was, the city arborist then agreed to allow us to cut down the second tree. |The crew was courteous and willing to answer questions as they went along and cleaned up very well when the job was finished - all in one day! | |We would gladly refer St Pete & Pinellas Tree Service to our friends and family and, in fact, we called a family member that same day to share the contact information."

+ -1 moreWhen I called Mike Said this morning (Tuesday, 3/31) I was on my way to work and in a hurry. I briefly explained that I had a newly sodded yard and needed an overgrown oak tree trimmed/thinned to allow light to shine through onto the grass. I asked him how quickly I could get an estimate as I was having company this weekend and wanted to get this work done before Saturday. Mike said he would go to my house and take a look as soon as he was done with his current job and would call me back. A short time later, Mike called me with several suggestions on how to accomplish the work I needed and offered to take care of it today for me. I informed him that due to my budget, I would have to get all of the work done in several phases. He was very understanding and we agreed on the work he would complete today. When I arrived home, I discovered that he did an exceptional job! The oak tree and palm trees look great! I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

+ -1 moreI called around to a few places and no one would stop by to cut just a tree or two. Some companies said they wouldn't provide an estimate unless the cost was going to be higher than $800!!! St. Pete & Pinellas Tree Service was able to show up on time and cut the trees accordingly.

+ -1 moreI called them for the estimate on monday, they were able to come out the same day. They were very clear on exactly what they were going to do. They were also very respectful. From the few places I called for an estimated they gave me the best price. The following day they showed up right on time and got straight to work, it took them less time to finish the job then they estimated. If I ever need any other tree service I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs this kind of work.

+ -1 moreMike asked if he could assist with tree trimming, and although we didn't decide on the trimming yet we had more pressing needs like leave raking and remove, the house was dormant for over 6 months and had a very heavy bead of leaves covering the yard. Mike gave us an excellent price on the leaves. He and his partner filled 28 giant garbage bags full of leaves. He also saw that we were doing so much remodeling and offered to remove debris f from the side of the house. He came the next morning Ian 830 in the pouring driving rain, what a champ, love that he is willing to do the littlest job to earn my business. I am using him now for other projects.

I would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Other tree companies tried to overprice the cheapest quote i got was 1,600 but when they quoted me they did it for 1,200
