Bug Out Service

Very professional, very good service

I was not happy with their service. I was with them for one year, under contract, and then went month to month thereafter. I told them I was not happy with the condition of my yard -- it looked terrible, weeds, etc . I paid $34 a month and my lawn looked no better than my neighbors who had NO lawn service. They blamed me for either not watering enough or watering too much. It was always the customer's fault. Once a Bug Out rep came into my house and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I was ready to throw him out of my house. I told his associate I never wanted to see this jerk again. Then I had a devil of a time cancelling this service. The office personnel insisted we were on a contract and I insisted that we were month to month. I had to threaten to go to the state Attorney General's Office and file acomplaint before I got someone to actually cancel this service.

They perform the services described in their contract, including responding to calls to treat issues we discover. We wish we didn't have to call them as often as we do. REPLY TO MAY 20 MESSAGE FROM BUG OUT: Thank you. That is encouraging. We would love to be rid of the fire ants.

He was exceptionally friendly. Did all the work including work (found the leak and repaired it) that we had not originally asked for, replacing and re-aiming several of our sprinkler heads and reset the timers to work more efficiently, at an extremely reasonable price. We are looking to have him return and add another zone for our container garden's drip irrigation.

I use Bug Out for termite and pest control. For the size of my house, I pay $42 a month and it's been well worth it. Always very friendly and the response time is great. I once asked a question of the weekend and they had someone out to the house first thing Monday. I've had any issues, and the prices are much better than others I had checked out.

They are not too responsive. I have to keep calling them to have them come back out to take care of weeds that will not go away. I feel there is a lot more effort on my end when this is their responsibility.

The technician that came out only sprayed the front lawn and not the back. I felt that if he was not doing the work correctly when I was here, what are they doing when I am not here. I have since stopped working with them.

They have always been good. We have been using them for about 4 years now. When we have problems with anything, they respond to me.

My experience has been good. I haven't seen any bugs since I started with them.

They are great! They are reliable and they do a good job. I have no problems with scheduling an appointment.

Found them on Angie's List ,called them up the next day they showed up on time , the service person was very professional and explained what he was going to do in detail . I signed a annual contract for pest control service due to the professionalism of the service person. I am very happy with this company ! ! !

They are really responsive whenever I call or need them to re-treat an area. We seem to be prone to a lawn fungus, and they work very hard to keep it under control. The follow-up has been great, and the office folks are very courteous and knowledgeable. We have been using them for years.

All things went very well. They were prompt, neat and cleaned up after themselves.

On the Pest Control, side they come out and look over our foundation, windows, doors and any other points of entry. They knock down and get rid of any cobwebs or pests that are visible by sweeping them away prior to treating both the perimeter of our house and all entry points. They treated our home on the inside just the first time (as it's new construction) as the idea is to create a barrier on the outside to keep pests out. We found them to be very good. When they come over, they knock on the door and let us know they are there. They keep us appraised of any issues they find and I love the fact that through their website I can see all the service dates and reports on what's been done and you can pay your bill on line or have recurring payments set up. We are extremely pleased with their service and have recommended them to neighbors. We also use their Lawn Service on an ongoing basis.

Our service tech Walter is the best. He does an excellent job and assures me that all is fine when he is done. I trust him and the service he provides. Couldn't ask for anyone better!

it is too early to tell if the lawn service works well as the grass is dormant. But I wish this was not a contract based service.

They're good. They are on time and seem to listen to you when you tell them that there's something going on in the yard. So far everything is working fine and the price is comfortable.

I am very pleased with them. They are the fourth company that I have used. They are punctual and do a good job. Our lawn looks better than it has before.

I have used them for a couple of years. Twice when we had them come out for interior spraying, they were supposed to be here between 12 O’ clock and 3 O’clock. At 2:45pm they called and said they would not be here until 4:30 pm. They always call but it was not convenient for our time frame either.

They take pride in their work. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this provider again.

I would rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

Overall, I am satisfied with the services.

I had an okay experience with them, but I found several flying termites, which I was able to kill. I’m not sure where they came from, and I’m not sure 100% if they killed all of the termites underneath the soil. We’re still working with them and they’re supposed to come back out.
