Our house is now sparkling clean again and we are looking forward to our next monthly cleaning!

I called for an estimate and they returned my call very quickly; the visit was scheduled in a couple of days. The ladies were very friendly and open to suggestions. They have been coming (2, 3 or 4 ladies) every other week since June, for the most part on time. Always let me know if they will be a little late. They do a great job and leave the house nice and neat. I am very pleased with their job and their attitude; they are very friendly.

Their staff is pleasant to work with and interested in every detail of how and what you would like done. The house, including the windows, sparkle when they are finished and the Owner walks with you through the house to verify all work is to your satisfaction before leaving. I use them for other real estate property as well. They always do a fabulous job!

They’re the best. They never stay for 5 hours. If two come, they stay maybe for 2. I like them. There’s a guy in charge. They were good, they were good. B for response because he can never tell me the time until the day. He tells me the time when they’re on their way, so they’ve got to be an A for punctuality. The two ladies are the best. They are personable people. You point at something and they go back and take care of it. They’re coming again!

They’re the best. If there’s one thing I’d say could be improved would be him telling you the time before they’re on the way. But it’s a 45-minute drive to our place.

They’re the best. We’d tried others, but these people are the best. We’d only keep using them if they improved. We can’t think of anybody who’d do any better for the same price. They do the whole house in less than 2 hours. It’s a big house, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, etc… They whisk through fast.

I contacted Carlos because I needed their service on a short notice. He came over, and gave me an estimate. He called me that night and said that someone cancelled and that he could have someone come out the next day. Punctually at appointed hour three women came, nicely dressed with a uniform shirt and proceeded to do the work each one in a different part of the house. They were not chatting among themselves or on the telephone but concentrated on the work. When they finished, the house looked and smelled CLEAN. I plan to have them come on a regular basis.

Two ladies arrived on time with the necessary cleaning supplies. They did great work. I have a 2,000 sq ft house. It took them 4 hours to complete the cleaning. The place looked great. I would definitely hire them again.

Great. Was able to get an appt within 2 days. Three girls showed up on time. Very diligent workers. Even cleaned under my couches. Efficient and was done in a little over two hrs. Will hire again!

I really liked the job that they did. Then I scheduled for a regular cleaning service because the deep clean went so well.

The first time I had Serena's clean my home it was sparkling clean they did a wonderful job. However, the gas was left on on my stove top. I let them know about it so they could be more careful the next time. The second time was again a very good cleaning. The price I thought was high at $190. The third and last time they arrived several hours late. Many things were left untouched and a large scratch was on the screen of the flat screen tv in the family room. It looked like a ring had scrapped across it making a very deep long scratch. I called right away and told them about it and informed them I would no longer use them. All I got was an I'm sorry. The TV is ruined.

My wife is going through Chemo treatments right now & I've shifted into full blown caregiver mode but have slacked off on keeping a good clean, as sterile as it can be with a 3 1/2 y/o living here home. This service was a gift from awesome & supportive family members. We heard a brief breakdown of what was going to happen when they got here. We were greeted promptly by 2 smiling, obviously happy to be here women who instantly made us feel even MORE at home in our home. They were both kind, courteous, hard working, good natured people that my little girl instantly took a shine to & I think the feeling was mutual. She was so excited to meet them both & they were very patient with her as they began to work & we attempted to corral a curious kiddo. There was a slight communication gap as Spanish was their primary langauge but as a native Floridian who both embraces & respects the Latin culture, I speak enough basic Spanish to bridge that small gap. I'm a 5 year active duty Marine Corps Veteran & I KNOW what it means to go above & beyond on the Job & the overall meeting of expectations. These Ladies went well above & beyond in my home. They cleaned how I've attempted many times before but have never quite been able reach this A-Ma-Zing level of cleanliness & just absolute breathably clean! I was completely outclassed by these ladies & they showed our mess who's the boss! Again, the bedside manner, if you will, of people that come to your home to deliver a good or service is almost as important as the quality of the goods & services themselves. These were Top Notch Women who did a Top Notch job of making my home a fully clean smelling & feeling refuge for my Wife to heal after a brutal session of chemo that leaves her feeling weak, tired & very susceptible to seemingly innocuous microbes that inhabit our everyday lives. There were so many little things that we continued to notice after they left. They began in the bathrooms & completely erased all the crazy hard water stains that clouded up the sliding glass shower doors. I thought they were frosted...I guess not! I do the cooking around here & have certainly soiled the inside of the oven & the glass top stove was irreparably crusted with shmutz. They cleaned the inside so well it looks better than it did during the walk through & I could actually shave in the pristine mirror like gloss of pure nothingness on top. This session both began & ended with a smile on all of our faces & if you could see how happy my Wife was to walk in to something clean, safe, & solid for her to rest worry free...Worth Every penny! Thanks Guys!

Excellent service. I had move in cleaning on my entire place. They did a fantastic job of everything and were quick, efficient and friendly. I plan on hiring them for general cleaning in the near future when needed.

We bought a house, and it had been rented out for many years. Although the house had good bones, it was very dusty, even dirty, and felt very unloved! We had the walls and ceilings painted, but it wasn't until Elena's' crew finished that it felt like a home! Thank you, Carlos for the window cleaning, and ladies for your hard work. These are industrious people who do a thorough job. I recommend them completely.

About a month ago we hired Elena's Cleaning Services to do an in depth cleaning of our house to include flooring, bathrooms, kitchens to include the inside of appliances, the inside and outside of all of our windows, and all light fixtures. The husband and wife team were very responsive to my inquiry and were able to come out to the house within 24 hours to give us an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable so we set up the appointment for a few days before we were set to move in to the house. The day of they texted and said if I was available they could actually get to the house 45 minutes earlier than they originally estimated and showed up exactly when they said they were going to. The husband and wife, along with their team of 3 ladies spent about 3 hours at the house and when I returned the entire house smelled wonderful and was immaculate. The owner walked through the entire house with me, pointing out small areas where they were not able to get completely clean (there were very few) and made sure I was happy with the service before I payed for the service. There was one lighting fixture that they had missed dusting the light shades and so the owner went out and got a rag, unscrewed all of the light bulbs and cleaned the ceiling fan light fixture himself. We thought we were going to have to replace the tub, bathroom sinks, and the oven, but they were able to get them looking like they were almost brand new! I was shocked at how clean they were able to get areas that I had about given up on ever getting clean. So happy with their service and would definitely recommend them! Also, the actual cost ended up being like $25 less than they originally quoted!

I have called on Eleana's Cleaning Service before, so I knew I could count on them! I had a professional photographer coming to take photos of my condo which is for sale, so I wanted everything to gleam. They went beyond my expectations!! I will use them again, and recommend this company and it's employees very highly!!
