Description of Work: I needed appraisal values of my parent's condos for estate purposes. John was very responsive, scheduled it quickly and arrived on time to view the condos when I could be there. He then did his background checks of other condos in the area and I received a complete report with photos in short order. The entire process took less that 2 weeks and I got what I needed.
