Description of Work: Installed/Check Sentricon system for Termite Bond Renewal. |They renewed our Sentricon system almost a month ago, however as of today (4/4) I have not received the bond renewal details via email or letter. |Otherwise I found that they were responsive for appointment time, scheduling and they had a fair price.

Description of Work: They take care of the extermination on the inside of our home as well as the outside. They also fertilize the grass and have done some work on our sprinkler system.

There are no complications at all. I will keep using their services in the future as long as I need it.

+ 0 moreI am going to sign up with them again since they have been excellent. Our lawn has come along beautifully with them. We signed an annual contract with them last time and we will do the same again. We spend $300 a year. They are very service oriented and thorough. We did have a question in terms of our irrigation system and they did come out to give us an estimate. It was something that we wanted to do. We weren’t sure, but we had them do the whole thing. So, it cost us about $300 for the irrigation system. However, between that and everything else, it was well worth it because of the way the lawn looks. They did a very good job. They spent a lot of time and it was of good value. We have been very pleased with them and I have already recommended them to others.
Description of Work: We have been using Bug Out Service Inc. for almost a year now for our lawn service. Their last visit to our house was about a few weeks ago.

Description of Work: Termite and Bug Treatment Termite Treatment review I was sensitive to several items including; neighborhood; use of service, BBB reputation, price for service per year for termite and bugs, and warranty. Popularity within the neighborhood was important, because I did not want to be in a situation where I asking them to make a special trip. I wanted a service that was already making a lot of trips to the area and hence if I had an immediate need it could be serviced quickly. Next was BBB review and reputation...speaks for itself. Lastly was price for service per year. No other competitor came close to the 10 year Bug and Termite service\fee. (They all use the same products for the most part) After reviewing all this, we choose Bug Out off of 9925 Leo Magure Rd in St. Augustine FL. They offered twice the service as the other vendors, for a price that was comparable or less than the other vendors for BOTH bug and termite treatment. Warranty - The bottom line with warranty is if there is wood touching the house, preexisting conditions, or the area is damp for ANY reason, NOBODY will cover you. And even if there is termite damage after they start, all companies will only cover the area with ACTIVE termites....Hence, with Bug Out they focus more on preventive measures (by doubling up the firewall so you never have to get to the warranty dispute. However, just in case they also back up their work with a warranty that is comparable to many of the other companies. We went with the combination of Termidor and Sentricon. Sentricon will not work for 3-5 months after installation due to the life cycle of the process. Hence, if you do not get a liquid install combined with Sentricon, you basically are throwing dice for the first 5 months. Though they did not find any active termites, Jim, did find areas of concern that I was able to remediate immediately. Jim came over and explained the entire process, provided a quote and did not try to press the sale. After reviewing the contract, I called back two more time to confirm several outstanding questions about the contract and in the end invited him back to sign.

+ -1 moreThey are always here on time and leave a bag on the door saying they were there. Most of the time you don t even realize that they did the work. If there is ever a problem they come right out.
Description of Work: They did a routine check up on our centricon system for termites. We have a 3500 square foot home. They only spray outside usually around the foundation. But the controls are checked as well to see if they are full. We have a yearly contract with them as well.
