The Gutter Man was hired by me on several occasions and I was always pleased with the quality of their work and can-do attitude. Service after the sale was also excellent. Mike Carey was always responsive.........

They were pleasant to deal with and the gutters are now draining well, but I was disappointed that the debris wasn't bagged and removed and that the property wasn't left fairly clean. It was a Sat. after office closing time, so I cleaned up myself rather than having the grit from roof shingle granules ground into the driveway and stairs while waiting for the office to open. I also cleaned a lot of material out of the bushes. When I called the office on Monday, they were responsive and assured me that is not the way they expect they expect the property to be left. They would have sent the crew back to clean if I hadn't already done it. I think I would use them again but will keep a sharper eye out at the start of the job to make sure debris is going where I want it to go.

Were not able to fix leak after 2 trips 2nd gutter man did a worse job then the first he left a large white strip on my black gutter told us to get some paint to fix it

The request for estimates was sent on Monday and the company doesn’t bother to even respond until 6 days later on Sunday. By then 3 other professional companies responded, provided estimates and one was hired with gutters being installed within just days of agreement.

Owner Mike Carey came out and bid on the work we knew we needed and also suggested raising the bottom of a few gutters to minimize clogging. A few days later the work was done as scheduled, courteously, correctly, and at the agreed upon price.

They're real responsive, they were out here real quick. The owner is the guy who answers the phone and he's the one who comes out and does the work. I like that he is the one running it and the one doing all the work.

Job went very well, and workers were efficient with work & cleanup. We have used them since they took over the company, and the new owners are great. We have lots of oak trees, hence lots of "stuff" in the gutters. We are looking into gutter guards from Gutter Man.

These guys are superb. I hadn't had my gutters cleaned in a couple of years and we have oak trees on the property. The gutters were clogged and weeds were growing out of them and the patio roof was covered in leaves. They cleaned everything out throughly including one very hard to reach one along the side of the house. They bagged all of the leaves and twigs and cleaned up after. Very professional and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Small issue with install but they responded immediately and corrected.

The techs figured out the problem quickly and finished the work in about an hour. Everything now looks good as new and will definitely improve the drainage problem I had. Gutter Man installed all the gutters at my house and recommend them highly. Thanks, guys!

Although they were booked for the next few weeks, they made the time to get back to me and they were able to fit me in. Received fast and friendly service.

I called on 03/21/2016 and the 727 area code phone # rang, no answer, no voicemail. I called again this morning 03/23/16 - same thing, rang no answer. I checked out their website and they have the following message: "Currently we are only accepting Gutter and Downspout Cleaning business. Please check back in April or May of 2016 for any other services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!" So, with that said, I'll look for another gutter company.

Excellent company. From point of first call to schedule to the date of quick completion was absolutely the best. More and more companies, even ones that may have good reviews, do not live up to expectations. This company is not like that, but they are professional, competent and completely reliable and thorough. Did everything asked and cleaned up afterwards. Furthermore, they were able to repair the gutter improperly installed by a different company and that never returned calls to repair their initial work.

Gentleman that took down my info when I called was very friendly. John, the estimator was also very friendly and gave me a good price for the work I needed done, though it was a small job, they still did it anyways. All the other companies tried to charge me a high minimum for a service call. Tom called when he was on his way, like I asked.... arrived on time. Friendly attitude, truck was properly identifiable. He went above and beyond the scope of the job, and made sure that my parents wouldnt experience any further issues. The best customer service I have received from the service industry for quite some time.... wish everyone was this awesome.... would highly recommend Tom and the bunch at Gutter Man of Tampa Bay.

Once the work was done they did a great job. It was VERY difficult getting the service repair scheduled. They have one person that takes the initial call. Then I had to wait for the estimator to call. That took over a week. Then after the estimator I had to wait for the scheduler. That took another week. Overall it took a month to get this repair done. Everyone I spoke with was very nice. It was just very difficult to get anyone to follow up and call me back. I rated a C in professionalism because I feel follow through has everything to do with displaying professionalism. I shouldn't have to continually be tracking down someone to contact me.

The work was completed, but the crew showed up over two hours late, and I wasn't notified. I had to call to find out if I had the wrong date/time, but I had it correct. They had moved another job ahead of mine that morning and didn't bother notifying me. I had left work to meet them, and I really didn't appreciate not being notified. They did clean the gutters, but they ended up leaving a trash bag on the roof which I had to go retrieve myself. I would not recommend them.

they arrived on time and proceeded to clean out gutters, when they were finished, you never knew they were there. Perfect clean-up.

I have had mixed results with this company. They are very punctual in scheduling and responding to your needs. Ours was gutter and roof cleaning. They schedule and call and followup. I used to have it on a every other month cleaning. But I will not be using this company again. It all depends on who they have come and do the job. I have had some great persons come and clean and blow and bag the debris. The time before last the person blew all the needles behind the air-conditioner units, and against the fence, they did not bag anything. I called the company and they sent the person back to clean up which was a half hazard job. I had them come again last week and I spoke directly with the crew to make sure they bag the needles and even offered them to put in our truck and we could take them to the dump. That didn't happen, I saw them drive away with one bag of needles and My husband and I were left to clean behind the air conditioner unit and around the house. I won't be using them again.

On time. Great service. Professional team. Will schedule yearly cleaning from now on. Highly recommend.

They will not even look at my gutters or give me an estimate. Passed me along to another contractor that has a D rating on Angie's List.

They did an excellent job. The new downspouts look great.

I live in a upscale community and the biggest problem I have is when contractors come through the gate 75% of them jack up the price. I even nicely told the estimator do NOT give me an estimate that is going to be out of line with other estimates. I was shocked when I received the estimate which was in excess of twice the amount of other bids. Included in their bid of $5,471 was a fee of $733.00 to remove existing gutters....what? The company I am using came out and removed gutters in 1.5 hours. Still shaking my head on this one.
