This husband wife ran operation did an excellent job on our home. There team of cleaners are very hard workers and did a great job!

I’ve used Elena’s for 3+ years and have always had excellent service!! The team always arrives on time or slightly early, are extremely professional, use great products, and do a thorough cleaning of my entire home even including the inside of my toaster oven and blinds during every cleaning!!! My floors are clean enough to eat off of and I have 2 small children and a dog! Elena’s comes twice a month, however, they are flexible if you need to reschedule. I have recommended them to many family and friends who also are very satisfied with them.

I took Angie’s list reviews upon selecting this company. They first showed up for estimate hours late had to reschedule They came out priced me a crazy 240 on our 3000 sq foot apartment I paid it in agreement a thorough job would be done They not only didn’t complete It, they left early, put a litter mat on a drying rack (disgusting sense of hygiene) found dead moths and dust on shelves which I had to clean when I returned... and worst my drains in my main master shower with hair and soap scum, the shower head soap scum and streaks on shower door I’ll be happy to supply photos!!! In addition I contacted them and they are ignoring me and all the photos Do not hire them!!!! Ever! Rip off and they don’t clean! My feet are still feeling gross on the floors!!! Unreal!!! Most horrible job I’ve ever seen in my life! We own two houses and have never had such disgusting overpriced service from anyone in our lives and we own multiple rental properties too!

The team arrived on time. They thoroughly cleaned a house that had extra dust due to remodeling. I would hire them again.

We are very happy with our new cleaning service, Elenas. A few weeks ago, I called and Carlos (owner) was out to give an estimate in two days. We accepted and then we had our first "deep clean" The whole crew came in and worked wonders! They are a team and quite efficient. We hired them on a bi-weekly basis. The 2nd clean was just as excellent. I came home to a very clean house. They are prompt, again, they are a team and also quite friendly. I highly recommend Elena's Cleaning Service!

Oh, the joy of coming home to a professionally cleaned house! Although I've tried several cleaning services over the years I've been in this house, I have not been thrilled with their work. Elena's is the first that has delivered a truly professional service. All corners cleaned, kitchen spotless, baseboards dusted, bathroom sparkling and toilet paper folded to a point! The young ladies were polite and dilligent: Carlos is accomodating and responds quickly.

Elena and her crew arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. They didn't stop until the 3-bedroom, 2-bath house was absolutely clean. They removed all the books and objects from several bookcases and dusted and polished. They cleaned bathrooms and the kitchen. Cabinets were wiped down. Furniture was vacuumed. Blinds were cleaned All surfaces were spotless upon completion.

Elena's has done an excellent job. I hired them to clean a relative's house on a bi-weekly basis when she became ill. The first service I hired was not worth the money they charged. Elena's, on the other hand, is worth every penny. Their good reviews are deserved! The price is reasonable especially since this is a 2 story house with kids and pets. They are punctual and professional and most importantly, they get things clean. We also like that so far they have sent the same team each visit.

Carlos's team did very well for the first time cleaning the property. They had to change linens and wash towels.

3 person team did a thorough job getting our new home move-in ready last month. Now we have them come monthly and we're very pleased with the service and the price.

Elena and Carlos responded within a few hours of my request and visited in advance to provide a quote for a move-out cleaning from my condo in Palm Harbor. On the appointed day, the cleaning team arrived on time and with all the supplies they needed. I requested a top to bottom cleaning, including the inside of appliances and cabinets. The team was friendly and really worked hard to make the condo shine. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anybody thinking of hiring someone for move-out or regular cleaning service. A pleasure to work with and job very well done!

Very, very satisfied. On time, got right to work. They even cleaned the outside of the front door and the porch. Definitely will hire them again for seasonal cleaning.

Terrible service ! Screwed up once but thought we would try again.Responded to phone call after nearly one week to give us a date and time he could be here. We texted him back that the time and date were not good. Without responding he sent a crew to us. We refused them based on a previous text left to him. He claimed 'never got the text " while my wife still retains it in her phone. Slipshod, lazy and unresponsive. Watch him and his crews CAREFULLY to insure no damage is done as in our case.

We have only used them once so far, but it was a great experience. Owners setup an initial meeting for estimate right away and came on time. First scheduled cleaning- the owner came to make sure the cleaners knew exactly what the job was. Cleaners worked very hard and did a great job. Dusted, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Plan on using them for routine monthly services.
