Great! They were on time, professional and I haven't had any problem ever since. We were satisfied with their work.

Went better than expected. The A/C was low on refrigerant and they refilled the unit. They do NOT use Sealant which I would have liked to see but the system has kept working- so far... He was Very Helpful on some other issues as well to point out some deficiencies that the system HAD which we might address on our own. Thanks

I’ve had emergency calls at times and they are quick to respond and their response time is excellent and their employees are very qualified and caring.

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to do it because it was not an easy install. It was difficult because it we are in the 2nd floor with 3-storey condo and they had to do some additional work. It was a complicated install but they did it quickly and much faster than I thought it would be done.

It went well. They came a week ago and I was satisfied with what they told me. They call me and discuss before they repair. The people at my house called and said it was out again. They went and found it was the fuse. I have a contract with them and they usually come out for free. I found them to be honest. They check out whats wrong without charging you. I had someone tell me in the past that the mortar was broken but when they checked, they said it was not broken. I have a WiFi-thermostat. They get busy at times. They get to work within time.

Our built in KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer quit during a weekend, late in the day. None the less All American quickly dispatched one, and then another, technician trying to get it gong again. Worked several hours. Unfortunately it was a defective circuit board made in Japan, factory out of business (refrigerator only 4 years old, do NOT buy KitchenAid). All American overnighted the board to somebody who could re-build the board, and re-installed it. While the price may sound high, it is a bargain considering the many hours these people worked trying to get us up and running. Always professional and informative. We fully recommend Al American for appliance repair. Several years ago they replaced our home A/C system and have been maintaining it ever since. Clean, thorough, responsive and bills are always fully competitive.

They were great. They came highly recommended by another party. The appliance contract is $300 a year and the air conditioning contract is $150 a year. They were prompt and punctual.

Had ac replaced by All American Air three years ago. Have them come out twice a year to inspect maintain unit and change filter. Prior ac installation by other company (Sears) had resulted in drain that was went uphill and other problems. When time to replace I went to All American Air and I have been satisfied with their installation and maintenance. At the time of installation of ac by all american air I didn't belong to Angies list and i decided to use them because of listing on FPL website for rebate.

The company insisted nothing was wrong with the system even though the cooling and heating was inadequate. The repair personnel were pleasant but incapable of finding or fixing the problem.

I think All American Air Conditioning is a reliable AC company in the San Agustin area. They have a good reputation and they seem to live up to it. I still use them for routine maintenance and stuff.

I've had a service contract with this company for a few years and have been pleased with the service. The technician who responded yesterday was prompt and very professional. He was thorough in his work and explained everything to me in a manner which inspired trust. And the price was very reasonable! I will definitely continue to use this company.

I appreciated their prompt response and their ability to schedule replacing the old unit and getting everything up to service quite rapidly. Their original price seemed high and so I had another contractor take a look at this job and give me his quote and I realized that his quote was a little more reasonable so then I went to the first guy and asked them if it's the best they can do because in this market, I've got a quote from another reputable and feeling I can do the job for this much. They said,"You had a contract with us to maintain your equipment and that means a lot to us, we'll make sure that we do the same job that he's quoting on for a similar price." So I stayed with them. What I like also was not only their responsive but because when I rent out the condo, they were able to interact with the property management people to make sure that the rental people that were there would be okay with the date that they could come in and replace the unit. I was able to sort of just back out and let the property management know that this company was gonna be doing the work and I they told me that they know who they are and they'll work with them as best they can. So I'm happy, everybody was happy.

Not much to tell. Arrived at scheduled time, diagnosed problem, repaired leak and recharged system. Working once again.

I am a Realtor and Property Manager and have been using All American for close to 6 years now. I believe their Appliance Technician is the best in his field.

We like this company, and will renew our annual service contract. We have an old air handler with +5 year old compressor, and live by the ocean where there's lots of salt corrosion. They have never tried to sell us parts we don't need, and are honest about the condition of our unit. * When it's time for our bi-annual service, the technicians take their time and thoroughly clean our air handler. They maintain our compressor on the roof, and undercoat any parts that could potentially rust. * They service many condos in our complex and when the technicians are in the area, they occasionally inspect our unit for free, and have brought us an extra filter during heavy use months. * The price of the annual service agreement is a fair price for the maintenance, especially if you live along the ocean. * There are other good Heating and Air companies in the area, but what I like is that they will negotiate the annual service agreement price to meet or beat the competition. * Remember to check their website for good coupons. * The only negative is that there is only one person to take appointments. If she is out or on another line, you cannot schedule an appointment. They want you to leave a voicemail, and she will call you back. That's way to much telephone tag. It would be great if they could train another person to take appointments, and have full coverage during business hours. Despite this annoyance, we've been pleased with their service, the technicians are friendly, and we will continue to be their customer.

A/C went out on a Sunday night. Called first thing Monday morning. They came out and fixed a.s.a.p. Very helpful since it we were in a heat wave in the mid 90s. Professional and courtesy.

I have a service contract with them. They respond quickly. Their prices are expensive. The quality of the workmanship has been good.
