Description of Work: Bob Hyps and his apprentice assistant (a 2 for 1 deal) both arrived bright and early 15 minutes before appointment time and in a completely knowledgeable and professional traced a leak, replaced parts, and completed the job in less than a half hour, throwing in the fixing of of a loose toilet seat as a bonus. Great stuff by this gentleman and his company. Would definitely call on him again. Kieran O'Shea
