Estimate went well but they Estimate went well but they were the highest bid of all quotes received! Also, don't be fooled by the "We are the Only Co.that uses Industrial Strength Hanger Hooks"! Some other Gitter Companies use the same hanger hooks!

The price was reasonable. The work turned out great. He was terrific.

The estimator, Don, came out as scheduled and offered a few options for our drainage problems, and was responsive and helpful when we had additional questions. We decided to go with the more expensive option of having the underground drainage pipe installed. It took a few weeks before they could schedule our job, but that's understandable since they are busier during rainy season. The crew assigned to complete our job, Daniel and Justin, did wonderful work. The weather didn't co-operate, but Daniel and Justin worked for two days, mostly in the rain, to put up the gutters, dig a trench, and install the drainage pipe -- backbreaking work. As you can imagine, working in the rain created a lot of mess, but Daniel and Justin cleaned up the entire area, and even wiped off the mud that had splattered on the house and porch. We are happy to highly recommend The Gutter Man.

The gutter man of Tampa Bay employees showed up and ripped off the old gutters by force in 15 mins flat. Nails from the roof and drip edge flew threw the air landing on the cars in the driveway and all over the lawn. They caused heavy damage the drip edge and the leading edge of My brand new roof. then there was the 5 minute clean up. they used a blower and blew all the granite sand from the old gutters into my pool. My kids tracked it in the house for a week. After putting the new gutters in place they beat the drip edge back into place using rubber mallets. They actually used tin snips and cut the holes in the drip edge. That night it rained and water was poring over the gutters. I was very concerned and Called the Gutter Man. I spoke to Michael Carey. He explained he was on vacation in California but would send a person back to repair the damage. A week later the worker showed up. He said he cant believe how much damage the installers had done. He He attempted to repair the damage with silicone glue but the roof was leaking. Water was pooing into the wood soffits. One of the gutters was so crooked it buckled under the weight of the water and tore free of the roof splitting the soffit wood edge. Paint was peeling within a few weeks. After a long wait and no phone calls. I had another contractor temporary repair part of the roof for $550. The new contractor explained the gutters will need to be removed and new drip edge installed. I still have water damage to the ceiling paint. The drip edge has been repaired with a load of silicon rubber. Three weeks later the follow up repair guy showed up again. he say Oh I see you had the roof repaired so I guess there's nothing more to do.. I will have Mike call you to discuss a partial refund. The Job will end up costing me $3000 dollars. No partial refund and no more calls from mike. Hes probably happy in California! THANKS ALLOT MIKE!!

A gentleman came out on July 17 and gave me a quote to correct the water flow problem. He explained that they were busy and that someone would contact me to set up an appointment. Several weeks went by and I had not heard from anyone so I called them to get an update as to when they would come out to do the work. The work was finally done on August 26th. The next day I went on the roof to look at the new section of gutter that was installed and was very disappointed as to how it looked and sent a photo to them. The original siding that had been holding the original gutter in place was bent outwards causing it to somewhat extend into the new gutter. My concern was that this would hamper the runoff from the roof to actually going into the gutter itself. I called the next morning and spoke with Greg explaining my concerns and he told me that someone would contact me. Later I received a call from Mike who told me that someone would be back out to correct the problem. On August 29th Daniel came out and tried to "flatten" down the siding which now was never going to lay as flat as it had before. On August 30th during a heavy rain I went out to look at the gutters to see if any problems and noticed water leaking out of one of the gutter seams. I took a photo of the problem area and sent it to Mike, Daniel and Greg. On September 2nd I received a message on Angie's List from Greg that someone would contact me to schedule a time to come back out. On September 3rd I called Greg to see when someone would be back out and he gave me Daniel's phone number as he would be the one coming back out. Daniel did come back out the next day to seal the leak. On Sunday September 7 I ran water into the gutter t make sure that the leak was sealed, which it was. To my surprise the water was not flowing very well so got on a ladder to look into the gutter and saw that an empty tube of, Geocel 2320 Gutter Seam Sealant, was laying in the gutter which was hampering the water flow. In closing, I can honestly say that everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and tried to correct the problems on what should have been a fairly simple job for them. Unfortunately I cannot give them the review I would have liked just based on their responsiveness. Thank you.

They came out right away and did a great job. We had a problem with one of the scuppers, and he was very helpful in suggesting various ways to fix the problem. Very professional and a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time, cleaned the gutters, cleaned up after themselves. Came back another day and fixed the leaks and the downspout.

They were excellent. They were clean and courteous. They did a quality job.

Called twice for appointments to clean my gutters. Both times appointments were scheduled and no one showed up to do the work.

My initial contact concerned me, as the estimator told me he, "Wouldn't be in my area for a while." Upon further discussion, this meant he wouldn't be there that week (this was on a Wednesday.) He was out early the next week and promptly wrote up and phoned me the estimate. I gave them approval at that time. When I got home I was concerned that there wasn't a splash shield on the estimate, as this gutter ended up near a valley in the roof where a great deal of water comes off the roof during hard rains. When I called the estimator the next day, he was kind enough to point out that the deflector was indeed on the drawing (it was) but not called out as a separate line item on the estimate. No problem! I was told there was about a week to 10 day lead time, which was fine with me. Imagine my surprise when I came home from work a few days later to find the installer finishing up the work! Very well done, everything as described on the estimate, work area as clean as it was when they arrived. A great job all around, which I can attest to after watching the gutter direct all of the rain that we have had the last week or two of the roof and into the driveway.

When I called on June first, I was given a quote and told they were working about two weeks out and would call the day before they came. The called on the 9th, came on the 10th and did a good job. I had to leave while they were here, so they left the invoice on the patio as I had requested.

I placed a call to this company and my call was returned, an estimate was left for us as we requested, and then we had to fly up north due to an unexpected emergency. When I returned, I called the company right away because I was told on our first conversations they were booking jobs 2 weeks out. The gentleman on the phone was very obliging - understood our delay in getting back to them and then went out of his way to fit us in. Permits had to be pulled - ( Dunedin) and still they were here within the week. The two men doing the job were personable and understanding- my son works nights and was sleeping- they started on the back of the house - away from his room- then continued on and finished the job - they answered all our questions and did a terrific job! I would recommend this company highly- and without hesitation! We had new landscaping and they were even considerate working around that:) Thank you to these two men for a job very well done!

Called on Monday June 16th. Was a very friendly man who said I would be called back the next day to schedule an estimate. I never heard back. I called that Thursday the 19th. I wanted to check and see if they had lost my information etc. The man said they were VERY busy, but that someone would be in touch. Well.... Today is Tuesday, June 24 and I still have not heard from anyone:( I really feel like a call to a customer is a VERY easy thing to master. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere!

The workers were very nice and did a good job.

He was the most economical of the 3 I chose. He was very nice, but I had to leave so I was unable to check his work.

Gutter Man answered our call promptly, showed up and gave an estimate. The installer Shep called when promised and installed the gutters as scheduled. Work went very well and we were surprised by the choice of colors offered for the downspouts. Have used Gutter Man in the past and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Very prompt response to schedule an estimate. The actual work was scheduled in just a couple of days. The work was done very well. The leaves now pile up ON the gutter guards instead of IN the gutters and then just blowing off in the wind. We were pleased with doing business with The Gutter Man.

They did good work and cleaned out the gutters before installation. Significantly less than other quotes I had rec'd. My only negative on the punctuality was that they showed up on time, but forgot the supplies, so had to go back to the shop while we waited home from work. Quick installation otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel and Mike very promptly retuned my call and provided a proposal within a couple of days of visiting my home. The installer showed up on the day promised and completed the job the same day. Very professional service and install. Gutter system looks great and works very well. Thanks for the quick response, professionalism and first class service!

We made an appointment for them to come out around 10:30 am. They called me last night and let me know they had another job and won't be able to make it until around 1:30 pm. 2:45 came around and they still had not shown up. They eventually called me after I called them wondering where they were, told me they wouldn't be able to get to me today and probably wouldn't be able to until next week because they said they had to work until 6 pm today on another job.

They were very professional and accommodating and gave me a reasonable price. They came when they said they would and were even able to add a connect downspout to the new gutter I had ordered, despite the fact I hadn't ordered it. They were careful, and efficient. The price was fair. The project looks and operates great. I would use them again.

I was quoted a price based on my roofs square footage over the phone. When they arrived for the actual work, the price increased by $125 because they said I had some damaged screens. Just be careful with the details via phone, otherwise they were professional and seemed to do a good job.

My experience with them has always been excellent. It has always been great.
