Gutter installations were performed effectively and efficiently. Installers were courteous and cooperative with resident's needs, including special downspout extensions where flooding was a prior problem. Work was completed over 2-3 days and all areas were inspected and cleaned before completion of work each day.

We had recently moved into the house and found that the gutters were packed with tree litter and dirt. There were even small trees and weeds that had taken root and were growing quite nicely.I chose The Gutter Man from Angie's list. Mike gave me pricing over the phone and a date he could come over to clean my gutters. He arrived at the designated time and got right to work. He collected all the debris without spilling anything off the roof, including himself. I am very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic, and will definitely use him in the near future because I am surrounded by pines in the back and live oak in the front..

I called the Gutter Man when I noticed some water in my foyer during heavy rains. They came on time, explained everything they were going to do and cleaned up as they went along. I had one downspout that was so compacted it could not be flushed out so two days later Daniel came to replace it (after hours which i appreciated because I could not get off of work) and to install an additional downspout. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing and left the work area clean. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

The job was done well. The repairman were very helpful. I gave them a tip and they were very gracious.

Not much to report. The did what they said they would do. The workmanship was good. They paid attention to details and they were thoughtful concerning the appearance of the gutters and downspouts on the house. The downspouts in the front of the house are so symmetrical that they do not call attentional to themselves. I gave them a "B" for responsiveness since it took a while to get the work started due to the fact that they are very busy. You will have to factor longer lead times into your schedule.

They were prompt in returning my initial call & provided an estimate in a timely manor. I liked the way they priced out each individual gutter because I decided to only repair & add a downspout to the one on the porch for now. They were willing to negotiate the estimate over the phone, as I changed my original idea & stuck to that figure. The installers were quick & left no debris. I will definitely call them when I decide to add the rest of the gutters.

They're quote was a few hundred dollars higher than the 1st one but they agreed to split the difference. Trust, comfort and confidence levels were deciding factors.Started on time, finished timely. Workers were courteous and respectful. Clean-up was thorough. They had to come back twice to fix some minor problems but did so without hesitatiion or delay.

The company came highly recommended. On the original installation they came out promptly and provided us with an estimate. Weeks later we decided to move forward and they were very good about doing the work. We were apprehensive because the house was newly constructed without gutters and there was a bit of concern over how they would change the look. As it turns out the job was done extremely well and our fears were unfounded. The gutters look fine and function very well. Fast forward two years and we found that a result of the design of the roof line in very heavy summer rains we needed to make a modest diversion. We sent Gutter Man the pictures of what we were talking about and their technician read them before hand and brought the materials out necessary to do the job completely today. Alan was very professional and allowed us to be part of the process in discussing what actually would be done. We are actually looking forward to our next heavy rain so we can see if everything is going to work the way we expect, but even if it doesn't I am very confident that they will stand behind their work and come back if necessary (which we don't expect).

From start to finish the project went well. Although our initial quote was given in April 2011 and we did not do the gutters until July 2012, Gutter Man honored their original quote. Don, the estimator was on time for each appointment and was very helpful in picking out a color which would match the newly painted house. The time between when we signed the contract and when the installation was done was about three weeks. The day of installation, a two man crew showed up exactly when they promised they would at 8:30 a.m. The crew chief walked around the house with me and confirmed where the downspouts and water diverters would be located and asked if I had any questions.They worked very thoroughly measuring and remeasuring the areas where gutters were to be installed. The process went very quickly and by 4:00p.m. the gutters were all installed and the debris was cleaned from the yard. Again the crew chief walked around the house with me to be sure I was satisfied and understood everything they had done.They did an excellent job and aesthetically the gutters were a good fit for the house. We have since had many, many days of heavy downpours and the gutters have not shown any signs of leaking and have done an excellent job of diverting the water where we want it to go. We are very pleased with the gutters and with our whole experience and would highly recommend The Gutter Man.

Our salesperson was great. He came out and measured our home and provided us a detailed estimate. The job got a little hazy when it got to their office. I had to call several times to get them out to my home. The scheduler needs a schedule. The install went great. Our installer did a wonderful job. I gave them an "A" because of our salesman, Dan and the great install job. Yes,I would recommend them. However, they are very busy and you may have to wait.

The two young men came at the appointed time to do the work. They asked me to review the work that was estimated. We did that, and they began working. The entire job took them less than 4 hours to do. I was very impressed by their work ethics and the work that they did. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs gutters installed.

I am totally impressed with The Gutter Man of Tampa Bay. Not only was his person named Nolan very sweet and extremely wonderful but he did such a great job that he was even 2 hours early from what they had promised. I had called a couple of days before and that was it. He did much more than I even expected and blew off all the stuff that he had taken off the roof. I am totally impressed with them and I will definitely have them back.

I had never hired a gutter cleaning company before, but it rained heavily one weekend afternoon and I could see that all of my gutters were overflowing like waterfalls. So of course I came to Angie's List for recommendations. As I recall, I called The Gutter Man on a Friday morning and they came out first thing on Monday morning. They climbed up on the roof and stayed up there almost the whole time, pulling the gunk out of the gutters and putting it into bags that they brought with them, to avoid making a big mess. (I've cleaned my own gutters many times, and made a huge, gross mess every time -- so this was a huge benefit.) They also blasted the downspouts clean, which is what usually causes the backup and overflow in the first place, and is the hardest thing to do yourself. They cleaned up the little debris that fell to the ground, and even reconnected a loose downspout diverter before they left. I no longer have big puddles pooling around my walls, and I couldn't be happier with the service. (It was a little more than I expected to pay at first, but after seeing the results, I have zero regrets and will use them again whenever I need them.)
