Job went so incredibly smooth. Bay City had trucks with buckets, trucks with chippers, trucks for wood chip storage, and a crew that worked together very efficiently. Duane the owner worked with me on my available time and day. Price was reasonable and fair. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN .

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Duane was very courteous, as were all of his workers. They seemed very knowledgable, and the job was completed quickly. They even went out of their way to help with some things which were not under contract. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

They were fantastic! Duane was much more knowledgeable than anyone else who came out to give me an estimate. I will be using Bay City again soon.

We've had Duane take care of our trees for about seven years. He saved one of our big fig trees and all of our pines, which are now huge and healthy. He installed, properly, replacement native-species trees when we had to take down three huge trees that died in the cold. Completely professional always, and incredibly able -- his crew took a dead pine down without damaging anything from a space about fifteen feet wide between our house and our neighbors. I cannot recommend him more strongly.

Matt came out and gave me an estimate on the 8th of Nov. and I received a call from the owner on Saturday and he said they would be out on Monday afternoon and if they couldn't make that if would be the following Wednesday. The entire team showed up on Monday with a bobcat, small grinder and an alpine lift and six people. They proceeded to remove the palm and ground the stump and cut out the large oak branch and pepper branches hanging over my service line. They then cleaned the entire area and were gone within an hour and a half. I was very impressed with their work, especially Mike's and Matt's , and will hire them again for all my tree requirements.

All 3 invasive palms were removed and the overhanging branches from our neighbor's tree trimmed back to provide clearance for our high profile van. No more worries about the palm's interference with wires leading to our neighbor's home and ours, plus it was a good for the environment. All debris was removed and our front yard's appearance is vastly improved.

I thought one of my live oaks was compromised, so I called Duane to take a look. He said the tree was fine, but needed a lot of trimming and dressing. He also looked at the live oak at the front of the house and said it needed a little trimming. Duane called the day before the work was done. The crew arrived on time and completed the work. They were friendly and professional. They really did a nice job of cleaning up, too -- actually a better cleanup than the lawn service I use.

Duane had given me an estimate several weeks ago. I called last week to get put on his work schedule, and he called the day before he came to schedule the work. His crew arrived right on time, and the foreman knocked on the door to let me know they were ready to begin. Shortly after that, Duane, the Big Boss, came to review exactly what we had talked about initially, and to be sure they would do exactly what I wanted. The crew worked diligently and were very careful and professional. They were very respectful of the yard and other landscaping. The foreman even offered to spread the wood mulch, left from the cutting, around the ground where the tall pine tree had been. The crew worked here about three hours. It looks great. I have used this company for many years, and they never disappoint me.

They were excellent. I would recommend them.

Provide accurate estimate and provided quick and thorough services. The crew were considerate of surrounding plants. Provided follow up. The treated trees are thriving.

They were timely in their response to our questions. Had several people come out to look at the situation to give an appropriate estimate and solution to our problem. I was told they are interested in saving trees and that really comes across. They know there stuff and can translate so I have an understanding of the plan. Each appointment they made they kept and were on time. We will wait to see if this plan works but I am very hopeful that we can save our tree. I have and will recommend their services to others...

I told them that I needed the work done by the next Wednesday and they had people out by Tuesday. They also had a lot of equipment to use. They were outstanding and explained to me what had been done incorrectly by the other company I had brought in before.

Promptly responded to inquiry, provided the most cost competitive proposal, and completed the work including clean-up within three days of initial contact.

Since I wasn't home when he accomplished the work, I only know that I love the work he did. He was very careful with bushes that surrounded the tree, even cut down a small, bothersome bush for me, and left my yard as he found it. I was very impressed.

I made arrangements with Bay City to remove my oak tree because its roots were crushing my water meter box and had already severed a county water line. After I had done this, several people told me this was really a 700.00 job and I was paying too much.Also, these same people were telling me what a beautiful tree it was and to make a long story short, I changed my mind about having the tree cut down. I had told Duane at Bay City I would call him when I was ready to cut the tree down and he called me instead. I told him I would call him back in a few days and he wanted to know what the problem was. I told him, I had changed my mind and needed to think about it for a couple of days. It was a 25 year old tree and you can't replace them overnight. Instead of being understanding, I thought he got real pushy about having the tree cut down. He reminded me of the problems I was having and frankly stated the tree needed to come down. I agreed to have them cut the tree down, but am really sorry I had it done. I don't like people badgering you into something you are not sure of and I think he should have respected my wishes to think it over for a few days.

They did exactly what they said they would do. Showed up quickly, worked hard and got the work done quickly. It was a quality job.

They were wonderful. They were excellent. Duane came out and he really knows his stuff. The workers did not leave until he gave them the ok. I recommend them highly. I recommended them to friends and family and the neighborhood association. Showed up on time, very reasonable. Equipment is up-to-date. They were just excellent.

I had been given an estimate for the tree removals back in November. I called Duane on January 12 and said I would like to set a date for the removal. I have used Bay City many times in the past, and Duane is very familiar with the layout of my property and the trees that are there. He said he would get back with me. Well, the next morning, I left for appointments, and arrived home mid-afternoon. Mike, one of the very capable men who work for Bay City, was just putting the last of his equipment away. The work was all done, the yard was neat as a pin, and all I had to do was write a check. It was really nice not to have to schedule a separate time--Mike knew just what to do, and it wasn't necessary for me to be there at all. This is a very professional company, and Duane is very honest and forthright in his dealings with his customers.

These guys were awesome. Originally I though I would only be able to take down one tree and do some trimming of an oak tree and some hedges. I told them what I really wanted and they came up with a great price for the whole package. Not only are the prices fair, but the workers were terrific. They were respectful and professional and did a super job. Once done, they cleaned up all the remnants and my yard looked fantastic. I highly reccommend this company to anyone who needs general tree services.

This is the second time I"ve used Bay City Tree. I am happy with their job they do. They are quick. efficient, and do a great job of cleaning up the tree debris. I will likley call them next year to clear up my trees again. Why do it myself when I can hire a pro who is reasonably priced?

They did a good job. They were very responsive as far as quoting me and getting out there quickly to do the job. They did a very good job of clearing and cleaning up after themselves. Everybody was professional and courteous. They were overall very good. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Everything went very well. Mr Perkins always calls before he comes over with his crew and always looks over the work that needs to be done and prices everything at that time. My neighbor has commented on what a beautiful job they did on my oak trees.

They came out and completed the job. I came to inspect the next day. There was one part of the stump left in the ground and they came back within a reasonable time to remove the rest of it. I would recommend their business and would use them again.
