We purchased a home and needed the gutters cleaned and possibly repaired. Joel provided the service and was very professional. He told us the gutters were in good shape and answered questions in a very helpful way. We are pleased with this service.

The Gutterman technician arrived exactly on time for our appointment. I showed him the problem areas of the gutters (previously installed by another company) and we discussed remedies for the issues that concerned me. We agreed on the remedies that he suggested, and on the price. He was at my house for more than an hour, and accomplished all of the work that we talked about. He left absolutely no mess behind. This technician was friendly and courteous. If I ever have any further issues I will call Gutterman with confidence that they will fix any problems.

I called to schedule an appt for an estimate to inspect, clean and repair/replace gutters as needed (right now gutters are not helpful during rainstorms and do not function appropriately). At the time of the initial call, I got the impression that they were not interested in helping to find a convenient time to do the estimate that would work for both parties - them and myself (due to my work schedule). We finally came to an agreement, made an appt for a time 2 weeks into the future on a day I knew I could be off and available. On the day of the mutually selected appt., they were a no-show, for which I waited one hour. When I called, I was told that someone else made out the schedue and did not put me on the schedule and did not seem to care that it happened. I just did not think they had good customer service. I researched Angie's list to decide who to call and called this company based on the reports I read so I was therefore disappointed about the lack of responsibility on their part - after I waited 2 more weeks just to have this company come out to do the estimate and will now have to wait even longer to have the problems fixed.

The individual who came out to clean the gutters did a good job and cleaned up all the debris afterward. He was courteous and professional.

The first time the representative came out it was pouring down rain so he came back the next day. He measured the house and provided a very detailed estimate. The estimate was very competitive with others we received and we decided to go with this company. We have not installed the gutters yet because we are in the process of having the house painted and the yard landscaped, along with other upgrades and we moved the gutter installation further down the to do list but when it is time to be done, we will definitely use The Gutter Man.

He surveyed the job and provided the estimate. We scheduled a work date for the actual work (sometimes he will do it immediately after the survey) I am very satisfied with the work He cleaned up and removed all associated trash.. No annual contract was requested. Arranging the first visit was a bit of a hassle, but I will use them again.

They did a good a good job. We were very pleased with their work and we will use them again.

The Gutter Man Of Tampa Bay LLC arrives on time. They were not here when they did the work, but when I got back it was great. They did it in a days time, did it well, and sent me the bill. It was great.

We have a number of large oak trees around our house. As a result we have enormous amounts of debri falling on the roof and into the gutters. When I called for an appointment I was given an estimate by the house size and told they would call 2 days before coming. I gave them days I would be available and they stayed within those parameters. Joel cleaned and repaired gutters (minor) and roof without leaving a mess on the ground. He would have taken all the bagged trash had I not told him to leave it for the garbage people. We will definately use him again.

He was very professional but I did not use him. My interaction with them was very good. They came out on the date they said. They took the measurement and gave me an estimate. They said they would be happy and available to start the work. My experience was very good and I got the impression that they are very capable.

I called and got phone estimates from a couple of companies. Gutter man wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either, and based on their reputation with Angies List I chose them. I spoke to Glynn on 6/14. She gave me the amount and asked when I wanted it done. I said that I wasn't in a huge hurry as long as it was done before the summer rains started. She said she would check availability and call me back. She called me back in a couple of hours and said someone could come out the next morning between 9am and 9:30am. The next day Ryan arrived at 9:10am. He talked to me about putting in a slightly larger gutter drain at no extra cost and I agreed. He said it would take him about 2 hours and it took almost exactly that long. The gutters were exactly to my specifications and the seem very sturdy. Glynn had quoted me $250 and that's exactly what I paid. Ryan cleaned up nicely after the job was done and I'm very pleased. The whole process took just a little less than 24 hours from the first call to getting the job done! Amazing!

It was difficult to get an appointment because they were so busy when we called, but in the end I was happy with the work when it was completed.

They were good. I don’t remember how much I spent but I’m guessing their price was average. They got the job done. They came through and they did what they said they were going to do. They had to come back and fix something. I called the owner and they came back. I’m looking at it in a positive way that they came back and fixed the first job. I would use their services again in the future.

They day when I contacted The Gutter Man of Tampa Bay LLC Company, someone actually came out to my house within a couple of hours. When they left, I had a full estimate including a systematic plan drawn out. It had information on the exact product they were going to use. Also, the exact amount of rivets they were going to use. It was a very thorough estimate. We went through all the options we had. The whole experience was good. We have decided to go with The Gutter Man of Tampa Bay LLC Company mainly because they followed up with us. They called back in five days like they said they would, which was nice. I would use them again in the future.

The owner Mike was very prompt and keep in touch with us regarding job start. The men that came out to do job were great! Cleaned up after themselves very polite and professional. Finished job in good time.

They come every two months, and I am very happy with the work they do. They do what they say they are going to do. I don?t interact with them - I don?t even know who they are. They just leave the bill on the door. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Another Company that came to fix a leak in my roof cleaned out the gutters without asking. Although Gutterman did not do the job this time I will call them again as I know their work and can trust that it will be done right.

I would recommend them because they do a good job. They bagged all the leaves from the gutter and picked up after themselves.

Estimator came as on the date and time he stated. The estimation process took less than one hour. They called with a date for the service but since I was having other work done I asked them to change. They arrived as rescheduled and completed the job in a few hours. The two workers were courteous and professional and did an excellent job.
