I don't use anyone else.

Description of Work: Had an emergency on Easter Sunday, sewer line back-up. Telephone response time was excellent. The work was done quickly and professionally. Joe, the young man who responded to the call was very polite and helpful and took time to explain the situation to me. He suggested I call the City of St. Petersburg for possible follow up. I'm very impressed with Joe and this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Had an upstairs toilet leak. I pulled the toilet and found that the flange was cracked and needed to be replaced. Called and R. Carr had tech at my house within 2 hours. Steve fixed the toilet and reset it in under an hour.

Description of Work: had a leak on my bathroom floor under the toilet. The service man came a couple days before, let me know what the problem was and gave called in to find the best price for me. My toilet needed reset, he gave me a price for that. I needed a price for updating to low flush. He gave me a price, than suggested I call my water company to see if they were giving rebate on low flush. Mine didn't, but I was happy for the suggestion. He came back in a couple of days. Replaced the toilet. very happy.

Description of Work: Fixed my Kitchen disposal (I told them to bring one because I didn't think it could be repaired) in just a few minutes, and showed him my bathroom faucet which was broken (and had also told them to bring a new one because I didn't think that could be repaired). He said it just needed a part, and would order it and would bill the two visits into one since neither would take more than half an hour. So two days later he came, fixed the faucet, and only charged me for one hour and for the replacement part. Cannot do better. Have used them several times and they are always the same way. Would never use anyone else.

Description of Work: had a water leak from our plumbing on second floor laundry room. FYI I recommend they be on the first floor or in garage. R Carr resolved the issue and referred us to mold mitigation. Fortunately we caught the problem in time for it to not be a big issue. R Carr did a great job and the the cost was much less than I anticipated.

Description of Work: They replaced the hot water heater and reseated the toilet in one of our bathrooms.

Description of Work: REPLACED TOILET. CONTRACTED THROUGH HOME DEPOT. THE WORKER WAS NEAT, COURTEOUS AND TOOK PRIDE IN HIS PROFESSION.
