We have used Elena’s Cleaning Services for many years and have always been very satisfied. They are dependable, thorough, and trustworthy.

Elena’s Cleaning Service has consistently been fantastic! I have been receiving cleaning services once every two weeks for a couple of months now, and the service has been excellent. The rooms are all cleaned, dishes are even cleaned, and much of the minor clutter set in order. For a bachelor like me, having this kind of housecleaning service is clutch, timely, and well worth the cost. Sometimes it’s a little disorienting having my clutter organized and set in order, but it’s a small price to pay to have the whole house cleaned! I would say that the only downside is occasionally the house is a little TOO clean. While that might be considered a strange thing to note, it definitely make me keenly aware of how messy -I- happen to be! Haha!

Elena's housecleaning services are the BEST. Two working adults who never have enough time to clean, we have had housecleaning services for 30 years. Elena's has proven to be the most thorough and the most thoroughly consistent for well over the last year. Elena's adjusts to our changing schedule and requests. The personnel are friendly and conscientious. Elena will be one of the crew or she will stop in to see that all that is needed is completed. My husband and I both are in awe of the restoration their cleaning does for our house once a month.

I was very impressed by Carlos and Elena, they were prompt, communicative and timely. Our house smelled and looked better than it had in years (we got the deep clean) and I'm still amazed how quickly they worked. There was a group of four women and Carlos and every room was clean in 4 hours, not even a hint of cat hair and we have three cats. The windows were so clean I had to do a double take to make sure the glass was still there. The group missed a few spots on the walls but Carlos did a walk through with us and took care of anything we pointed out before leaving. He and Elena even came back a few days later to get the rust spots off the front of our fridge. We've scheduled them to come out again to keep our house as clean as possible while it's on the market. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Elena's did a fantastic job cleaning up a huge mess that a contractor made. The removal of tile created a thin coat of dust on everything in several rooms. Elena's came and deep cleaned so well that you can't tell it ever happened. In fact, our place shined after they were done. We were super impressed. We are so happy with the job they did, we're going to have them back to deep clean the remainder of our house when the contractor is completely done.

I was extremely happy with the job they did. Carlos and Elena work as hard as their staff. My house was gleaming when they left. The ladies that do the cleaning have been well trained and are very respectful. As a matter of fact, I liked them so much I am having them clean every two weeks. Price for the deep clean of the whole house was very fair. You won't be disappointed with this service.

Elena and her team did a wonderful job. They didn't miss anything! Everything is super clean--even my venetian blinds! I now plan on having them come regularly. I am impressed and very happy with the this service. Just a note: Last year they cleaned for my daughter-in-law when she wasn't able to, and she was also very pleased with their work.

I used Elena’s today and expected to be charged $130 as iwith previous cleanings but instead they charged $240 and I was not advised of that amount when I set up the Appointment. This is dishonest and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because they can’t be trusted.

We were about to start a master bathroom remodel and wanted most of the rest of the house to be thoroughly cleaned, but not a total "deep clean" at this time. I hope the following helps others and also Carlos and Elena. I spoke with both. Elena came out and gave me an estimate. $180 for six women-hours, 3 women for two hours. Special said $160 but I agreed to the $180. I asked Carlos for a advisory text when his crew was on the way to make sure I'd be here and everything was ready. They were due to arrive at 3:00pm. They arrived at 2:00 pm with no advance notice. Fortunately I was home because of the remodel going on. Suppose I was out and planned on being home by, say 2:30? Not good execution on their part. However, no problem...this time. 4 ladies showed instead of 3. However, they stayed for 1.5 hours which equaled the 6 women-hours so no problem there. The lead discussed what I wanted done during their stay and they went to work. Very busy. When they cleaned an area, I mean they cleaned it! For example, they cleaned the inside of my toaster oven. In the laundry room, I have a cat litter box; under it is a lid to catch spill over; I hadn't washed that in months; I found they had washed it! Vacuumed and moped all the tile floors. Very pleased. Now some areas of concern. I appreciated surfaces being cleaned but items on those surfaces were almost always put back incorrectly. Irritating but not a deal breaker. Major concern (deal breaker): the odor of the cleaning supplies. Overwhelming. I have a poor sense of smell and I found it uncomfortable; my wife has a keen sense and it greatly disturbed her. We were concerned for our pet. And...it took over 24 hours to dissipate (though not completely). As a result I have looked at other cleaning companies advertised on Angie's List. Disappointed that almost all don't include cleaning furniture or appliances in their basic cleaning; extra cost...huh? In summary, the cleaning was very well done; thorough; priced reasonably. If I could be assured that the next cleaning would use different supplies that were not so offensive, i would gladly use Elena's again. Absent that, I couldn't. I hope this thorough review helps others and that Carlos will address my major concern - the extremely offensive odors. Norman Smith
