Carlos and Elena called and arrived within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. They asked that I show them what house cleaning I wanted done. I did so and they said that I should prioritize the cleaning - so we agreed that their 3 cleaning staff would clean the 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, and then use Bona to clean the Oak wood floors in the LR, DR, and MBR. The 3 cleaners worked efficiently and effectively. They were polite and even smiled while they were cleaning. I was impressed.

Elena's Cleaning provided a thorough deep cleaning of my entire house. They were punctual, professional, and very detail oriented. They cleaned underneath extremely heavy furniture that had to be moved, inside the oven, and left my bathroom tub and tile sparkling and bright! I highly recommend them!! Elena arrived fifteen minutes early, to look over the house and to get acquainted with my parents. She started right away with environment friendly cleaning products, that cleaned thoroughly and smell just wonderful. My Mother, asked if the kitchen back splash above the stove would come clean. Elena did her magic, it came out so nice, I swear that it looks brand new. We are please with the overall job; Elena and Carlos are nice and quite competentI I would hire them again.

Excellent service & very professional! The crew is supervised by Elena herself and she stays on top of them and the outcome is a sparkling clean house that smells amazing. I have a cat & corgi that sheds a LOT and they moved all the furniture to vacuum & mop underneath. They picked up rugs too. The sinks, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven door, stove top, marble counter tops, were all cleaned until they shinned. I have literally never seen our toilets, sinks & shower area this clean before! Seriously, the rust stains were removed. The grout around the toilet is white again too & No were not disgusting people, we just have BAD water in Dunedin. If you are doubting calling them, DON'T, I am firing our current maid as soon as I'm done with this review! The crew is scheduled to come back out in 3 weeks, see you all then! Eleans's cleaning team was excellent. Each of the 3 cleaning associates, Elena, Phillipe add Guilhermina were friendly, professional and hard working! They did a great job for me in every way. The home looks as clean as a model home

I purchased 3 hours of cleaning. I was amazed when 5 people arrived. That's a lot of people for my small house. Kitchen was not cleaned - there were crumbs and food spills still on my counters. Someone attempted to use my computer. It was turned off - something I never do. I was extremely disappointed.

It went well, and I would hire them again. I have actually referred them to one of my friends.

They didn't charge additional fees. It was great. There were two ladies. They didn't listen to everything I wanted them to do in the beginning. Not everything was taken care of. I cleaned the terrace myself.

My 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo was very thoroughly cleaned and smelled wonderful after the cleaning team was finished.

It was hard to communicate with him on the phone. I had an awful experience. They didn't sweep under furniture. They wouldn't clean my stove. After they left the floor was still dirty. They didn't do all that I had asked them to do. The way the service was done, you could tell that they were only here on a coupon.

They did an outstanding job and the owners are very professional. I purchased 16 hours which equaled 4 cleaners at once for a period of 4 hours. Unfortunately one of the employees called out sick so the 2 owners and 1 employee had to fill the work for the 16 hours. I would not doubt it my house was overwhelming however, I feel if all 4 employees had been present to fill their portion of the work a little bit of a better job could have been done. The owners repeated themselves, we'll leave your house as if its move in ready. There was no need to clean the refrigerator at the time but they did concentrate on other areas. I could have asked to wipe down the blinds and baseboards, but I did not. I was unsure of what, move in ready meant. Maybe should have purchased more hours but this was the maximum at the time I could purchase on Angies list. Regardless, there heart is in their business and they want to do an outstanding job. Next time I will suggest areas to concentrate on. Thank you.

Two women went right to work and were friendly and courteous. They did a great job

All work was done by two females over 4 hours. One female spent over 2.5 hours in my bathroom Alone, and she did an amazing job. The owner Carlos was there, and assisted in helping me lift a few things I couldn't reach high up in my closet. He would start to help, and his phone would ring and he would step out. He was on his phone, which rang constantly for the whole time. While the ladies cleaned, I cleaned out, rearranged and organized the closets in my bedroom. So all they had to do in my small bedroom was dust, vacuum small area, and change my bedding. After all was said and done, I was charged $250. I was quoted $150 over the phones. Imagine my surprise. After the fact I noticed that the floors still had debris, no edging was done in any part of my home, the windowsill and ledges still covered in dust, along with some other small, yet noticeable missed spots everywhere but the bathroom. I called Carlos, stating that for $250 I was unhappy with what was missed/overlooked and expected a more thorough job. He either hung up on me mid call or the call dropped. When. I called back all I got was voicemail and no return call. It took me another few hours to clean up what they missed. VERY overpriced. His wife said it would be $130 for ongoing biweekly maintenance cleaning. When my previous housekeeper charged me $65.

The company sent 3 ladies over and cleaned for two hours. They were wonderful, friendly, and professional. My condo was cleaner than the day I moved in several years ago. I was contacted a couple of days previous to the service date to confirm the day and time. They arrived a little early and went straight to business. I have recommended them to friends who was interested in a cleaning service.

Maria and her crew were polite, pleasant and worked very hard. They were flexible and cooperated with my requests such as using my vacuum as there are allergies in the family. We had bought a "DEAL" but the scope of the work exceeded that and they had time to complete what we needed. My only concern was the strong odor of the tile cleaner they used. I should have insisted that they use my product. They are very professional and pleasant and worked rapidly and efficiently. I feel comfortable recommending them. I recommend that before a first service call you have an estimate done.

We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the cleaning services & the outstanding customer service from Elena''s cleaning. We used a coupon from Angies' list for our first visit and then contacted them several times more for followup cleaning over the next several months. They went out of their way to provide cleaning for my parents which were not in their regular area of service and tackled a huge job without any complaints and did a fabulous clean on their house. I highly recommend them!

Quality of work: The house was cleaned well. Upon very close inspection we did find a couple small areas that didn't get attention, but by and large everything was cleaned. My only complaint here is that some of our furniture and other things were clearly left out of position: rugs were left rolled up on tables, blinds were wide open instead of closed as we left them, and I found my toothpaste in the shower. Odd, but not a big deal. Communication is where this company truly needs improvement: I purchases a $500 deal good for 16 hours of house cleaning. There were two options to choose from based on how much attention the home needed on the first visit. The deal said that a consultation would be performed upon arrival at the first visit to determine which situation would best suit my home. This consultation did not happen. The crew arrived and after a brief discussion (carpets, yes or no. inside appliances yes or no, etc) they began working. Once they were finished they did not schedule a second visit or discuss with me how much time I had left on my purchase. When I contacted them be email a few days later to set up a second visit, I was informed that only one followup, or maintenance visit, would be covered under what I had purchased because of the amount of time it had taken to do the initial cleaning. The tone of the email I received stating this information was very accusatory, I believe the line "We want to make it clear that you never specified which option you wanted" was the leading line of the message. Some advice for the next home owner: look elsewhere Some advice for Elena and her staff: be careful how you phrase the offerings of your deals. There were loopholes in the way this one was phrased and I feel that I was a little exploited. Also, remember to treat your clients with respect. Just one interaction, either positive or negative, can make a large difference for a company.

They cam on time with a crew of 5 people and simply went from room to room cleaning and scrubbing. By the time they were finished, you could eat off the kitchen and bathroom floor. They did an exceptional job and highly recommend them! They'll be back.

Everything went perfectly. The ladies arrived on time and stayed exactly 3 hours. They were pleasant and hardworking. By the time they had finished, every inch of my home was sparkly and shiny. I will definitely use this service again.

The home had not been occupied for over a year and had not been throughly cleaned for years. They did an excellent job cleaning stove, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets and 2 baths and 1/2. Three bedrooms and a large living area were also cleaned along with plantation shutters throughout. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to friends and family.

He advertised four hours or two hours of housecleaning for this price or something like that. He came in with four or five people to clean. An hour was up. Actually, went past the hour and he didn't tell me that it was two hours with one person and with four people, it was one hour or something like that. He didn't tell me that. So, it was misleading to me. Then, he didn't tell me when the time was up. They kept going. It was like 20 minutes after and I was thinking they were into their second hour. I told them I had to leave and I'd be right back. He goes, "Oh, well, we're about done." I said, "Okay. How much longer do you need?" I told him it was just going to be about 10 minutes and I would be back. He said, "Well, you're going to owe us this amount more money." I said, "What? I have two hours of cleaning." He said, "Well, that's just for one person. I brought four people in. With four people, it's just one hour. With one person it's two hours." I was a little disturbed with that. I gave him more money. I was upset that he didn't tell me. When the time was up, they kept going and then, he wanted more money out of me. I'm like, "Excuse me." I think that they dragged their feet too. I have a two-bedroom two bath condo. With four people in here, it should have been able to be done within an hour. I think that they dragged their feet too because they wanted more money to finish it up. They did a good job cleaning. But I just felt that it was kind of misleading and deceitful. That bothered me. So, I never had them back. They were nice but they were sneaky. I paid them an extra $30. He was wanting more. I left 20 minutes after the hour and I thought $30 was a little too much for 20 minutes. He tried to increase the price by adding on their time to come in and take a look at the condo and bring up their equipment. I said, "We're not doing that." They did do a good job cleaning. They didn't tell me when my time was up. They got back to me right away when I wanted to set up the cleaning. They showed up on time.

The women who showed up were marvelous. They cleaned from top to bottom and were courteous and pleasant to have around. Prompt arrival and left the house in a beautiful and shiny condition. Thank you.
