Description of Work: Replaced pulleys on overhead door. Put new parts on and lubricated the motor. Put safety devices on springs to keep them in place. They were fast, on time and very professional, Would definitely recommend and use again

Description of Work: Installed garage door. When my door broke I called Genie they were there the next day. I had an older door, so we elected to replace it with a hurracane rate door. The saleman did not try to pressure me into getting something I didnot need..The Installation team was very good they were frendly and professional.  + -1 moreThe spring on one of my garage doors broke late at night. I called the Genie company the next morning and explained that I could not use the garage door and get my car in and out of the garage. I do this quite a few times a day and having the broken spring was an inconvenience. They told me that someone would be out in the afternoon. I was given a quote over the phone for the cost of labor and parts. The technician called and gave me a one hour window. Aaron and Gary were here 15 minutes into that time period. They worked steadily and efficiently. They did not try to oversell anything and even helped save me some money. When they finished, both garage doors opened like they were brand new.
Description of Work: Gary and Aaron replaced a pair of extension springs on one of the garage doors. They replaced 4 pulleys and lubricated both garage doors and Genie garage door openers.

 + -1 moreWork was done on time, cleaned up, men were very polite and they made another appointment and came back and demonstrated to us the hurricane brace and how to set it into place. You couldn't ask for better service. Would recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI was nervous at first because they didn't get there until 2PM. They had told me they schedule two jobs a day. They did have problems with their first appointment. I didn't know if they would have problems with ours since they started that late, but everything went great. They were very clean. They were gone by 4PM. I didn't get other estimates but they seemed very reasonable. They were honest and didn't promise us anything they couldn't do.
