I don't especially like them, but they are the only service available. Occasionally, the service goes out, but it isn't too bad. When I call them, they are responsive to my needs. They are usually available. I would probably switch to someone else if I moved.

We don’t like them. Their customer service is an A, but since we moved in, in August they have probably been to our house 20 times to try and get our service correct, so they are very helpful. They are very nice people.

Installation was average, nothing much to say. They were not able to set it up in the rooms I wanted. I would not recommend them based on price for quality. The basic internet was 50.00 a month and I had to reset the modem at least once a week. When it did work it was slow.

IN investigating why I wasn't receiving half the channels available on Basic Cable service, a technician found out that a "filter" had been attached to my external cable box because "a leak" had been detected in the area. So instead of finding the leak, they took the shortcut and cut the bandwidth to my house, NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT OR LEFT A NOTE THAT BRIGHT HOUSE HAD ENTERED MY PRIVATE PROPERTY AND DONE ANYTHING. Now, that I've notified them of a problem, they will do what they should have done before and find and fix their signal leak. I'm seriously considering dropping the service after this extremely unprofessional behavior.

I would use them again in the future.

I wouldn't give them very high marks because they have no competition, and I have to deal with them. The overall experience is average. The price and quality are average.

I live in Plainfield and they didn’t come to me, rather I had to go to them in Avon to get them. I am billed around the 5th of the month. I think is a good service, but expensive. Quality is good. They respond to my problems when I need them to. I am billed on a regular basis on time. I think they are professional. The price is in my mind, I may go to Direct TV or something cheaper.

They are too expensive for what you get. We went with the cable because it is just faster than DSL. You can talk to a person. When it works, it is really good. They have problems with their service. They are always very professional.

They are very meticulous and if you have a problem they will come and fix it. They have very good service.

The service is pretty good. I would continue to use them.

Bright House is wonderful. They actually had to come out three times because it was not effective. I had no problems after that. They just came out and replaced them.

I've been using them for 10 years. If I have a problem, I just call them and they come right out immediately. They could do better on price. They are going up $10. I am pleased with them but I'm getting ready to move so I am going to compare.

I've been with Bright House for about 15 years or maybe longer, we never had a problem with bright house. Their services have always been right there. We had a problem on a Sunday morning with our router. We, waited no more than one day for service provider. They found the problem and solve it. I wish they were cheaper, but I guess you could say that about everything. How they present themselves and the advertisement seems to match its that's very valuable to me.

Our experience with them has been fine. We haven’t really had any problems; there are some normal things that you just expect. I expected a lot of problems with the installation but he did a perfect job with what was already existing and things like that.

Their price is in the middle. I will continue to use them.

Their entire Florida network went down and they did not post anything, anywhere letting people know what was going on how long it would take before service was restored. I finally called their office in New York and got no satisfaction. I can't believe they did not have a backup plan in place to deal with a problem like this. It was totally unprofessional and a joke, considering the fact that they market themselves as a communications company.

The first HD box didn't work so we had to wait 3 more days for them to come and replace the broken box - in return they offered us 2 days of HBO channels for free. The second box didn't work either, and we didn't get the HBO shows. The next day, they finally brought in a working box and then told us we couldn't get the HBO channels until we paid next month's bill. We got a voucher code to assure they wouldn't rip us off. When the bill was paid, on time, it was a hassle trying to get the HBO channels we were promised and they only gave it to us for 12 hours. Then we get the next bill and they charged us 11 dollars for the 12 hours. The service is slow, it takes several seconds for the HD box to switch from standard to HD, the monthly bill is steep and our internet is okay but needs to be restarted at least once a day. I don't know any better services around here though.

It went very well. One woman who had a hard time on the phone gave me one month free.

They have been very helpful. They have walked me through the steps over the phone. They are also have a 24 hour tech support.

They are very quick to respond to problems. They have kept their monthly rates relatively low for the past five years. I get all the channels that I want. They service is very good.

They didn't charge me anything because it was under warranty. They are the local cable people. I didn't have any problems with them. Their service in fixing things is been great and they are very responsive. I will continue using them again in the future.

When they installed our cable, they gave us 2 out of 4 defective dvrs (they will only give you used dvrs, no new ones). The tv pictures constantly pixelated, and several channels didn't come in that were supposed to. We also have phone and internet outages EVERY week. Brighthouse sent technicians out on multiple occasions who never fixed the problem. After demanding someone with a brain come out, they sent a decent technician who said the equipment outside our house was defective and replaced that. We thought that would solve the problems, but once again, we have no phone, no tv and no internet. It takes about an hour to hour and a half on hold every time you call for service (if you are lucky enough to get through). I am done with Brighthouse. They simply don't care, are inept, and have no customer service.

As has always been the case in past experiences, Brighthouse did an outstanding job. They were on time, curtious and got the job done right the first time. Further, I always receive a live, friendly customer service rep, when I need one; unlike my experience with the other major provider.

We keep losing internet and they cannot fix it. They are unable to rectify the problem even when the service guys come and try to fix it. When you lose the internet you lose the phone service too. I am not happy with their prices as they keep raising their prices. I would probably not use them in the future.

They are fairly prompt. They always get to the bottom of the problem. They are straightforward and honest. They did quality work.
