Carlos and he ladies arrived a few minutes early, which worked well for me. I showed which rooms I would prefer they do & they immediately got to work! When they were finished, the kitchen & bath were sparkling and the other rooms spotless . I will use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! Thanks Elena's for being so efficient and doing such a great job!

Elena's crew did a fabulous job. My house has never looked better:) They cleaned things I never expected them to. Sandra Topia was a real pleasure to work with, I love her sense of humor. I will be using them on a regular basis & have already booked my next cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. This company is A+ in my book.

They were unprofessional. I got a phone call to ask for more money because they said they needed more time to finish the housecleaning. However, when I got home half of the house was left unclean. When I try to call and discuss it he doesn't try to resolve anything with me.

We moved from our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2800+ square foot home Saturday, 5/9/15. We had lived there for 16 years. I had forgotten how stressful a house move could be!! I decided that day I needed professional help to clean our old house before we put it on the market for sale. I looked on Angie's list and saw offers by Elena's cleaning. As ours was a move out cleaning, I called and spoke to Carlos. He said he would call me back to schedule a time to estimate the cleaning. He called right back and we set a time the same day to meet at the house. He was very flexible about the timing and that was wonderful as I work full time and can't leave my office during the day. He and Eva arrived promptly at the house at the scheduled time and they gave me the $375.00 price for the complete job and said they would have a crew of 5 people at the house on Saturday at 9:00 AM. We were so pleased they could schedule this big job not only on the weekend, but the same weekend!! Carlos, Eva and their lovely crew arrived this morning right on time!! Very friendly, very professional and VERY EFFICIENT!! They all headed straight to work and cleaned every nook and cranny inside our house!! My kitchen looks brand new!! The appliances are sparkling and every cabinet and shelf have been cleaned. I had a hard water stain in the bathtub that I have never been able to clean, but they did!! Windows cleaned, a/c vents cleaned, I could go on and on. Let me just say, I am thrilled!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They saved my sanity and I will be able to sleep well in our new home tonight knowing this overwhelming job has been taken care of so beautifully. Thank you Elena's Cleaning Service!! My Mom was extremely pleased with the full cleaning at her house. Communication up front was excellent, the crew was on time, very professional and polite, and did a great job. Everything that was requested was done, and then some! Excellent job. Will use again!

The cleaning went great, but I would have appreciated a little more clarity regarding the time frame of the deal (3 people for 2 hours vs. 2 people for 3 hours). The cleaners were very professional and willing to stay longer to complete the work, but I wish they would've kept a closer eye on the clock so I wouldn't have had to pay more beyond the time limit of the deal. Minor issues aside, they did a great job.

Good teamwork. The four individuals did a nice job of cleaning my home, and I was very pleased. They were very pleasant and dedicated to making me happy with their work. I will definitely call them for future cleanings...

After becoming dissatisfied with another cleaning service in the area, I contacted Carlos after finding him on Angies List. Carlos was able to work us into his schedule, and once I saw how much better of a job his cleaning team did, I asked him to come back every two weeks. Carlos comes each and every time with a team of three ladies. They all work diligently for the hour and a half they are here and it shows. The house smells amazing and just shines after they leave. The hardest thing is waiting two weeks for their return!

Four people showed up. The man was very good at his job. The mature woman that cleaned my kitchen was good but used straight 409 on my granite counters! A young black woman in braids seemed to be complaining all the time she cleaned the baths and they were dirty when she finished! When vacuuming my white couch she put the white cushions on the floor which had not yet been cleaned! And did not do a good thorough job at any task she was assigned to do. The floors throughout the house were not clean, with several spills in the grout not attended to. The fans cleaned by the man and one bedroom cleaned by him looked very good! I bought 6 hours of cleaning,which in the past had been a four hour job! I would hire the man again but the overall job was below standards of anyone!

Provider called me after I left my inquiry on Angie's List. We arranged for a time that he could drop by and look at the house and the layout. I gave him the tour of the house and told him what had to be cleaned and what we would take care of ourselves. He was very professional and had an excellent customer service attitude. At the exact time that we had arranged, his cleaners showed up with all equipment and supplies necessary to do the job. They did a fantastic job and were done in a little less than 2 hours. I now have hired them on a bi-weekly basis to come in and do cleaning. So far they have been on time and have done the job to my expectations.

Carlos and his team are the ultimate professionals and did an amazing job! I had him come out to give an estimate at the home inspection a month in advance. When I called to book him, he remembered me and had held the date open. He arrived right on time and ready to work. The team of four did an amazing job, and were committed to getting the job done. Carlos even left to run home to get a better window cleaning product to make sure we were satisfied. The job took longer than expected, but they continued to work, did not complain, and did not miss on the quality. I am very impressed with this company and will certainly be hiring them to come back on a regular basis. Thank you Carlos & Flor!

I am totally amazed of the terrific job done! Carlos promptly set up my requested appointment. I went out of town on that day so I told him I would turned off my alarm during that period of time. From my alarm history I can tell he'd only spent two hours cleaning so I was a little skeptical since on my days off I would have to spend hours and hours of scrubbing and cleaning and my condo still looks like a mess. To my surprise, when I came back from my trip two days later, the condo is spotless. It has not ever been this clean before! I really checked too - some of the corners that other people can cut to the time, nope - can't find a spot that I can complain about. I would definitely set up for regular cleanings. And I want to hire them to clean my parents house too! My mother is a super neat freak - but I think Carlos is up for the challenge. Thank you!

They arrived a little late but I knew about it. They had 4 cleaners to do the job. The house is a bit of a challenge as it has 2 levels, has many rooms, bathrooms and nooks and crannies, and is old. They spent more time than was paid for because they wanted to get the job done, and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Great Service! Carlos and 4of his minions descended on my condo and washed ,swept,dusted,etc They did a great job.I booked them for another visit in month. Carlo the boss is very friendly ,and he works right along side of his people. IIt was a joy having them clean my condo.

I had purchased the deal about thirty days in advance. They got back to me within a couple of days. I had a week open of available times, but they were unable to schedule. I have not had the work completed.

This was excellent! I was expecting just a dusting, floor cleaning, and vacuuming. I travel a lot and when I come home, I have so much catching up to do that that deep cleaning the apartment is last on the list. When I came home with the kids, we walked into paradise. Everything was shining clean, the bedroom and kids' drawings were organized, the place smelled great, and even my nice oak furniture had been protected. Was much more than I expected. I will definitely use this service again. They are perfectionists!!!! Thank you.

Carlos and his wife are easy to work with and have done a wonderful job keeping our house clean. When I called asking for a quote they were able to come to our house that same night! We scheduled a cleaning for a few days later, and we were so pleased with the results. The house smelled wonderful and everything was spotless. We are going to keep using them on a bi-weekly basis. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a house cleaning service.

Everything went very well. Extremely friendly, hard working and professional. My house is a challenge because I have quite a few pets. Everthing was spic & span and smelled nice by the time they left. Anyone considering Elena's Cleaning Service should definately go ahaead and book there services.
