Our team could not do the job because they started feeling very sick to perceive the nauseating smell was inside your apartment, causing vomiting and repugnance to them to see how disgusting the place was Our mission is to do the job you need and for which you paid, but there are things beyond disgusting conditions of lifestyles. We have graphic evidence of how your apt was. We called you and explained to you the reasons why we could not do that job. We also refund your money.

We feel very sorry for not finishing the job. You made a purchase for a service of two hours, when your house needed at least two hours more. You did not read the fine print that says (Excessively dirty homes May require an additional estimate) your house undoubtedly required more labor time, we actually have graphic evidence of this, but you preferred to leave it unfinished.

Description of Work: Someone from the office called me on Mother's Day to inform me that they would be at the house the next day at 11 instead of 9 am. We had agreed on this time two weeks in advance. I purchased 6 hours of cleaning time and wondered how that would work when I had to leave by 2. He said, "6 hours is for one person, so 4 people will be 1 hour and a half each." Also, "We do not understand why you bought 6 hours job, if your house need more time." Obviously I misunderstood the deal -- he didn't need to make the last comment and would've talked me into it if he had been professional.

This means that after we finished our service to you, there are other customers waiting for our services, and we are committed to a previously established schedule. For this reason it was that we asked you, why you bought a package of six hours when you knew it would take longer. Description of Work: Four workers at same time in 3-story townhouse are difficult to manage and evaluate. They did stay busy. They did work hard. But they spent too much time on areas that did not require it. They were not all equal either and their manager could not work efficiently and still oversee. Bottom line -- four cleaners are too many.

Description of Work: I purchased the special $75 for 4 hours of cleaning. A team of 4 arrived 15 mins early and cleaned kitchen, living area, and both bathrooms. Floors washed, carpets vacuumed. They did a good job. Booked them again, quoted me $140 to do the same job plus clean fridge and stove which is not bad. Canceled because I found 20% cheaper. I would still highly recommend Carlos and his crew.
