ELENA'S CLEANING SERVICES

I have used this service once a month for over a year; Communication with Carlos, the owner, is excellent and I always know in advance when the crew will be arriving. They are also flexible in adjusting to my schedule, as I need to travel frequently and thus have these cleaning services scheduled to fit MY schedule. I have arranged for 5 hours of cleaning service, once per month, and each time for many months now the cleaning has been done thoroughly, efficiently, and always with attention to any special requests I have made. Not once has there been damage, not once have I needed to ask for anything to be re-done or corrected when the crew is finished... This is a well-run, fairly priced busines with friendly and hard-working employees. I highly recommend Elena's for your home cleaning needs.

It went well. Carlos and I talked before the cleaners came. He called me back the same day I called him requesting a cleaning service, and he was able to schedule a clean within the week. He called to follwo up to make sure everything went well, which it did.

I was so impressed by the quick reply and excellent service. The home was a a near hoarder house that I recently removed the trash from. The team scrubbed the walls and cleaned every room. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Elena and team were prompt, very thorough in asking what we needed done, and did an excellent job. Carlos came back the next day with a high ladder to reach our 2-story height windows. We are very impressed with how great the house looks (and smells!)

It went ok. I had my friend take pictures one day before the cleaning took place and then immediately after they left. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Everything else was cleaned really good. My only issue is that I've been talking with the Carlos (I am assumming he is one of the owners) for two and a half weeks about what I need cleaned, scheduling, and an estimate. I told him I live in another state when we first started communicating. I went to pay after the service today and he said he was charging me 3.75% fee for the use of my credit card. I asked him why he didnt mention this to me weeks ago. He told me I could have asked. I told him, why would I ask? I pay for services over the phone for my rental all the time and no one charges me a service fee ever. I also told him that he could have mentioned it to me at the beginning and I would have prepared a check and mailed it to him. I also told him that taking credit cards is the cost of doing business. I personally had a small business in Oldsmar most of my life and never charged a service fee for taking credit cards. He ended up not charging me the fee but it wasn't a pleasant way to do business.

Three women did a thorough job of cleaning the condomium. They were efficient, professional, and unobstrusive. This is the second time I have used Elena's and would use them for future cleaning needs.

Very well indeed except for the time keeping which was not arranged before hand. Their office management need attending to. We have arranged follow up cleaning by this company and paid their going rate.

I was very impressed with how quick Carlos responded to my request for a quote and was able to make an appointment for me. I was on a tight deadline, juggling closing on the house and the arrival of my belongings from my former home. I really wanted the house cleaned before moving my stuff in. His team arrived promptly and literally hit the ground running. I had them clean all the windows in addition to the normal house cleaning. What a difference! I was very happy with the quality of work and felt comfortable moving into my home and not needing to worry about whether or not the previous owner left it clean. I was comfortable enough with them to go back to work and give them the garage code to lock up behind them. I will be hiring them for regular house cleaning going forward. They probably aren't the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I should have had more dust....went very well!

Monstly OK. There was some missed spots such as an air vent that needed dusting. The fireplace was surprisingly cleaned, not an easy job. Afterwards, I noticed the screen door was jammed open. The spring arm had been ratcheted to far and I had to remove and reset it. Overall, they were professional and did a good job.

They no showed twice for a scheduled appointment.

Everything was Perfect. They went the extra mile for me and even picked up keys at another location .

The cleaning crew was excellent but the windows were a big problem. They did not have a ladder long enough to clean the upper windows, but promised to send someone else with a longer ladder. The man they sent came and looked at the house and said he could do it, but when he returned to do the upper windows, his ladder was also too short so the windows were again not done. Then, I was promised again that someone else would be sent to take care of the windows, but I never heard back from the company.

The ladies were fantastic. They were quick, thorough, friendly. They were great with my 2 dogs as well.
