Description of Work: I was a Broighthouse customer for Internet, Phone and TV.... It seems clear that the price is high to fund Baynews 9...... The service is second rate, the equipment is of poor quality. All around a bad experience.... go with Verizon FiOS, much better experience.

Description of Work: Setup I Internet and telephone service. Installer was very punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Installed cable+2 bdrm boxes+IP phone. They billed higher than expected. Had to call and complain. Also phone box had to be changed(dropping calls)after about 2 mos. Comcast has better technology. Overall rating B-.

Description of Work: I have had a lot of ups and downs with Bright house over the past 8 years. I would use them again because there is no competition as Fios is not available to me and internet speeds are too slow with other options. | |My best experiences with them are when everything just works -- which is usually, so that is why they got B's instead of worse. Their price is good if you can get on a special plan, but like every cable company, you have to threaten to leave to get reasonable pricing - cable retail price is a joke. | |My worst experiences include having my prices doubled after being assured that a temporary change to my service would not cause a price change. They did make it right, but not without a lot of work on my part including getting hung up on by a manager after being on hold (mostly) for an hour. | |So sometimes you have to work hard with them to make things equitable, but when it works -- its very good.

Description of Work: Have been a Bright House customer for many years. I had trouble with my cable service and contacted them about the problem. They sent a technician out the next day. The technician replaced some old cable and replaced my cable box with a new one. |I have another home in another state. The cable company I use there doesn't even come close to the service I receive from Bright House. I highly recommend Bright House.
