Plumber repaired leaking faucet that controls the water to the back of the toilet tank, plumber replaced broken and improperly installed plastic flange with metal flange. Replaced wax seal and caulked a seal around the bottom of the toilet.

These guys were great. Very responsive, thorough and fast! Unlike others noted I found their fees reasonable at customary for the market.

Bob and Max are absolutely wonderful. What a joy to work with contractors who actually know what they are doing and complete the job top notch and with a smile and courtesy as well! Being new to the area and owning a service industry business ourselves in another state; Quality, Service, Professionalism, Honesty are First and foremost. Bob and Max met our high expectations!

The experience was average. I will not use them again. The service was good, but the price was more than needed. I called them up and complain about the price. They agreed to do some additional work for the same price. They were responsive.

It was great- Bob came out within a couple of hours of the call, it wasn't an easy job but he completed it, got the drain cleared in a tight spot where it was located and was up front with the costs. He and his worker were very nice and did what they said they were going to do. I will use his company again.

All went very well. Old hot water heater removed and carried down two flights of stairs. Arranged for electricians Installed the waterless hot water heater. Very good.

Bob and his assistant,Max had been called on several emergencies on the day we had arranged.My call was not an emergency.Further;Bob's "home base" is quite a distance from my residence.I appreciated his continued contact throughout the day---and when he and Max arrived at my home....I have to admit at how amazed I am at their knowledge and efficiency!From arrival to job completion,the gentlemen were at my home for less than 1/2 hour.....a project that would've taken most folks several hours.It's obvious Bob has been in the business awhile----and between him and Max:they KNOW their stuff.I am favorably impressed.

He did such a good job for me a few months ago that I asked him to come back out. The old water softer was installed in an unusual way that he had to come back out a few times, but in the end he did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond. I appreciated his and his worker's attitude.

The company did an excellent job. All drains cleared, very responsive, punctual and professional. I was not charged for a "trip charge" ($67.50) because I told them I called them because of their Angie's List review.

After doing my homework and getting many estimates from different plumbing company ie from Angies list.. I decided to go with Bob Hyps Plumbing. Why Bob Hyps? Well Bob is old school very professional, punctual,honest and doesn't try to sell you on any extras. My water softener had expired and my water heater was 7-8 years old and on its last legs. I called late afternoon he said he could come over next morning and evaluate situation and give me an estimate. Bob didn't charge me a trip fee for coming out for estimate and evaluation.. Like many others I had got estimates from. Bob explained everything treated me like I was his own family! Needless to say the next week he came over and installed a new Water heater and installed the new water softener that I had already purchased. I also had a leaky kitchen faucet do to old O-rings and bob took five minutes to install them and explain why they go bad and how to fix myself if it happened again in the future. And didn't charge me any extra for taking the short time to fix!! I also had Bob replace my old aging main water gate valve with a copper ball valve. Listen Bob was great. Prices were better than all competitors. And uses absolute quality products. Will use in future and Call him Uncle BOB!!! Thanks Bob.

This was a very positive experience. Responded quickly by phone to an email inquiry sent from the Angies List website. Was patient with my trying to work around other contractors then stepped up to the plate when another plumber (who I have used before) failed to arrive as planned. Bob and his apprentice where friendly, professional, understanding, working around an electrician, and did a very nice job. The price was reasonable and I would feel very comfortable recommending them. Hard to find people like this anymore and it was a very pleasant experience to have a job done right at a fair price.

They were very professional and did a great job. The only issue that I had was they left used toilet paper that they pulled out of the pipe on top of my roof.

We wanted to convert our landry room into a walk in pantry, so we hired Bob to do the installation of the water and gas plumbing as well as the washer drain. Everything was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. Bob also recommended us the dry wall contractor, which is a very nice guy and did a great job. We will definitely hire Bob and Mike again for our plumbing needs.

He is really good. I got him from Angie's List. He came twice so I spent $500.00 in all with him. Nobody else could do the job and he did it. He just made no work of it. He was perfectly on time every time. He was real quiet in the house. He was completely neat and clean. He is one of those people that if you stop him on the way out to talk to him, he will talk to you like you have known him all your life. He knows when to be professional and when to be friendly. He is a little bit dirty when he gets here like he has been working. He doesn't wear a uniform. It makes me comfortable that he gets his hands dirty and doesn't mind.

They came out on time, called before they arrived. Bob replaced the aerator on the facet which returned the sink to working order. Then he checked everywhere for a leak, even underneath the house. He couldn't find any leaks but said meter indicated there was a slow occasional leak somewhere. He was very honest and referred us to someone else who could run through the line. He only charged us for house call. We will call him again.

Everything went well. He arrived on time, had very reasonable prices, and did excellent work. I appreciate that he left the area clean after completing the job.

The hose bib on the front of my house was broken off. Bob arrived within a half hour of my call and capped the pipe so I could turn water back on in the house. He is pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him.

Called Bob and told him about my hot water no longer working and the "good" tank i was interested in from Home Depot. Bob suggested a better tank for my needs and said he could install the next day. I was able to get out of work earlier than appointment and called Bob, he was there in minutes. He was friendly, clean, and added extra needed work at a very low price. Looked up the model number of the tank online and found it to be a MUCH higher quality tank than the one i almost bought from The Depot. Plus, the price with install from Bob was amazing compared to how much this tank costs online. Overall VERY happy with working with Bob and very happy that a professional installed a higher quilty product at a low price compared to most who install low quality at low price. Thank You Bob!
