Great! I called for some info about what the company did and got a ballpark quote over the phone. I immediately got on the appointmet schedule and they came to do the work within a week. I did not have to be at the house while the work was performed and they left an invoice for me to pay. They did a fantastic job at what I thought was a good price for the amount of work done (I had a small forest sprouting in my gutters...they hadn't been cleaned in over a year) I will be using this company again!

Well pleased with initial consultation, which required discussion of some particular installation preferences. Concerns were addressed, and installation was performed as requested in a prompt manner. Property was well cared for in regards to application and clean up. Excellent service, would not hesitate to use this company again.

We recently bought a new home in Tarpon Springs that had several soffit panels that had come down because of wind. Because the were in an awkward place - second story over an aluminum roof that could not be walked on - it required some ingenuity in getting to a place where they could be replaced. We had originally contacted a handyman who gave us a very good price. But, because he worked alone and did not have insurance, we chose to opt for a more professional service provider with more specifically related experience. Gutter Man dealt with us by phone from start to finish with no hassle or difficulty. It took a few visits to the property for them to identify a solution that would do the job correctly and not require renting a lift. They came to do the job when they said they would, did the job they said they would do, and kept us fully informed all along the way. Their price was somewhat more than the handyman had quoted but we felt greater confidence in the expected outcome - that added confidence was worth the extra cost.

The company is very organized and thorough and sets up the appointments, then calls to remind you of the upcoming appointment as well. The two different crews sent out were both good. The residents of the 4 separate units in our two story, multi-roof-level all went together to hire The Gutter Man of Tampa to clean the gutters of our building, since all the gutter work flows together. It would have not made sense for one resident to have the gutters cleaned on only their unit, since often it's one continuous gutter. The work was completed in good time and the worker pointed out some other areas for repair. Those residents had the company come out to do those additional repairs separately. In our case, about 2 weeks after the original cleaning, the worker came to re-route a key downspout to another locale on our back lanai, several feet away. About 3 weeks after that, we noticed a problem with the back gutter not routing water the way it should, so called the company again. They came out again to check the problem, only to find out it was caused by their previous visit, when the worker neglected to re-tilt the gutter in the proper direction. The problem was fixed quickly and there was no charge, since it was their mistake from work done so recently. I might add that the cost noted was the total cost for the entire building's gutter cleaning, plus the extra job that we had done. The $150.00 cost to clean the building's gutters was split by 4 different owners.

Had a small problem, they came out and fixed it right away. Showed up on time, cleaned up the area when they were done. I am really happy with the results.

Their pricing was reasonable. They were professional, punctual and responsive. They also gave me a guarantee for 2 years. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Called in advance to notify. Showed up when said. Completed job and spoke to us on gutter system. Great job, efficient and customer friendly.

The Gutterman regularly cleans my gutters and I asked for an estimate for a specific section of gutter on a flat roof add on to my house when they came to clean my gutters. They did so and the estimate was reasonable. This roof extends over another add on patio so it I know it took some extra effort to do the job. The gentlemen who preformed the work were very courteous and professional. They took away the old gutters and except for the nice new gutters that now graced my roof, I would have never known that they were there.

The work they did was excellent. The only thing was that they kept mentioning a higher price as they were doing the work. They knew what they had to do. Fortunately they accepted the check for $250 which is what they said the price was going to be.

Good, ended up with 5 bags of leaves from the top of the house. They will be coming back to install screens so that drains will not get clogged in the future.

It was a difficult job due to the way my pool screen enclosure meets the tile roof. Joe had to clean from the roof and also blow the leaves from underneath in the pool area. I had been quoted $85 over the phone, but the price went up when Joe saw how difficult a job it was turning out to be. He was on time and personable. He cleaned up before leaving.

Right on target-----if any problems were encountered, I did not know about it.

They came at the time promised, did a thorough and professional job and took away all the debris, and even hosed down the driveway.

After calling on a Friday afternoon, the nice woman at the other end told me that the scheduler was out, but can they call us back on Monday? I agreed and as promised I received a call on Monday and service was scheduled for the very next day. The men came out, made short work of cleaning the gutters and downspouts on a one story 1800 sq. ft. home. The price was set at 85 dollars. I asked them to reseal two seams in the back which they did for an additional 75 dollars. They were professional, detailed and made short work of my gutters. I would hire The Gutter Man again!

The gutters are not exactly something that I routinely think about even though I should. The Gutterman calls the beginning of the seasons and asks if I would like my gutters clean. The call one day in advance of arrival, they come on time. If I am not home or available to come to the door, they just leave a bill. It is a very painless process and one I appreciate.

I was told that my appointment was going to be between 3-4 pm. They were on time. My gutter was cleaned and my drain was reattached and repaired. The estimate I as given on the phone is what I paid for the service. They also went on the roof and cleaned off all the debris from the roof near the gutter. The price was fair and I was pleased with the work performed. I wasn't to impressed with the clean up. It looked like the leaves and gunk from the gutter was left on the ground. I was told when I made the appointment that it would be put in a bag and thrown out. Despite the cleanup, I would use them again. I did not contact the company on the cleanup. They were able to preform the work without me having to take off from work, which I did appreciate.

Gutter man did me right. No complications, no surprises.

We were scheduled for the last appointment for the day. Our appointment was scheduled for between 2 and 4 PM. We were called around 3:30 and told they had to reschedule. They came the next day and did the job.

They are responsive and did what they said they would. Their prices were reasonable. They were polite and professional. I would recommend them to others.

He came out and the whole job went smoothly from start to finish.

Decided to go with another company who had a lower estimate.

I was very pleased and will use him again.

While they did fix the problem it took a bit to get it completed. They made an appointment for a Tuesday between 12-2pm. Just before 2pm they called to say they were running late on another job; would be there around 3pm. Then they called just before 3pm to say they would have to reschedule. The office did call the next day (without me having to follow up) to reschedule for Thursday between 12-2pm. Yet again I waited. When 1 o'clock came and no sight of them I called the office to make sure they were still coming. I really didn't want to have to wait around another afternoon... They again called just before 2pm to say they would be late. I don't think they arrived until after 4pm. They didn't finish the job. They said they'd have to schedule another appt. to finish. (They didn't bring all the equipment with them that was requested on the quote. Office called, scheduled for Monday 9-9:30. No show. I called the office at 10. Said they were running late.

It ended with the consultation as they could not do what we needed done.
