LBS crew scheduled twice per month. Ms. Claire is such a pleasure to communicate with, very professional and prompt in getting back to me.

I had to cancel after only a couple months with this company. Originally, I had excellent service when I called to get pricing. Claire was very prompt in coming out to the property and giving me a quote. My initial month of service was great. Then it all went downhill. The planting beds were not being weeded. When I finally called to complain, Claire was upset with me for not calling earlier to report the problem. Misplaced blame! I was not the problem for the beds not being weeded, her crew was not doing their job! I also had a problem with her crew smoking cigarettes on my property while doing the lawn care. Claire did come over to look at the issue and her crew came fix the extremely high weeds in the planting beds. However, they oversprayed all around the planting beds and within a few days I had bare dead sections of grass outside the planting beds from the overspray. It was so bad that the grass was killed up to a foot away from the curbing around the planting beds. Also numerous ornamental plants were killed as well. Several hundred dollars of damage. I called Claire & she came out to look at the issue. She promised to get back to me about a solution. After several traded voicemails, I finally called and said I did not want her company on my property again.

The guys who promptly show up each time do an outstanding job. They are very efficient and waste no time. Just let them know what you need and it is done for you right away. We took advantage of their coupon deal and are quite pleased with the LBS lawn service. We look forward to becoming steady customers.

LBS Lawn Service has been providing lawn service for many, many years. LBS Lawn Service have been doing pretty good. What keeps me using them throughout the years is that they are here all year around and they actually show up and cut the grass. The price is reasonable. They come on schedule.

This company is very reliable, they come every week like clockwork, they do the job with out any issues. I would recommend them to anyone that desires this service. The service is reasonable and fare.

Not very good. Aside from them not consistently coming the same day each week (Friday, Thursday, Saturday, Saturday) they did nothing more than a 12 yr old with a push mower could do. This morning I was checking on something on the far side of my house when I noticed that the crew had run over a very large pipe (about 4 in. circumference) cap. I now have an open pipe in my yard. Cant even give them the benefit of the doubt about not realizing they ran it over because the cap is rather large and nowhere to be found so they obviously realized it at some point and picked it up. Nobody called me about this, and when I have emailed a photo of it this morning to the company and called three times and left messages, I've yet to receive a call back.

I only worked with Claire and her team for 3 months before I had to cancel the service. Claire was a very nice person to work with, but her crew was terribly sloppy and the quality of their work was very poor. They did not keep up with trimming shrubs and bushes, they left dry branches and leaves in flower beds, they put weed killer along the edges of flower beds and around sprinkler heads and a few days later I had big patches of dead grass. They also let weeds grow really high in flower beds and on the driveway. I had to call Claire a few times to come out and see what hasn't been done by her crew. She apologized and promised to fix the problems, but even after that the quality of their work hasn't improved. It seems like the young guys had little or no experience in yard maintenance.

I wasn't there - they did a great job

We contracted with LBS to do weekly lawn service in November of 2014. They have been there on time, every time and have done a good job. We also asked them to cut down and remove about 20 feet of overgrown bushes along the side of the house. The did an excellent job here.

Claire was very responsive and professional. Heard back from her within an hour of initial phone call. Price was comparable to most lawn services in the area. The actual work turned out to be sub par. Uneven lines in lawn and plenty of missed spots. Trimming around flower beds was to the dirt. Seems like the blade on the mower needed to be balanced. When I cut the grass it's never uneven so I know it's not the ground. If the work was better I would have definitely stuck with LBS due to the professionalism and promptness.

LBS was a great provider to work with. From the moment I reached out to Claire, she answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Everything was extremely easy. She had the team scheduled within a matter of a few days from the day I requested service (after she had visited and listened to what I wanted to achieve and provided me an estimate). The LBS team had my grounds shaped nicely before I hardly realized they had arrived. The team did a walkthrough midway through to confirm what they were pruning / clearing (once they were working on the trees) and at the end for a final walk-through because it was my first time using them. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were pleasant, easy to work with, fair on price compared to other providers in the area whom I contacted, and finished quickly (doing a thorough job).

They are excellent, A+. I pay $500 monthly. Their quality, timeliness, cost and service stand out the most to me. They are very professional. I would recommend them. I've had a few companies I've had to deal with and they are by far the best for this kind of service. They are very responsive; it must be because there is a female owner. Their pricing is very competitive.

In our opinion--LBS went above our expectations. Their work is excellent, professional and very affordable. We have hired them to do the upkeep on these beds.

The company was very responsive and courteous in their communications. We were pleased with the quote and the communications with the contractor. The service started and completed on time; however, there were quality issues. For example, the last time the company cut the grass, there was trash on the corner of the lawn. We couldn't put it in the street as there was too much of it and it would have blocked the road. The gentlemen that cut the grass simply mowed around it instead of moving a few boxes out of the way. Next, we asked for a quote to include weeding for the property. We were informed that it could be included in the initial quote, which was interesting that wasn't communicated up front. At any rate, we asked the company to weed the property and my husband reviewed the work. Unfortunately, it was below par in our opinion and ultimately we wound up hiring another company for lawn care.

The service has turned out fine. Anytime I have a question or need something extra done they take care of it right away. They are very pleasant to deal with.

We have been happy with their work. Their price is reasonable and we have been very happy with them overall.

They do a fine job. We have no complaints with them whatsoever. We have also had them do extra jobs and the pricing has been very reasonable. I would not hesitate them.
