The job was completed from start to finish faster than I expected. I was completely satisfied.

The individual was overwhelmed with the job and he was very rude to me. The work turned out to be fine but we were very unhappy with them. He was prompt. I would not refer them based on my interaction. He was extremely rude and condescending.

The plumber arrived in a timely manner. He was very polite and friendly. He looked at the toilet and listened to my explanation of the issue. He did let me know that the seal might not need to be replaced since the toilet was no longer leaking explaining that the leak might have been temporary and due to the plunging. I chose to have the seal replaced. He did everything quickly and professionally.

Arrived in the scheduled time. Chris was a very nice guy and fun to talk to, explained exactly what he was doing while he was working and was able to fix the toilet by replacing some parts in the back and fix the tub by adjusting the drain stop.

We were at a standpoint with our guest bathroom remodel. We had completed practically everything except the plumbing for the new bowl vessel sink...we are not comfortable with our plumbing prowess. We called R Carr on a Monday afternoon and they fit us in first thing Tuesday morning. Rob came out at 8 am on the dot as scheduled. He looked at what we were aiming towards and we discussed options. Apparently some of the components that we were sold would not work together. He offered suggestions as to what we could do to make it work and supplied a couple of parts to help us along the way. Even though he could not get it all together and complete the job, he did everything he could and was really helpful. When he left he ended up only charging for the service call and said that we could call and ask him any questions. It was a very good experience.

Their rates are alway competitive, the work is always high quality, and they have good costumer service in the front office. The employees seem to enjoy working for R Carr Inc.

I broke the spout in the tub while cleaning. Though we were told that the spout could be replaced without changing the rest of the plumbing, we elected to replace all of it so we didn't have to be bothered at some point down the road. There was no access to the plumbing behind the wall of the shower, which was located in our laundry room so I cut an access as suggested by the contractor that did the initial estimate. Our contractor showed up on time and completed the entire job in under 2 hours(estimated time, 3 hrs.). Very impressed with the service, courtesy and professionalism of R. Carr Plumbing Inc. Would highly recommend and use their service again.

I called them and scheduled an appointment for the next day after explaining the problem over the phone. Joey was very personable and proceeded to remove the toilet to reseal it. In the process, I explained that sometimes water would back up into the bathtubs and overflow from the commodes. We had had our septic tank cleaned out, but the problem persisted. Joey said he would try to find the problem. He went out of his way and spent a good deal of time trying to find the problem. After running 100 ft. of cable through a connection on the side of the house, he determined that he thought the problem could be the leach field lines. During all this, Joey maintained a sense of humor and professionalism. He resealed the toilet and placed it back into its original position. The reason the final cost was more than the estimate was because of the extra work involved.

My experience with them overall was extremely good. I would call them back. He was very neat, he was on time, he did an excellent job, everything was done right the first time and it was a very reasonable price.

The work was excellent and Greg was very professional. He came up with a great solution to the problem.

Steve arrived at our house at 2pm which is definitely earlier than I expected since we called the same day. Steve addressed the leaking pipes, replaced the hot water heater and explained everything he did to my husband. Steve honored our Angie's List discount which I forget to tell Susan that morning, provided us with the appropriate permit papers and included a note for me to call the office to schedule a visit from the County to check R Carr's work. I called and spoke with Jan who took my information and said she would call the County to set up the appointment. I also asked her about some estimates for other work and she was more than helpful with providing answers; she even gave me the county's rebate line in case I do the work telling me they are currently offering rebates for making home improvements that conserves water.

When I called to schedule, the person answering the phone was courteous and helpful. We agreed on a time and day. Greg arrived well within the time frame I had been given. I explained the various jobs and he got right to work. He worked steadily and he was very careful to clean up as he went along. He did not have a part he needed, but someone else brought it to him promptly and, while he was waiting for it to arrive, Greg worked on other repairs. He rechecked all the work he had done before he left my house.

This is the second time I used R Carr Plumbing to fix a serious water leak. I called Tom Shores and he was able to send out a plumber on an emergency basis to cap a nasty leak. Meanwhile, I dug a trench around the old pipe (about 50 feet) and the next day they returned to install new pipe. This greatly increased the water pressure in the house and throughout the system. Thanks R Carr Plumbing (and Tom) for the great service in my time of need.

We have six toilets in our house and four of them had various problems; handle sticking down, leaking, continuing to run, etc. We called R. Carr, Inc. and told them the problem. They talked me through finding the model information for them (on the phone) and gave me an estimate to make the repairs. They said they would call when the parts came in (which they did) and we made an appointment for them to come out and make the repairs. Greg went right to work and completed the job very quickly. They now work as well as when they were new. They are all ten years old and needed an overhaul. I now plan to use R. Carr, Inc. for some work I need done in my kitchen.

They come quickly and get the job done. They are fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody.

Work was good and they are expensive.

I was very impressed with the company's honesty in telling me that there was no reason to re-pipe the house. I had been told by another plumbing contractor that it was necessary. They were also able to respond quickly (within about 2 days) to come to the house for an assessment. However, it has now been a week since the company came out to provide an assessment and I still have not received the estimate for the separate quote on the washer hook up. So - I guess I appreciate their honesty and would definitely call them for another assessment but I wonder if they must be too busy to provide me the estimate that I requested.

Had checked out the ratings for Carr, Inc. My neighbor advised me they had worked within the residential area. Came to their office and talked to Tom C. who informed me he had worked on the water softener unit for my house (at the time it was in my mother's name). Explained the problem. Tom pieced together the probable cause(very cordial). Showed up within the appointed time and, except for a minor problem not expected, finished his work. Myself, being a new home owner, he gave me some useful advise on do's and don'ts. I will rely on Carr, Inc. when necessary.

This was used by Home Depot when I had my kitchen remodeled. I then used them to replace my water heater.

Over the weekend a water leak developed inside the Block Wall of our garage. First thing Monday morning I called R. Carr Plumbing because they had a great rating in the list. Very nice lady scheduled a plumber who arrived at 11 AM. I showed him (Rob) the problem and described what I knew about it. He went right to work. The repair required chipping through the block & some into the slab before he could locate the actual leak site. He cut out the bad pipe, rerouted the piping to locate a new Isolation Valve thus improving the original installation. I also had him rebuild our shower valves while he was here. Rob had all the tools and parts in his truck. Very good job.

They were excellent. I could not say enough good things about him. I would use him again

Plumber worked diligently. He knew what needed to be done and fixed the problems on both toilets in about 45 minutes.

The technician that came was wonderful. He did what needed to be done and nothing extra. He was honest. I will ask for him when I call back.

We had a hot water leak under the house slab. I contacted 5 plumbing contractors, of which 4 told me to repipe the whole house rather then fix the leak. Estimates on the repipe job ranged from $4,000 to $10,000. Only R.Carr Plumbing suggested I hire an independent leak detection service ($250 separately), find and fix the leak and see if it holds, before I repipe the whole house. Their repair job was just over $200. Rob (plumber) was very meticulous and clean in his work and extremely courteous. He fixed the leak in the floor in just over 2 hours and then did all the other repairs and installations. This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing contractor. I highly recommend R.Carr Plumbing, Inc.

This is the first time I used R Carr's Plumbing and Gary was an excellent representative
