I would highly recommend LBS Lawn Service. They are efficient and very reasonably priced for all services provided. I shopped around and did not find a better value in Brevard county. They serviced us for 5 years until we sold the house.

They did a great job, especially for what they charge. The team completes the weekly lawn maintenance in about 9 minutes. Sometimes the overspray on the mailbox or fence leaves a mess. My only suggestion would be to slow down a little.

I've been a regular customer for 3 years and am only discontinuing as I'm moving out of state. LBS has taken care of all of my lawn needs since I've lived in Melbourne. The crew does a great job - reliable and quality work. LBS management is always quick to respond to my needs and is fair/honest with pricing. Look no further for all your lawn care needs!

Has trouble finding a company that would respond to my request for monthly lawn service. When I called LBS they were quick to get me an estimate and start service. Very happy with the price and ease of paying and communicating with them. I will recommend them to friends and family as well as clients that are in need of service.

This company is WELL WORTH IT. I needed lawn service for a house (that on one lived in), and they took care of everything. I never had to worry and never had any complaints from neighbors. Customer service is excellent, and Claire was always so very responsive. This company comes in highly recommended from me!

We have used the firm several years, and they do a quick, reliable service every week, except the winter when the grass grows less. Their main assets are communication and responsiveness. We needed a firm to tailor our services needed. This is where they excel.

Firm is highly responsive and communicates better than any other firm we have had. Because of the good communication, any hiccups are taken care of and genuinely dealt with.

They do a decent job we have zoysia grass which when cut by the large machines leaves noticeable cut lines from the ground not being flat. Other than hand mowing this is probably the best it can be done.

A father and son team was sent out to help me with my overgrown lawn. WOW...they were extremely meticulous and thorough. They treated my lawn as if it were their own. As a single gal that ended up with way too much yard and landscaping that she knew what to do with, they really eased my mind. I've had lawn services come and you can immediately see where they decided to cut corners (i.e. weed eating, flower bed clean up, etc.) Not these two...they were amazing. If they are a testament to how the rest of the business is run I'd absolutely have them back!

LBS takes care of mowing and comes on a regular schedule, weather permitting they are there to take care of the lawn.

The owner was courteous, professional, responsive. Crew is always on time, attentive, and thorough.

Good, sometimes they skip weeks when they feel the lawn doesn't need to be maintained.

After changing lawn companies 3 times Finally I found a company that meets my expectations. LBS is a reliable and responsible company. You can always get in touch with them.They will cut your grass the way you want it to be. Above all they are very professional. Honestly have no complaints

Pricing is great, staff are professional and nice, service is fast. Had LBS do a clearing project. It was priced reasonable and finished fast. Even after the hurricane, when you know they were very busy, the help our neighbor clean-up there yard. I would recommend LBS Lawn Service.... Linda

This review is a little late by 6 months but, I thought it might be useful for someone looking for a lawn care service. I choose LBS based upon what I thought was "good reviews" but looking back, I am sure a good majority of those were fake. I have found on numerous occasions that the lawn crew used their equipment (edgers, weed eaters etc.) way too close to my house and chipped stucco off my brand new home. I mentioned to Clair that I was very unhappy about that and she would assure me that would not happen again. Well, it did and this particular time was the final straw because I caught them on my security camera(s) making careless mistakes causing more damage to my house and fired them right on the spot. Stay away from LBS, their crew members do not care about your property just as long as they are getting the money from the poor services.

Very prompt in getting back for an estimate. Scheduled for following day. We had several companies we were interviewing for lawn maintenance. One company came out earlier and was able to cut lawn right then so we hired them for the ONE cut of the lawn. LBS happened to come by while there were there, though they never stopped in to talk to us. Didn't have any contact with them on why they missed their appointment until I contacted them on why they didn't show up. Then Claire said "Yes, we did come by, but there was another lawn company working on the yard already, so thought you maybe had found a company to help. Also actually you are a little out of our area." Though their website states they work in Merritt Island, we are out of their area. They should of mapped out where we live before even making a appointment. Everything was done through email, so it wouldn't of been hard to find that out first.

I asked for an estimate via Angie's List app and they came by later that same afternoon! They impressed me as professionals who want happy customers. I was happy with their work and will use them for all my yard related needs.

Claire was very helpful and the crew was very polite and quick. I will hire them again.
