Description of Work: Installed a gutter and down spout entire length of side of condo. He did a great job and it was installed nearly a year ago and has withstood many rains and downpours. I no longer have rain running off the roof and soaking the ground near my foundation.

Description of Work: I only had one issue with this company. When I spoke with them on the phone I was given a range of prices. I was not given a followup phone call. They showed up on an unexpected day, cleaned the gutters, and left a Bill. There was no phone call that they were coming, no introduction, no exact estimate. I was satisfied with the job they did and the price, but would have preferred a phone call or face to face meeting.

Thanks for the feedback- It is our policy to call all customers prior to our arrival. In this case, we had a last-minute cancellation and this member was moved up the list and worked into the schedule the same day we were to come out. Unfortunately, we had little time to plan and the field staff just showed up to do the job, rather than putting it off until a week later when we were to return to that area. We'll do better next time.

CALLED THREE WEEKS AGO AND SET UP A TIME FOR CLEANING OUR GUTTERS. SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. SHE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BEFORE COMING OUT, BUT HE DIDN'T. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. WE HAD TO LEAVE TOWN FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND CALLED HIM WHEN WE RETURNED. HE SAID ''OH, THAT'S A LONG TIME AGO. I'LL BE OVER TOMORROW TO DO IT.'' THEN I ASKED IF HE COULD WALK ON TILE ROOF AND HE SAID ''YOU HAVE TILE ROOF? NO, I WON'T DO IT IF IT IS TILE.'' THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE ORIGINALLY SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME WHAT KIND OF ROOF WE HAD. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I hired The Gutter Man to repair a couple of badly damaged gutters, remove two gutters that impeded a new ADA ramp and to clean out several jammed gutters. Im very happy to report that the service exceeded my expectations. The work was done the same week that I inquired and the work was excellent. I waited to place this report until Id seen several rains to observed the gutters, they all work great! The cost was very fair, less than I have anticipated. They returned my call and gave me an estimate within 24 hrs. The work was done exactly when scheduled. I would recommend the Gutter Man to anyone needing this service!
