Description of Work: They came to do an estimate on repairs. They offered to fix the repair while on the roof during the estimate. I appreciated the fast, professional, honest service! We will call on them when it's time to replace the roof.

Description of Work: He came and looked at the project , said he will come to evaluate the project with a partner, disappeared for a week. I called him to ask if he was coming back. He showed up couple of days later with another guy. They went around the project examining it. He said he will send me an estimate. Never heard from him again. I did not contact him again, I figured he was not interested!.

We’re sorry that you feel like we dropped the ball on your project, however we mailed you a written explanation to your regular mailbox (not email) over two months ago stated why we were not the best fit for the repair that you were asking us to do. After we called you to follow up we learned that you had missed that letter somehow and that you had found another company that handles repairs like you wanted. We strive to only do the best solution for repairs. Often homeowners thinks the problem is a tiny fix when many times, as in your case, the problem was much deeper than you could see, with major underlying problems that needed to be repaired in order for things to be sound and solid long term. We wish you the best and hope that your repair was adequate for you.

Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof. 3,990sq. feet. Fidus Team got the old roof off and installed the new roof. |Rained off and all week, but their |we're no leaks. Applied snap on |over plywood and then new shingles on the entire roof. Like having two roofs.
