They were very thorough, and very courteous, very reasonable, clean, and very upfront about everything I did. I would highly recommend them.

Company responded promptly to my phone call. Arranged time and date for microwave wiring and installation, and showed up on time. Worked efficiently, and completed the job with no complications.

Thibault's came and found the one unit's problem immediately. It required a return visit to completely fix the problem in the second. No extra charge was incurred. The men who did the work were some of the most polite and courteous men I have worked with. Working with older mobile homes can be very frustrating....they just kept attempting to find the problem until it was fixed.

He did not show up at time that he said he was free. He did not even call us back. We never heard back from him.

Thibeault arrived on time. The work was very professional. The estimate was competitive with no overages. I would use them again.

The technician showed up on time, was polite and responsive, and worked efficiently. We are satisfied with the work performed. The only slightly negative comment would be that the estimate given over the phone did not match up to the final costs (and the job was exactly as described, nothing extra or unexpected). The cost was not unreasonable, but the estimate should be closer to the final bill presented.

They were excellent and we would highly recommend them. They were very professional and they took their time in terms of getting the correct height for the chandeliers. We didn't have a table so we were guessimating. They were very helpful. They were on time and they were very courteous.

I thought everything about this company was really good except the price. I thought it was pretty expensive. Even though I need the generator I probably got a better price. Otherwise the company is professional and did a good job of installation.
