Description of Work: Our toilet was leaking at the bolts holding the tank onto the bowl section. He replaced them and it has worked fine with no leaking since then. He was super nice and helpful. He also was very helpful with advice and info about a cost effective way for a future repair of our extremely noisy shower valve.

Description of Work: Installed a new free standing tub with faucet and hand shower, 2 toilets, head shower, shower valve, install 2 lavatory faucets, accessories, install shower copper tubing, moved drain and water lines at tub area, supply and install new shut off valves, supplies, p-traps, etc., for 2 laboratories and water closet. |Carr supply and installed new pvc shower drain, pre-pitch and 40 mil shower pan, including permits. |We provide fixtures, cabinets, sinks, all faucets, shower and tub accessories. We were very satisfied with the professionalism and ethical work display by Joe, he is our favorite plumber we had ever had. We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. We also used them to installed and supply a new hot water tank later in 2015, and we were very satisfied with the work and price. Price is not listed above for this last work.

+ -1 moreA+. They come when they say they will & not everyone works on solar hot water systems. They are the best!!
Description of Work: Had leak in garage ceiling. Called roofing co & they would not be able to come for a month, or until Peace in Iraq. Called Carr & they found leak where solar connected to roof & Duncan roofing had not covered it well. Carr filled the cracks & we were dry for 3" of rain the next night. 1 week later another leak in the garage ceiling. Inspection found in copper solar connection. Carr came put valve in to stop pipe running & said since week before didn't last long, wouldn't charge for this leak but would be back in a week to put new access in ceiling & fix pipe. 1 week later, at time agreed, he build a "scuttle hole" & fixed the pipe. 1 " later, we are dry. Yeah!

+ -1 moreThe size of the job was over-estimated but no adjustment was made. After installation, a leak was found (since repaired). The job did not pass inspection the first time around (very standard things were not done). Kitchen remodel held up for one week waiting on plumber.

+ 0 moreOur appointment time was 8:30 AM. Walt, the plumber, arrived on time as scheduled. He worked efficiently and quickly, cleaning up after himself. We would definitely use them again if we needed a plumber.
Description of Work: Two outside hose bibs were changed. He also removed a water softener and replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one that we purchased.

Description of Work: Plumbing was leaking from upper floor to downstairs ceiling. Leak was detected promptly and found to be the toilet. The toilet was removed and a faulty installation was discovered by the original builder. The plumber found a way to overcome the problem and corrected the leak. Clean and efficient.
