Stacy is the consummate real estate professional. She is experienced and knows her business inside out. She is a kind and ethical person. She is extremely organized and communicative and responsive. She creates and shares data on your property that other brokers do not, giving you a competitive advantage. Her tips on staging were great, but not expensive. She is tenacious with a great work ethic. She priced my home higher than other suggested agents, and not only did we get the price, the home appraised and financing was secured for the buyer. She had my home sold in less than two weeks, even with two hurricanes, power outages, and uncertainty. The closing process was a piece of cake. I also sold the home while living out of state, and Stacy made sure that all of the odds and ends were taken care of as I was off site.

I recently moved from Vienna, VA, and purchased a home in Land O Lakes, Fl using the Kitchell Group. This group which is comprised of Stacey, Renee, and Anita worked seamlessly together as a team to make my transition and home shopping experience exceptionally pleasant and fun. At first, I was not sure that I wanted to make the move, but called and scheduled a date and time to look at homes in different parts of the Tampa and surrounding areas to determine if this move was feasible for me. I mentioned this to the team, and they still spent two entire days showing me and my family homes in areas of my interest. Also, they never pushed me to buy a home. Stacy Kitchell and her Team sold our Oldsmar, FL home at close to the asking price. Her work in actively advertising and promoting our home was stellar. She made the process as painless as possible (and we've sold many homes in many states and this was clearly the best experience). We had considered several options before engaging with Stacy and her team, including attempting to sell the house ourselves and only paying a buyer's agent commission, or using a discount broker service on the sell side instead, to try and reduce the overall cost of sale to us. After meeting with Stacy and Renee, they convinced us that we would make up for the difference in commissions/fees of a full service brokerage option if we went with them. Overall, we received somewhere between 15-20k more than we had planned on which we feel more than covered the sell side commission difference, so from a purely cost perspective, we feel it was in fact the right choice for us. Apart from the higher sales price, we also feel it was the right choice in terms of ease of sale process. We had already purchased our new house out of state, so we definitely hoped for as little hassle as possible when selling our FL home so we could make our move as soon as possible. Stacy provided solid guidance to us on preparing the house, including both easier/inexpensive actions as well as advising us while we replaced the downstairs flooring with the best material option and color/style for the house. This continued into listing with great photos taken, a simple showing process & with prompt written feedback from for the majority of the showings. We also felt well supported/represented during the inspection and appraisal processes with a very smooth closing process all around with and zero drama like we'd hoped. Any questions we had during the entire process were always answered promptly by either Stacy, Renee or Anita, so we always felt well supported no matter how busy they got. All in all a great experience and very glad our neighbor referred us to them in the first place.

While I know that they were very busy during the time, my home went on the market within a week of when I had planned, and I received an offer the first day. I had reached out to Stacy back in September as a first time home buyer. On her first email to me, she addressed me by the wrong name. I opted to overlook it. We then set up a phone conference. Stacy emailed me and her associate Renee a calendar invitation, which I accepted. Well, the day came and the time passed by. No call from Stacy or Renee. I tried calling Stacy with no answer to her phone. I called the office and they put me through to Renee. Renee and Stacy then called me back apologizing for their lack of professionalism. Stacy stated she was put in last minute situation with one of her buyers. While I appreciated her dedication to her buyer, I really struggled with her lack of consideration to a potential buyer. And I never understood why Renee couldn't of called me. I know they both had the calendar invitation. I again, decided to overlook the situation because Renee seemed genuinely sorry; however, not so much for Stacy. But it was Renee that I would've been working with, so I decided to give it a go. Renee started off great. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. There was a brief time I had to take my attention away from the home search. I let Renee know and she said to just let her know when I was ready to get back out there. After a couple of months, I let Renee know I was ready to move forward with the property search again. Things just weren't the same after my short break. Renee became difficult to get in touch with, took days to respond to my requests, and just didn't seem as eager to help. I also began to question whether my best interests were at heart or what would make them the most money was. I knew it was time to sever ties.

It went great!!! Everything with Stacy, Renee, and Anita went very smoothly. They are all very professional and know the area very well. They were able to help me narrow down my search and find a place that me and my fiancee were happy with in a very short time. We found the house we ended up buying on the first day of showings.
