The Gutter man of Tampa Bay LLC Company did the work in a timely fashion. They were prompt. They came out when they said they would. They did a nice job. The big part when doing such jobs is that they blow things off the roof and then all that mess gets collected down below. They then packed up everything and took the mess away. They did a nice job in cleaning up after themselves. They were excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I called for an estimate on roof and gutter cleaning. They asked questions and provided a quote of $150. We have a tile roof and they were aware of the importance of not cracking the tiles, which was nice. They were here promptly on the day and time they said they would be. They were finished in a good amount of time and charged only $100 due to the job not being as bad as was quoted. He also gave me a status on the condition of the roof tiles, which is appreciated since we don't see them. This was a painless experience and I will definately use them for future cleanings!

It was great and we love them. Their prices are always very reasonable. They have hired out of work roofers to work for them so we always have people who know how to walk on a tile roof and not break all the tiles, which is good.

Refreshingly Honest!!! They're great! I wish I could have used them. Even though I didn't have any work done, these guys are fantastic. They are one of the most honest contractors/ companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and here's why: Don came out to give an estimate on installing gutters around my house. However, unlike most houses, my house is unusual in that it has no eaves, soffits or overhangs. It's just concrete block right up to the edge of the roof. Don looked at it, and admitted that he had never seen something like that, and didn't feel comfortable doing the job. He explained that the lack of soffits, fascia and overhang would make it difficult to hang gutter, if not impossible. He said that he didn't want my house to be a learning experiment. When I told him the solution another company had come up with, he nodded, understanding what they intended to do. But he still wasn't convinced that it would work, and he honestly and very politely said, "Well, if they think they can do it, you better let them handle it. Cause I've never done a job like this before." I thanked him for his honesty. To find someone with that kind of honesty, willing to admit that they cannot do something, and then blatantly offering the job to another company, is absolutely refreshing and it speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. It has also put me on guard against their competitor, and makes me wonder if they were just blowing smoke my way. Anyway, if I could have used Gutterman, I would have - because that kind of integrity is hard to find.

The price was reasonable and the job went well. I wasn?t there to check up on them but the outcome of the job was good. Their customer service was okay; they probably could have been better. The weren't the cheapest but the price was reasonable. I would possibly use them again.

We contacted five contractors listed on Angie's List and received three estimates. The Gutter Man of Tampa Bay was the only contractor that brought sample products and completed the estimate before leaving. The salesperson was very professional and congenial. The only downside in the sales experience was that I asked a few construction questions that could not be answered due to the salesperson's construction expertise. I requested copies of the company's workers compensation and general liability policies. We were faxed certificates of insurance which showed us as a certificate holder. This is important! Make sure you ask for this before allowing any company to do construction work at your home. The crew arrived promptly as per our scheduled start date and completed the job in the timeframe quoted by the salesman. They were also very professional and did a great job. They removed a dish satellite and old TV antenna for no additional charge. We are very happy with the results and our overall experience with this company.

All aspects of the job, from estimate to installation and cleanup, were handled professionally and promptly. My expectations were all met.

He was very professional. He did a follow-up call. He was very neatly dressed. He was very nice and good. However, his quote ended up being much higher than one of his competitors, who ended up not being that nice.

The repairman came to the house and gave me an estimate. I wanted to discuss this with my husband and the repairman wanted me to call my husband right then so he could do the work right then. When I didn't, he seemed annoyed. He left. I called my husband who said the price was good and when I tried to get the repairman back, he seemed really annoyed! After I apologized several times for not calling my husband right then, he said he would try to get back that day or would call me to reschedule. It was several days later when he called and said he could come by to do the repairs. By then, my husband had noticed that another gutter needed some silicone and called for an estimate. This estimate was way out of line and my husband said he would do the work himself. The repairman came and fixed the gutters. He did an excellent job because right after, we had very, very heavy rains for several days and the gutters held beautifully. While I can understand the repairman's initial frustration with me for asking him to come back that same day, his behavior was unacceptable. Plus, he made us wait several days before contacting us to come out and do the work. Finally, he gave us an extremely inflated price to put some silicone on a seam. Not good customer service.

this company set up a time to come and look at the downspout. since I work, they would check the area and call me. They came the day they said they would and they told me the downspout was fine and I didn't need anything done. They could have told me something needed to be done in order to make money, but they didn't. The estimate was free and they were honest. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises!

They come when they say they will come and always do a very professional job for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone.

I was told that I didn't have to be home to clean the gutters and I would be billed for the service. I had a house sitter here when the tech came. He refused to do the work unless someone paid him on the spot. I called when I got home and was told that the tech who came was fired for other stuff and they would send someone else out. After cleaning the gutters they discovered some damage and wanted to set up a date to repair the gutter. I set this up and the tech came out. He put the new gutter right across a door so I couldn't open up the door. I called and they said it shouldn't have happened like that and they would come out and adjust the gutter. They did and the matter was closed. I felt a fairly simple job got very complicated and meant multiple phone calls that shouldn't have had to happen.

We we were prepared to add all new gutters and he said we did not need to do that which was refreshing and he saved us money.

The initial over the phone quote was higher. The actual cost was lower due to the minimal area cleaned. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

Very pleased. My first use of Angie's List and all I read about Gutter man was true. Very timely and professional. Follow up on phone calls was very timely. They were not the cheapest estimate, but I needed the gutter installed asap. They recognized my need and were able to squeeze me in within a week. I would definitely use them again (Angie's List too). One comment, I got 4 estimates ranging from $508 to $1,017 for the identical job. Pays to get multiple estimates to not get ripped off.

Great job. Will use them again. May even hire them to do repairs if I can't find the time to do it myself.

Gutter man arrived on time and removed and replaced the front gutters. They were neat and professional in their work. They cleaned out the back gutters neatly and repaired the leak area. Their services were fast and per their proposal.

After he corrected the pitch everything worked fine.

Two weeks after receiving the estimate , the work was done. The guys knew their work, the place was left clean, and the job was done to my satisfaction
