The response was immediate and the drying out process took about four days. The professionalism was superb and at a fair price. I pray this never happen again! I would highly recommend this company for water damage problems!

I find leaks came out to help detect our 2nd slab leak in 4 months. The last time they did an incredible job and this time was nothing less. The same gentleman came out and was very nice. he remembered the house from last time. This time it was very quick finding the leak and marking it. I would use them again, however I hope I don't have to!!!

Vendor came out to look for slab leak in garage. They did a pressure check on the water lines and did not find a leak. They do not do sewer line leak detection so I have to hire a plumber to come out and do video inspection of the sewer line. I wish I have known that to begin with.

Discovered water covering approx. 800 sq/ft through a high pressure leak. Ifindleaks came out promptly and took care of everything efficiently and thoroughly. John and his crew couldn't have performed any better and I would absolutely hire them again to do any leak detection or water damage mitigation. Absolutely professional crew and an owner that cares about his work, his company and its reputation. They made a horrible incident into something manageable and I'm well on the way to restoring all of the damage.

We thought the leak was in the crawlspace, and figured that they would be too lazy to want to go under the house and would probably just charge us the higher amount so they could use the machine. But we were wrong, thankfully! They expertly found the leak was in a part of the toilet area. That was despite us insisting it was probably under the crawlspace. Somehow they knew and not only did they find the leak, but then they were nice enough to actually fix it for free because it was something they could do really quick. The only disappointment was that they were two hours late. If my husband hadn't had the day off we probably would've been very angry. However, keep in mind that we set the appointment just one day in advance.

The process went very smoothly, from start to finish. I should specify that our initial fee was only $225, and then our insurance covered the remaining $1715.91. Great customer service and professionalism. And, I was very impressed with how well this company worked with our plumber and insurance company, etc. It allowed us to see the bright side of a very stressful situation.

After reviewing them on Angie's List and browsing their website, I called I Find Leaks mid-morning. The lady I talked to was extremely friendly and efficient. In just a couple of minutes, she explained the process, the fact that they only find the leak but do not perform plumbing work, and detailed the flat rate of $250 and an extra $100 if they have to open the slab. She also suggested some plumbers that they have found to be good to work with. She had availability later in the afternoon between 1 - 3 so I took that. The technician, Dan, called about an hour later and my wife missed his call. He had said he was in the area and wanted to come out early. She called him back and he was already on another call but would be out at the appointed time. He finished early and called to say he was on his way. He arrived at the house and in less than 45 minutes, had found the leak. It was a PVC to copper coupler for our outdoor kitchen. He shut off the water supply to it and the test indicator on the water meter stopped moving - leak fixed. He was extremely friendly and professional. In the very short span of about 2-3 hours from the time of my initial call to the time the leak was fixed, which is astounding. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, especially if Dan is the technician.

My tenants in my rental house received a high water bill so I agreed to hire a leak detection company. I Find Leaks came out and did a thourough inspection and found no eveidence of leaks.

John doesn't even charge you for a leak he can't find.. so I would never go anywhere else..we had another person come out initially and charged us 400$ to NOT find the leak (R.KIELTY)

The gentleman came over and used an infre-red camera to find the leak, and where it was coming from. I also had a spot on my ceiling he looked at. He told me where the leak was coming from as well as if there was standing water in the walls. Very happy with this company! Well worth the money spent :-)

An appointment was set and was kept within the alotted time. I explained the pdoblem to the contractor. He went to the meter and sawit was running. He cme in and sawa problem with the master toilet when flushed. I shut it off and he went back to the meter. It had stopped runing. Problem diagnosed. I fixed it myself. I wbas preparing for amajor cost and all it cost was a diagnosis for a toilet part. I will use them again in the future and recommend before any another company who gives inflated unnenncessary Services.

The process went great start to finish. The first quote was more than I needed but IDL is great to work with to make modification to their quote for JUST the services I needed which allowed me to cut cost by doing some of the work. They worked with me & my sons to get the work done in a very short timeframe. The first day of work was cutting out damaged drywall on a foyer ceiling which ~ 20 feet, putting in new drywall then texturing, same in the garage then on day 2 they came back, sanded and painted and repaired 2 doors which look like new again!

My daughter started cleaning her room in preparation of the arrival of her new bedroom furniture and mattress. She removed a clear storage container from the corner of her room and under it was very wet. That was the only place in the room that was wet, under that 5x3 storage container. We called I Find Leaks late on Friday the 10th. They were able to fit us in and have someone come out late Saturday afternoon. Well the technician had a cancellation in the AM and called and asked nicely if he could come out early. We said sure, anything to get an answer sooner. The tech arrived promptly. We showed him the situation in my daughters room. He went ahead and started doing some testing with his equipment and could not get any readings. He next pulled out the Infrared Sensing Device, pretty cool if I might say so, and with that he was able to get some readings and some information. He did a full pressure test on our homes plumbing system, piping, and the pressure test passed with flying colors, which was good. He proceeded to then scan the entire outside of the house, from the foundation to the soffit area, then concentrating in the area of my daughters room. Everything pointed to nothing leaking into the house. Final deduction was that the water was actually coming up through the slab of the house and that storage container acted as an attractant for the water because there was not any air circulation under it. Also this was right after Tropical Storm Debby came by and the water table was quite high. The technician informed us that he has been on a lot of calls recently, mostly businesses, where those clear chair mats were on the carpet. Well under the mat was soaking wet but all around it was dry. No air circulation and the mat acted as an attractant. Needless to say we were relieved that we did not have any type of leak somewhere in the house. We told him that we were going to be getting new carpet for my daughters room and he provided us with some free advice and wisdom. He highly suggested that we go to Home Depot and buy a product called RedGard. What it is is a coating that gets painted onto the concrete before that carpet goes down. Apply a diluted primer coat and put on 2 coats with rollers. It forms a moisture barrier so that water will never come up from the slab and into my daughters room again. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone and if I need their services in the future, hopefully I won't, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

The gentleman exhausted every possible area that might be leaking. We had an unusually high water bill that month so we needed to make sure that there were no leaks.

Many years ago I called them to locate and repair a pool leak. They came out in record time, located the leak and I have had no problems since that time. This was approximately 8 years ago. Recently I was having a problem with mold on the air conditioning vents in my house. I called them again. They came out promptly and told me the problem was only on the surface. They recommended that I call an air conditioning company to check my ducts for leaks. I acted on their recommendation and the problem has been solved. They did not actually perform any work for this problem, however they were correct in their assessment and recommendation.

Excellent. Our water bill cut by 2/3 after they fixed the leak. They found it underground near the foundation of our home. It was probably leaking for years. They found the leak within an hour. They don't actually do the repair ... we hired a plumber to complete the job. They arrived the same day we called and within a few hours.

They did a fine job drying out the house. But when they wanted to do the reconstruction I felt the price was too high.

What I called them for is not their typical service, but they were able to help me anyway. He checked out the leak for me and went above and beyond their normal area of work.

Very pleased with entire job. All I can say is I'm glad I signed up with Angie's List. They returned calls immediately, completed the water restoration and bam! Happy Customer.

They did fine and came out pretty promptly. Their price was better than some of the other companies I called. They came out promptly the next day I called, were friendly and the customer service was good. The technician that came out was knowledgeable. They had to put a lot of holes in the walls and this person was minimally invasive and their price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future if necessary.

They came out on time and there are no complaints. They get high ratings, but, I didn't get a price from anyone else. I might use them in the future if needed

I heard a noise coming from somewhere inside of the walls, it sounded like water rushing out of a faucet, but no water was turned on. It took a while for me to locate the approximate area of the leak, but couldn't find the exact wall. I called "I find leaks" , but by that time it was too late for him to come out, so my husband turned off the water from outside, just to make sure we didn't have a mess by morning. He came promptly, went right to the area in question, found the leak in a few minutes. He said we where very lucky that we where home to find the leak because it could have burst at any time and caused major water damage. He then very carefully removed a 12" X 12" part of the wall, fixed the leak temporarily only because he doesn't carry around the pipes and things a plumber would have....but recommended a good plumber who came the next day and fixed it. I was a little disappointed that he couldn't fix it right then and there, but we where able to leave the water on, so no problem. He did a great job, I would recommend him to anyone.
