Description of Work: I used Angie's Snapfix app to help find someone to repair my gutters. Water wass running over gutter and into courtyard causing water intrusion into home/garage. Gutter man appears to have done a fine job. I won't know for sure until it rains, but they were timely and delivered what they said they would.

Description of Work: This company sent a representative right away. We needed help with a "corner" problem that needed a higher gutter guard to prevent spillovers. The work was done the next day, they also cleaned our gutters. We were very pleased and plan to call them again to do a larger replacement job when we re-roof our house.

Description of Work: Mike came by to fix a piece of my gutter that got ripped off due to the wind last night. He has worked for me in the past fixing it when I first moved in. He didn't charge me at all to fix it which I think is awesome. What a way to stand behind the work you do for customers plus he managed to get me in the schedule at the last minute. Response from The Gutter Man Of Tampa Bay LLC
Unfortunately this time of year we cannot offer immediate service to new or existing customers due to the overwhelming number of inquiries coming in on a daily basis this time of year. Our receptionists do not always know how far in advance our fields crews are scheduled so that conversation doesn't usually take place unless the customer asks, in which case we must consult our project manager or estimators to give an approximate waiting time for gutter cleaning, repair and/or installation services. Customers calling in are informed that an estimator will contact them on the following day to set up an appointment for an estimate and at that time we do try to discuss our current waiting time for services before going out to do estimates so the customer is apprised of the current situation in case they wish to choose another company that isn't so busy. Obviously that didn't work for this particular member and for that we are sorry we could not accommodate him. I believe our company's service is worth the wait, and if the member cannot find another company to address his needs within his time constrains, we would be happy to help him with the same emphasis to service as we provide with all of our other customers.

Description of Work: I originally submitted a report saying the company had not responded to my request for an estimate. As it turns out, they DID respond timely and I had missed the message. I expect to be doing business with them in the near future (as soon as I close out the open permit on my house and can get the next one one for the gutters, etc.) and will update the report when the work is completed.

Description of Work: Ha d about 20 ft of guttering and 12 ft of downspout installed. The ownspout had to go behind a trellis and around a corner to the driveway. The work was quickly and professionally done and I would certainly call him again if the need arises.
