Description of Work: Brighthouse set up cable tv, internet and land line. 24 month guaranteed price and no contract. Had Directv who wanted to charge $240 to re-connect after move. Happy for the switch.

Description of Work: Was unable to provide reliable internet and phone service. Cable TV was ok, but the internet was down continuously. Suffered through more than a year of horrible service where the connection always dropped when I needed it most (I frequently work from home). BHN sent techs out and always had some strange reason like the squirrels chewing on the distribution lines. Anyway, we changed providers and realized how terrible the BHN service was by comparison. My internet is now always on and no more problems. TV is also much better and the cost is lower. I would not recommend BHN because the internet and phone service is so unreliable. I can't believe any customer could tolerate the poor quality of their network.

Description of Work: They ran cable from main pole by the street to pole in my yard. Then went underground to my house then into crawl space over to tv then up to tv. They hooked up cable box for tv and modem and router for internet. The install was free with the only cost to me was the first month of service which included premier tv service with dvr and 50meg internet service. I like it a lot and would recommend it.
