Stacy arrived at our preplanned time for an appraisal on my home as a potential listing. She came prepared with full comparables and an obvious eye to detail, a necessary attribute for the real estate profession. Stacy was able to discuss trends and sales in my community, and her marketing tools. She gave me suggestions on how to prepare my home for a lisitng and ideas for staging. She has a low pressure approach which I appreciated as I am still in the early stages of my decision making. One thing I also found appealing was the fact Stacy lowers her commision to 5% if she is both the listing and selling agent. Ultimately, I decided to wait until next year in order to further my research on my out of state destination, which Stacy graciously accepted, again with no pressure, and she remains available to assist in the future. However, her current input has already greatly informed me on how to proceed over the next months. I am sure once I am ready to list, I will be using Stacy and her team, and I have no doubt I will sell my home quickly and for the best price available.

It went exceptionally well she sold our house in under three weeks. Stacy knows how to market a house. Her photography session really made our house stand out. She was a pleasure to work with, very professional with an excellent personality. She was very patient with us. I contact, Stacy and she was extremely easy to talk to in regards to her and her Team to help find us (husband and I) commercial/ Multi- family housing in the Tampa Bay Area. We were currently living in Tampa. She had put us in contact with Renee, who was excellent! Renee, is who we directly worked with for the next 1-2 months. She pulled property listing, and even her & Stacy checked out the properties of interest & inquired about them to make sure they were what we were looking for specifically. THIS WAY HUGE TO US! Not many Realtor's will do the leg work without us first seeing the property, before inquiring to make sure if meet us needs/wants. With my husband and I living in Miami, she was able to skype/face time the appointments with us, so we got to see the place for ourselves. During our appointments scheduled, it wasn't quite what we were looking for, however, I did see a property online within .5 miles of the last property. Renee, quickly responded with let me reach out to the agent to see if we could see the property in 30 minutes or so. Luckily, we were able to see (skype/face time) the property. Which is what we made an offer on that evening. The property had multi-offers, however, with Renee's excellent people skills, and experience, she was able to put us into escrow with the property within 2 days. A few things came up during inspections, and Renee was right on top of things, to help us seal the deal to close by the end of the month. The closing was easy as Stacy's Team member, Anita was helping to keep things straight and on track of what was needed from us to send over to the Title Company. I would strongly recommend Renee from the Stacy Kitchell Group, as her positive, friendly, and go-getting demeanor is by far superior!!!

We attempted to sell our house 6 years ago but the market was in a decline at that time and after 6 months we took it off of the market. A little over a year ago our neighbor put his house up for sale and used Stacy Kitchell as his realtor. Being typical nosey neighbors, we went on multiple real estate websites to review his listing. Originally, we were planning on renting our next home while waiting and researching our next property to purchase. But when it rains it pours and sure enough we found a house that we fell in love with. We had to move quickly and, again with Stacy's diligence, we were under contract within days! We were actually able to close on both houses within 8 days of each other which allowed us the luxury of only having to move once! I am not saying there weren't any headaches or worries throughout this process, but with Stacy and her teams guidance, we were able to get through a very busy time with little or no problems.
