Description of Work: We changed to Brighthouse for phone, cable, and internet. Speed is better, responsiveness is good. The initial technicianwho came to our house was rude and did a poor job. Took forever, did nto straighten up after himself, complained the whole time. The follow-up technician was great. $100/month.

Description of Work: I Had phone, internet and cable service for many years. Throughout the years the service continued to deteriorate. Many problems with phone, answering service not working, phone not working, required numerous service calls throughout the years. Connecting smart blu ray player required 2 hrs on phone they a service call that I was charged for, and I had connected the service correctly it just required a blue button be pushed on the back of the router to connect all wireless devises in the house. Suggested this info be shared since I spent 2 hrs on the phone, told no he didn't share this was job protection. The cable was consistently losing channels and require I do a hard boot (unplug and plug back in). Relly thuis gets very tiresome. Terrible, terrible, service.

Description of Work: I am sick of doing all the work as a customer, you provide me the information, that is why I am paying you, don't tell me (my head just wiggled back and forth while re-reading this)to go get the information myself!!!!!!!! Let's go mass public and get behind me for the companies to do the work when I give the weak dollar to them! Notice it is not the mighty dollar anymore because companies have weakened the value of what service is worth!
