On 9/6/13 Mike measured and gave an estimate for replacing and installing my gutters. I discussed with him problems with drainage from the downspouts. When it rains the water pouring out of the downspouts forms a pool on my patio. He assured me with the new design it would fix all of that. He said there was a wait of approximately 2 weeks. We have had a lot of storms so I wasn't surprised that when the approximate installation date of 9/23 rolled by without hearing from the company. I called and was informed that it would be Oct 7 at 9 AM. It was raining in the morning and I hadn't heard from them if they were coming. I went to work and called at 1130 AM to see if they were coming as the rain had let up. No one answered and I left a message with my cell phone number. I didn't hear from anyone. I work 10 minutes from my home and can easily leave to be onsite if needed. When I returned from work at 5 pm they had been there and installed my gutters. The downspout now is directly by my front door and crosses over the access to my water main on/off and water meter. If you come to my front door when it's raining the water will come directly at your feet. When you approach the front door , you see downspouts. As he explained the design to me during the estimate the two front gutters were to be joined so all water was to be diverted to the flower bedding at front of house. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I took pictures to post but I don't see where this option is available on this site.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for thorough gutter cleaning. Because of the set-up of our pool cage, it's extremely difficult for us to clean the gutters that are covered by the cage roof. They came out and gave a very reasonable estimate. They said the service would probably be about 10 days out due to their schedule. However, they called 3 days later and said they'd be able to fit us in. They came out, did the work, and everything is draining perfectly!

The Gutter Man was great! We had a real drainage problem and had gotten estimates that were much, much higher, but he came in and did the job correctly and very reasonably. There was a delay in the material arriving and he called to keep me updated throughout the entire process. We were very, very happy and would use him again!

I called and was told that they were running a "week out" and would be contacted the following week the day prior to service. My estimate was between $130 and $150. The day before I receive a call from Dan and was told that the crew would be out the next day at about 2pm. The next day, we were out to lunch at noon and receive a call from the Crew Leader saying it was raining and they would not be out and would let their dispatcher know that they needed to re-schedule. (They were supposed to be out at 2pm and the sun was shining, so I am still not sure why they were out at noon.) A day passed and no call. On Friday, I called them and Dan told me he had heard nothing from the crew and thought that the job had been completed. Obviously I was stunned. Dan offered to come out himself on Saturday morning. A few minutes later he called back to tell me his "best guy" lived in our area and would be out instead at the same time. Tim (or Tom) called first and was there right on time. He is their "best guy." He was done within an hour and did a great job. They made it right and that is what is most important -- besides, obviously doing a good job!

The technician named Matt was prompt and efficient and I'm very happy with the service and the product. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Thanks for a good experience.

Don, the estimater came out to property on time as scheduled....nice guy....good recomendations on what should be done and I received a fair estimate. I was told they were a week out for service and the office would contact me to schedule. I had to call them 13 days later and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. On scheduled day I received a call from the technician saying he was not coming because he was running behind. When I called to reschedule I was told the next available appointment was a week later. FORGET ABOUT IT!!

They were very responsive in setting up the appointment, confirming the appointment and arriving on time. They were professional and courteous during there work and left the premises neat and clean.

We used The Gutter Man of Tampa in the past for gutter repair and were very pleased. Most recent visit was to install a gutter on one side of our home and perform gutter cleaning. From the initial phone call to completion of service, their professionalism and knowledge were excellent. We will use them again. Very pleased with their work.

I emailed Gutter Man of Tampa Bay after reading thru their reviews, requesting a quote. Their response was immediate. My gutters were full of debris and repairs need to some downspouts. I needed general maintenance as they had been neglected for some time. Michael Shepherd emailed me (4/19/13) the estimate and said they would come out the following week. The work was completed on 4/26/13 and the gutters (especially the new downspouts) look great. I would not hesitate using using this company again in the future. They did not try to sell me a whole new system, which I appreciate.

They were good. They came out, gave us an estimate, then came out three days later, and did the work.

This the second time I called for service and I am very satisfied with the work. I have not get to meet the people that come to the house due to my work schedule, but they return calls on time. I receive a call the day before to inform the time they will be doing the job; they usually come before the time expected. I recommend their services.

They did a great job. They explained everything and they walked me through it. They asked for my input. They had it all down on paper. They followed through and they were very professional. They made sure that I was happy with it. They did great. I would recommend them.

They came at the time that they said they would - called ahead the day before to confirm. Was quoted $100 for the job but was told it would be $120 when crew arrived. Disappointed that they charged 20%more than the quote but would use them again.
