INTEGRITY PEST MANAGEMENT

Description of Work: Ghost ant infestation. David came out when he said and got rid of the little pests, after I had tried for weeks with every type of recommended ant killer. We haven't seen an ant or any other bug for months. His prices are reasonable and no pressure sales to buy the "Big Package."

Description of Work: Pest removal -- found a rat. Dave was great! He knew it was there and kept looking until he found it -- electrocuted in the oven panel box. Yuck! He also rat-proofed our entire home. It had been done before, but the critters ate through the wood to get into the attic. He found all access points and closed them off. We have a renovation scheduled and Dave will be coming back when that is complete to ensure that there is no new entrance available for animals. | |We liked Dave and his work so much that we fired our pest control company and hired Integrity to take their place!

Description of Work: This report is for David Anders, the owner/operator of Integrity Pest Management. Dave called before he came and was on time. He quickly found and removed a dead roof rat that had crawled under some decking in the attic. He carefully inspected the entire house to determine where the rodents were getting in the house. He applied hardware mesh wire and aluminum sheet to the vents on the roof, and resealed the attic eave vents with wire cloth. Then he found the animal primary entry point in the rear of the house where the air conditioning wiring and tubing entered the eaves of the house. Dave sealed the opening with hardware wire, re-insulated the air conditioning tubing with rubber insulation where the animals had eaten or worn it off, then sealed both ends of the metal chase covering the wiring and tubing with foam sealant. Finally Dave installed wood molding at the edges of the exterior Laundry room Door where small rodents might be able to gain entry. He then set baited traps at four locations in the attic; part of the service is to return in a few days and check the traps. Dave Anders is a professional in every sense of the word; he knows and enjoys his work, and obviously enjoys helping people. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: He came in and sprayed the entire interior of the home making sure to get behind the stove and fridge. He sprayed all around the exterior of the home, sprayed the mailbox and doors and also hand brushed our screen for our patio.

Description of Work: We had a critter (squirrel) in our attic - we could hear it gnawing and scratching at night and day. David Anders came the same night we called and worked late - sealed off enrties and was in the attic setting a trap when the squirrel ran past him , down the stairs and out. JOB Done!!

Description of Work: We have had our home in Melbourne rented out and needed to get pest control between renters. I found Integrity on Angie's list and called Dave. We arranged a time for inside and outside pert management. All of this was done from our duty station in San Antonio, TX.
