ELENA'S CLEANING SERVICES

My husband and I have been searching for a cleaning service since we moved from Georgia last year. With a busy work and family schedules, we were looking for a dependable and quality cleaning service that would help make our life easier each month. I am excited to report that we think we found that in Elena's Cleaning Service. We purchased a special offer they had for 6 hours of housecleaing for $114. Carlos responded immediately after the online purchase and has been very responsive via text, email and phone. It was nice to have a text from him 10 minutes from their arrival as well as having the crew arrive on time. I was so happy to come home to a very clean and tidy house! My husband works from home so he is able to be there while cleaning is done, but often find some of the companies we used "disruptive". He did not feel this way about Elena's. He said the crew was very friendly, worked diligently and completed tasks that we wanted on our list without being prompted (cleaning ceiling fans, sweeping under children's beds, picking up items to vaccum ). We've run into other companies that have stipulations of what they will and will not do - but found that Elena's went above our expectations and that is what mattered most to us when we deciced as a family to budget for housecleaning. Carlos gave us a fair quote for regular cleanings. It is also important to use that companies are responsive to us and willing to work with our schedules. I have already contacted Carlos to schedule our next house cleaning. I will continue to update and give reviews as we use their services.

It went well. I would have liked them to do the baseboards & blinds better. But overall, it was good.

Carlos and his wife and two others came out to perform the service. Worked for an hour and a half and they did a good job. I’m in discussion with him regarding future work

Everything worked great. I even had to leave the house and forgot to leave them the cash, and they were nice enough to charge me over the phone afterwards, after I had been unavailable to answer their calls for a solid hour. I was a horrible customer and they were extremely nice about it, and about everything.

they were late, but informative about the situation. when they got here they had the cleaning team that cleaned the house from top to bottom. everything looks fantastic, our house has never been this clean

A new company trying to get into the game by offering a good deal through Angie's List - a good marketing plan. They were OK but not great. They did work non-stop (husband and wife team), but we were late in their workday. They did not have a proper vacuum with them - so they used ours. They will probably get better with time - but we were not fully sold on their performance.

It was good. There were additional charges. They asked to do laundry but I said, no. They did a very good job. They brought their own supplies. Two people came out to do the job.

Three people came to do the job and did it for 4 hours. They are coming back on January, 30th. They charge differently per job.

Arrived on time. Have a large 2 story house at the beginning of a kitchen remodel. I am looking to replace a longtime cleaning service and I found a perfect match. They walked into a downstairs mess. Carlos and his cleaners were professional and fantastic. After working for a while I felt they would need to be at the house longer. I like clean not just wipe a surface and a little vacuum but shiny clean. They didn't disappoint. With ripped up walls and floors they did wonders with what they could clean downstairs like the dining room ( now my kitchen during the remodel), hallways and the bathrooms. Upstairs was so clean. They even vacuumed in the closets. Something my old service never did. They are coming back in two weeks. That says it all. If I didn't like the way the house was cleaned I wouldn't have them back and I am. I absolutely recommend Elena's Cleaning service and am using them again.

They are very friendly and the owners of the company worked with their employees to all the details. And this was the morning of Christmas Eve. Very nice people and great cleaning company.

They did great work. All surfaces that we expected to be cleaned were cleaned. House smelled wonderfully. The team that came out was punctual and professional.

They did a great job. I had them here. I had another deal from Angie's List, a year and half ago from another cleaning service and I decided to hire them on a full time basis. I can't complain about Elena's. I just chose the other one. They were very professional. I wasn't 100% going with their dusting. I wish they had gotten, but they didn't. I didn't point that out to them when I did the walk through, so I don't think it is fair to comment. I have decided to go with the other provider.

Carlos and Flor first visited and cleaned our home last fall using an Angie's list deal. They did a fantastic job, pay attention to detail, and are very kind people as well. Since that time, we have continued to use their cleaning services on a regularly-scheduled basis. I've used other cleaning services in the past where different people can show up each time, and really like the consistency of knowing that it will be Carlos and Flor in my home. I highly recommend their services.

The team did a very thorough job and we were very pleased.

The services provided by Carlos and Flo and their assistant were amazing.. They are true professionals ---aside from being two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The team was was thorough and paid attention to detail, requesting my input prior to beginning the job. You will be thoroughly impressed! I am using them on a continuing basis.

This team of 3 came in, asked what I wanted done and got to work. They separated into different rooms and cleaned what I asked. There was no hesitation or breaks. They worked hard. I specifically liked the fans being cleaned inside and on the closed in patio. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned with professionalism. The big seller was the bathroom toilet tissue. (only kidding). But I was so impressed that the toilet tissue was folded like is done in an up-scale hotel or motel. They were easy to work with, humble to do what was asked of them, polite and hard working. I definitely would recommend them and have already done so to my friends and neighbors. Carlos & Flo have been very professional, always show up when they say they will, bring all their own supplies, and do a very thorough cleaning.

Elena's cleaning service did such a good job--I am very, very happy with their service. I have been seriously ill for several months, and can no longer clean the house. Elena's paid attention to both the big stuff, and the little stuff, cleaning every nook and cranny of my medium sized house. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and the price was more than fair. I am so grateful to them--I feel better knowing my house is clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them to all of my neighbors.

The service was fabulous. They did everything I ahd asked them, I felt i got a personalized cleaning! I would absolutely use them again.

They are the nicest, hardest working, most honest people ever. They do a great job. I have birds and cats and requirements about where they have to be kept and Carlos and Flordelis are VERY careful to make sure they all end up where they started. They surprise me all the time by doing things I didn't expect and they are very professional. They are always here when they say they will be and if there's any question, they call to verify and they usually stay longer than expected as well. When they leave, the house looks and smells great until we manage to mess it up again.

i had called Elena as well as a few other cleaning services in the area for an estimate back in March 2012. Elena's cleaning service offered the best pricing out of the 3 companies that i brought in. I hired them on the spot and they have been cleaining my house once a month from that point forward.

I will send another report once my cleaning is done at the end of this week.

On Friday, 3/16, I called and spoke to Oscar. During the conversation he told me that he hadn't been able to work due to personal illness but that if he was well he would come to my home on Monday, 3/19, to provide an estimate for House Cleaning Service. We agreed to meet at 3:30. The appointed time came and went without a word from Oscar. NO SHOW! That evening I called and left a message at the same phone number that I had previously used to contact Oscar. The message requested that he contact me so we could set a new meeting time. It is now 3 days later and I'm still waiting for some kind of feedback. I didn't think the language barrier was that great but maybe it is. I've gone back to the list to identify some other company. See Update below . . . . Update: On Friday, 3/23/12, I received a call from Oscar explaining that he had been admitted to the hospital for Influenza treatment and had recently been released. That the company consisted of he and his Mother and there were no employees to fill in while he was in the hospital. We agreed to meet on 3/24 at 1 PM so he could review the work area and provide an estimate. The rest of the story to follow. For now please do not post my earlier report. If the responsible person has been hospitalized it is unreasonable to expect a reply. Small company's have limitations.

Called to get price quote - He came out on a weekend and went through everything top to bottom and they were just so polite and nice. We agreed on doing Saturday's for now but when the first one came, we were headed out to a short cruise. Based on reviews on AL, I gave him a key and asked if he could leave it when he was done and they could come after we left that Saturday morning. He offered to make a spare key for me as well, and how nice was that! When we got back from our short cruise, we came home to a wonderfuly clean and better smelling house (father and teenage boy live here, imagine) and a new key in an envelope on the counter. The place looked great! And we are looking forward to the next round! I recommend, if you want polite, prompt, professionals not just some folks running around with a corporate logo!

Did you ever plan to do too much and then realize what a bad idea that was? That was me. I was about to have about 20 people in town for a family event and realized that cleaning my house from top to bottom was just not going to fit. So I called about 3 different cleaning companies to try to find one that could squeeze me in. I got 2 positive responses - one that was going to charge me $140, one that was going to charge me $90. You can guess which one I chose (Hey! Just because I have someone cleaning my house does not make me rich! :)) They did a spectacular job. I work from home, so I was here while they were working, and they seriously rocked it. My house looked and felt phenomenal. So phenomenal that I've decided to have them come back on a regular basis. That's about as good as it gets!
