Description of Work: Duane was very professional and was the most knowledgeable of the three company representatives from whom I obtained quotes. Not only was his quote the best, but he worked with me on timing. His employees did an excellent job and cleaned up every bit of the mess. I will definitely use the to trim my trees again!

Description of Work: They gave me a detailed estimate and a date for the work to be done; their price was half that quoted by a competitor. They turned up on time with very comprehensive equipment and started work immediately cutting down trees. My only minor complaint was that none of their six workers wore a hard had. The job was done in a day and they cleared up all their mess. Excellent

Description of Work: A great experience working with Bay City Tree Service. They trimmed up some trees and removed two large oaks. Duane responded promptly and came out to inspect our yard. He provided all his insurance and workmens comp info without me having to ask. His quote was money well spent. His staff arrived on time and worked hard through the day. They also cleaned up as they went along; the yard was just as clean or even cleaner when they left. Duane coordinated the work with our neighbors to make sure it was not a disruption to their day and they have already commented on the great work that was done. I will not hesitate to refer or recommend Bay City Tree Service in the future.

Description of Work: I called the company on Wednesday, Mike came out on Thursday and gave me an estimate. He returned on Friday with three other employees, and finished the work quickly. They trimmed overhanging branches from a tree in my side yard, trimmed and rounded an ornamental tree in the front yard, and cut several big dead limbs from a very tall pine tree in the backyard. The pine tree job took a great amount of skill, and they took good safety precautions. They did the job without damaging a fence underneath or without even nicking a large ornamental statue under the tree. They cleaned and raked and blew away all debris.

Description of Work: This company removed three big pine trees from my lot. They came out an provided an estimate the same day. They came out on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and did great work including grinding the stumps. They cleaned up after everything was done. They brought special equipment so that they did not need to put a bucket truck in my backyard. Employees wore uniforms, all the equipment identified the company. They provided me with copies of their insurance and workmen's comp.

Description of Work: DUANE CAME OUT ON THE APPOINTED DATE, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE A DETAILED QUOTE. HE WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE BEFORE EXPECTED. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TRIMMING AND CLEARING A LARGE OAK, TRIMMING TWO WASHINGTONIAN PALMS, REMOVING A TALL PALM NEAR A SCREEN ENCLOSURE, AND REMOVED/KILLED CARROTWOOD TREES. AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE COULDN'T HAVE ARRIVED ANY SOONER, I WAS IMPRESSED! THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB IN CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB OF REMOVING A VERY TALL, DYING LAUREL OAK THAT WAS RIGHT UP AGAINST A NEIGHBOR'S WOODEN PRIVACY FENCE, SO IT WAS TRICKY. THE ONLY SLIGHT NEGATIVE IS THAT I FELT THEY MISSED TRIMMING A FEW TREES WE HAD DISCUSSED IN THE ESTIMATE THAT THEY WOULD TRIM, AND OTHERS WERE NOT TRIMMED ENOUGH. HOWEVER, WHEN I TOLD THAT TO DUANE ON THE PHONE, HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DID COME BACK OUT AND DO SOME FURTHER TRIMMING, THOUGH I STILL FEEL MORE COULD HAVE BEEN TRIMMED, BUT I TRUST HIS JUDGMENT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN--VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DUANE KNOWS HIS STUFF, AS A CERTIFIED ABORIST. VERY GOOD COMPANY.
