Description of Work: Set an appointment for work to be done. When they didn't show I called. They said that they got too busy and would have to cancel. Would take two weeks to reschedule.

Description of Work: Left a mess. Failed inspection three times still waiting for the fourth inspection from the city inspector. Didn't like the metal flashing that they installed behind the air conditioner had that adjusted 3 times still not happy. Had the initial installation on December 1, 2014. City inspector scheduled to come back tomorrow September 23, 2015

+ -1 moreThey installed the entire central heat and ac system including duct work. They coordinated the installation with the electricians who were here upgrading the electrical system. The choices they gave me were clear and easy to understand. The price was in line with what I wanted/expected to send. Communication with the company and response to my requests was stellar. They were very professional and efficient. I am VERY happy with the final outcome and I'm glad I chose Chapman.

+ -1 morePrompt and professional service. I was afraid I needed a whole new unit, but am very happy that I needed only a relatively minor repair.
Description of Work: I'd had ongoing problems with my heat pump for 6 months. The company who actually installed it came 3 times, and charged for 3 service calls plus repair costs, and never fixed the problem. All American Air came out and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem and had the repair complete in about an hour. They offered me a service contract which my old company never did offer. My mother has used All American Air for years. I am very satisfied and will definitely be calling them again!

+ -1 morePrompt service called at 10 pm and the repairman was willing to come out. Told him tomorrow would be fine. Showed up on time. Replaced unit quickly (full days work) and professionally. I had this unit replaced four months ago and decided it was time to post this.
Description of Work: All American service call for no A/C. I pay $125 per year for two normal service calls and unlimited trouble calls. Company troubleshot unit. Compressor was bad. Age of unit was an issue. After discussion I decided to have the 5 ton unit replaced and some other maintenance done to my system.
