I can not say enough good things about this company. They will be my plumber of choice. They are honest and fair and do good work. I like supporting the small businesses like this. Worth every penny!

The rep. was professional and courteous. They saved us money and installed a kitchen sink quickly.

I had used this company previously on several jobs. This time Carr Plumbing sent out a new technician that was much younger than those that previously did work for me. The young technician verbally bashed work performed by older and more experienced workers employed by the company. My builder removed the tile and bath tub. When the tub was removed a 6" round hole was discovered in the floor. My builder cut a new piece of wood to use as flooring beneath the shower and also cut a few pieces of 2 x4 wood to brace the rain shower head. Carr plumbing came in the home and was asked to use the wood for the floor cut by the builder. Instead of doing this, Carr Plumbing covered the hole with cardboard and styrofoam. The shower drain was not moved to the center of the shower, but installed in the same place as the tub drain. Needless to say, since the shower floor was made of cardboard and styrofoam, the drain was very loose and wiggled. Also, the shower arm had a spot for two connections to the wall. Carr plumbing installed the shower head arm with only one connection, consequently it was not stabilized well and it was installed to low. Both Daryl Perez from Mona Lisa Tile and Troy Frederickson inspected this job and were not pleased with it. The latter professionals stated that many cornesr were cut by Carr Plumbing. The tile person stated that the shower drain was too close to the wall and would be difficult to tile. He suggested that I have the drain moved to the center of the shower. He also noted that the shower liner did not completely cover the entrance to the shower. Both Frederickson Construction and Mona Lisa Tile said I would have mold problems with this plumbing job. When the young technician from Carr Plumbing came out a second time, he refused to fix a thing after I told him all of the problems my builder found with his plumbing job. He told me that was the way they always installed showers. He started calling me Hun................I am more than twice his age. Since he refused to fix a thing, I asked him for his name and I asked him to leave. He would not leave upon request, so I threatened to call the police if he did not leave..................he left. I called the Carr Plumbing office and asked to speak with the manager. Mr. Carr answered the phone. He was not the least bit helpful. He did not want to hear about the problems I had with his employee. He said that my builder did not know what he was talking about. I offered to have my builder call him and he was not open to that. Mr. Carr told me to pay for the work they did and that he did not want to work for me again. I asked him if he was going to fix the problems and he said no...............then he hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a water heater from Carr two years ago. Even though the dealer warranty expired after one year,Tom, the general manager, handled the situation with the manufacturer. Today Justine installed a new water heater. Everything went extremely well. We , also, recently purchased a toilet from Carr and had them install it. Joe did a wonderful job, I would not consider using another plumber except Carr.

Joe was my technician and he did awesome job. He informed me of the situation and kept me updated on what he was doing. Joe did a fast job and no mess left behind. Will use this company for all my plumbing needs

Work entailed several visits. 'Chris' came initially and laid the maze of new plastic piping that shifted plumbing to where the cabinets now lay and making connection to existing water pipes. The $ amount of this and subsequent kitchen plumbing work was arranged through our Home Depot kitchen remodel and despite work being more complicated than initially quoted, I don't believe additional monies were demaned of either us OR Home Depot. While at our home Chris replaced the home's shut-off valve that had been broken through age and incorrect use by Home Depot's tile workers. He also replaced a wonky toilet connection for absolutely minimal (parts only) cost. After initial (county) inspection and once the granite counters were in place 'Josh' (?) came to hook up the kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher. He worked cheerfully, methodically, and, like Chris, cleaned up as he worked and (more thoroughly) again before he left. I am giving Carr a 'B' for quality because a return visit from the Couty inspector indicated that he had missed putting on a code-required dishwasher shut-off piece. That may be the 'bad news', but the GOOD news was that he installed a new (provided by us) icemaker line shut-off valve at no charge that finally allowed us to have, nearly 3 weeks after moving in, ice from our automatic icemaker! 'Jan', the office administrator who scheduled work and the County Inspector, was at all times on top of our requests and the flow of the project. The county permit was signed off as of the Inspector's second visit, with his acknowleging that he knew Carr's work and that they had done a good job for us (always good to hear). Regretfully, within less than 2 weeks of completion and while foolishly running the dishwasher while we were not at home, we returned to find major leaking from the dishwasher connection 'Josh' (?) had installed. While this could have been a catastrophe, the Kitchen-Made cabinets have a rubber liner in the under-sink cabinet that allowed it to come through unscathed and the water volume had not been enough to soak a near-by oriental rug. I dare say if either of these had been the case Carr would have made the effort to have made things right. A phone call by my husband late on SATURDAY afternoon saw the rapid scheduling and return of one of Carr's superior plumbers, 'Joe'. Joe had been the one to come and install the County regulated dishwasher shut-off (cheerfully, cleanly, quickly, while shrugging his shoulders with genuine concern, for our being inconvenienced by a second visit from the County inspector) about why 'Josh' hadn't known it was required. We felt confident when he left last Saturday night (around 8 p.m. and with yet another emergency service call to 'warranty' and/or perform before getting home) that he had found the 'culprit'. The clamp to the dishwasher line had either not been secured directly through the hose against the copper piping inside or it was too short and the clamp had worked its way loose. To ensure this didn't happen again he provided a connection with a longer copper pipe in to the (rubber) water line. While we may never run the dishwasher without being home again (probably a good policy), we feel confident of Joe's (re)work. As life will have it, our washing machine hot-water valve started hissing and slow-leaking two nights later (with old homes it seems it is always 'something'!?!) down in to its own drain. I called and was referred to Tom (?) who competently assessed what he felt would be involved in repairing this and,at the same time, the cold-water valve to ensure there wasn't need for future repairs. Further, while covering himself/Carr that his quote was most likely the case Tom quoted a low and high end dollar figure that matched that of a second local and highly regarded Angie's plumber i subsequently called, Zoltan. These guys are first rate and we will most definitely use them again!

They do a super job, past work has been excellent.

It was great! The customer service answered quickly and scheduled someone for the same day. She promised she'd call when he was on his way and she did, to tell me they were ahead of schedule. The tech was on time and friendly and helpful. He got the work done quickly and explain what he was doing and what he found. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was satisfied, pretty reasonable.

Came when scheduled, professional manner, replaced the faucet. Price was good.

Did a great job. Stuck with it until leak in bathroom sink stopped and it wasn't easy. They were prompt in responding.

All three guys that came were great - and now my toilet works great too. Turns out a piece of construction material was clogging the system

My water heater went out the night before. We knew it was coming it was past its prime. I found them on Angies list called at 7:30 in the morning & they were here by 8:15. Steve replaced the water heater in a little over 2 hours.Steve was polite efficient & I will deffinitly use them again.

While I did have to wait 5 days for an appointment, these guys did a great job for me & for my tenant. The technician arrived on schedule and diagnosed what became a warranty replacement. The replacement was quick, and he even took care of the Home Depot exchange!

A home inspection was done with moisture noted in a few spots . The home buyer requested that we check out an area behind the washer , prior to the sale of our house. I had no prior experience with Carr Plumbing, but found them through Angie's List. The lady I initially spoke with on the phone was very courteous. She told me she would find a technician and called back within 15 minutes.the technician arrived at my house 20 minutes later. The technician introduced himself and proceeded to the laundry room where the home inspector for the buyer of our home found high moisture in the drywall. The plumber cut a hole in the wall and inspected the pipes. Luckily, no active leak was found. A thorough inspection was done with everything explained to me. The insides of the wall and sheetrock were completely dry with dry dust present. The plumber even explained and showed his findings to my realtor/neighbor that lived close by. He was very helpful, professional and pleasant .

They are excellent. They are good people. They come here, do a great job, and they clean up after themselves. They are the best. I think their prices are reasonable, and we don't call anybody else. They may not be the cheapest, and there may be someone cheaper, but I have found out over the years, that the cheapest is not always the best. You walk into the room while they are working, and it looks like you are in a 5 star hotel, they clean up very well, and put all the equipment away. They show up when they say they will show up. They are always there at the time that they say. We had one thing that wasn't working right, and we called them, and they came out the same afternoon, and fixed it.

I called the company at 10:30 a.m. and received an appointment for the afternoon. At 11:00 a.m. they called back to say they had a cancellation and could come immediately. Our service tech was Walt. He arrived by 11:30 and had no problem diagnosing and explaining the problem with our water heater. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We decided to have a new heater installed and the job was complete by 1:30 p.m.! Walt worked quickly and neatly. There was no cleanup for me to do after he left. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I was really happy with the knowledge and prompt service and price. I had another plumber out to try to repair a little thing that required a washer in the hose that connected to the toilet but he didn't know what to do. I'm so glad I had R Carr send Rob and he knew immediately what was needed. The tile man who removed the old toilet through away the washer with the old toilet. My internet was down and they gave me a coupon so I could get the Angie List discount.

We wanted an estimate from them to plumb a shower for ADA accessability. Mr . Carr arrived as scheduled, discussed the project and said he would call back with an estimate. We never heard from him again and calls placed were never returned.

Professional & informative. Looked at other problems under my sink & spoke about solutions

they explained me all the prices and I was satisfied with their response and estimates over the phone. I said I would use the provider in the future because they seems professional and friendly during our phone conversation.

Great. The guy was on time, was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up after himself.

They did an excellent job. I had gone through three other plumbing companies. They took the time to find out the real problem, and they had the expertise to do all the work. I will always use them!

R.Carr was not used as a plumber but was helpful all the same.
