On Demand Tree Service

I’m not familiar with other tree removal services in St Pete, nor will I ever be as long as, On Demand is in business. It’s not often you find a vendor who provides great service at a fair price, is punctual, amiable and possesses a sense of civic responsibility. The guys from On Demand (all wonderful) found 2 baby birds in our tree and took them to the wildlife bird refuge on, Indian Shores. They were the best of the best. Give them a call and don’t look back.

You can always reach them, professional workers, very efficient, no time wasted, price was reasonable and the service they provide is top notch.

They failed to come to the appointment (3-5 pm) and wasted 2 hours of my life. Pathetic!!! They never called me to cancel, or notify me. They simply failed to show. Karma is real and you reap what you sow.

This is the third year we have depended on Mike and his crew to take care of our trees, and the work has been consistently excellent. We'll see him next year and hopefully for many years to come.

This is the 3rd time Mike and his team have come out in the last couple years. He always discusses the health of my trees, and gives great advice. I have huge live oaks very close to my house. He and his crew are able to keep my house safe along with trimming these giants properly. I have also had 3 large Laurel oaks removed due to declining health. It was a delight working with this company. The estimate was the lowest that I received, the crew was very professional, including the young lady in the office (Page?) and the work was all done in less than 2 hours without any issues. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I highly recommend them.

From start to finish it went very well. We were given a fair price for the work. Michael and his crew were considerate workers. Their clean up was spot on. My husband and I would highly recommend them for any type of tree service.

Mike and his crew arrived on time with everything they needed to complete the job. They raised two large oaks to give my garden more sun and pruned an oak that had been disastrously pruned by another highly rated tree service on Angie's List (PTS) that I had used last year. The tree was a mess - topped, uneven and numerous cuts made incorrectly. The tree looks a thousand times better after Mike and his crew were done.

They did a great job. The crew was professional and took extra care not to drop anything on a plant in our yard that I was concerned about. The job was tough, as the trees were in a spot between our pool cage, a fence, and our neighbor's house. Very tight area. As they were trimming one section, a dead branch in a different section fell and landed on the metal of our pool cage, bending it pretty bad. It wasn't due to anything they did. It was simply dead. The owner, Mike, immediately called another contractor to come out and take a look at it. It was repaired right away. You would never know it happened.

Mike and his crew were amazing. Gave us a good deal, crew was polite and cleaned up (we have a pool right next to all of the work and minimal debris fell in), and they were so fast! With everything we needed done, I think the entire job was done in 1 1/2 hours. We need more trees removed and will be contacting them again.

This is the second time that we have used St Pete & Pinellas Tree Service and this company is fantastic. We purchased a house that had not been maintained in years and the trees had grown out of control. We also had a large oak tree that needed to be removed as it was too close to the house so Mike got us a permit. Mike and his crew are prompt, professional, and very courteous. All of the guys on the job are very hard working and they do an amazing job. They leave the job site clean and really go out of there way to listen to the customer and make sure they exceed expectations. Our yard looks beautiful again. I will definitely use Mike and his crew again for our future needs and will never call anyone else to do the job. You will not be disappointed with them.

I purchased a 799 coupon (for $1000 worth of work) and the work performed was more than I expected. I was on site and all my questions were answered. I recommend St Pete & Pinellas for your tree trimming needs.

These guys are amazing. Mike the tree specislist showed up for the estimate prompt and was curitious and very professional. On the scheduled day he and his crew showed up and did an outstanding job. Afterwards they cleaned everything up and left my yard looking like they were never there. Ill definitely be calling them the next time I need some tree work. And Id recommend them to anyone

Mr.Said was initially quick on responding emails and I was able to set up an appointment for a quote on (Sat) Labor Day Holiday weekend. The night before he emailed me and cancel the appointment due to death in family. We rescheduled it for following (Sat) between 3-4pm. He was a No-Show and I was getting ready to leave when someone knocked on the door at 4:15pm. I didn't even want to answer the door but out of courtesy I did and Mr.Said handed me his card and pretended he didn't realize he was late. I told him he was late and should have notified me but he acted offended and said "it's only a few minutes!" while whipping out his smart phone on my face showing me some pictures of the work he did in Clearwater. I said "You are late and I don't do business with unreliable person", but he just stood there glaring at me with hostile look to intimidate or threaten me. His excuse was such as "we doesn't look at time when we're working" and "things happen, man" and every other sentence ended with "...you know?" Very unprofessional and immature. He managed to say "I'M SORRY!" but with raised voice in aggressive manner and just stood there staring at me - we shard very uncomfortable silence. Again I said "You were late and I can't do business with unreliable person. My time is very important and you are disrespectful of my time." To my shock Mr.Said whipped out his phone again and tried to show the same pictures; I could not believe it. I told him I did not need to see his pictures and did not wish to do business with unreliable and disrespectful person, again. "So, you want me to leave!?" he finally asked me and I told him yes. Later that day he emailed me to offer "10% less than quote by others" but I would much rather pay more to someone who is on-time and respects my time and needs. I was very disappointed and surprised with this unpleasant experience with Angie's List company.

They did an excellent job. Trimmed up three trees and removed one big oak wish a stump ground. Mike applied for the permit and kept me informed through out the process. His crew came in and did a great job and cleaned up. Was there when he said he was going to be there. Very happy with the work they did.

The tree specialist Mike and his team was prompt, fastidious, and did exactly what he said he would during the quoting process. His work was some of the best shaping I have had done before as well as they cleaned up all mess as if he was never there. I will be using him for all my tree needs going forward.
