12111 Steppingstone - The Kitchell Group did a great job in selling our home. Stacy gave us a detailed list of prep items to complete (our home looked fantastic!) and photos were amazing. She had a plan for timing our home sale and purchase, which worked out even with at least two interest rate increases and in a tough market. She had a plan for negotiating through our older roof and saved us a lot of money. But the biggest thing she did was maximize our sale price, which was super important to us since we were also buying after selling. Our home didn't appraise at the great offer price we received and after Stacy disputed the appraisal, they adjusted the appraised value up by $20K back to the orig. purch. price. Straight money into our pocket. Her Dir. of Client Svcs., Anita, was super organized and kept us on track during listing, marketing and closing and is just a lovely person. Would definitely hire the Kitchell Group again!

Not only did they help us win in a multiple offer situation, she also negotiated a $5K reduction in price during inspections, even after the owners had installed a brand new tile roof! Finally, we thought we wanted a townhome for the low maintenance aspect but Stacy, knowing us very well, really felt that a single family home was a better fit for us for many reasons. We ended up with the perfect scenario - a single family home with landscaping and exterior maint. included - and a private community pool just for our neighborhood - and we see deer and wildlife every day. Outstanding experience from start to closing I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stacy and her team.
