+ -1 more95 degrees out, and he is here. A little sprinkles and he doesn't run away like some of them. Schools aren't open because of the hurricane, a lot of things are still closed, but he was here at 730 am blowing and cleaning up. He has a lot of trees down and a mess at his own place but he was here for me and the neighbors. We have used him for years and will continue to use his business.

+ 0 moreFirst, this review is long overdue. We called David in the spring of 2015 after hearing noises in the attic. He came out that afternoon and found the entry point and evidence that there was something in the attic and said it would be $450 to remove and repair. The next day he returned and set a trap at the exit point. He got a raccoon and some babies, sealed the exit along with another area on the other side of the window. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. I again heard what I thought was something in the attic. I called David, and he came out, got on the roof and determined everything was still secured, but that a branch was hitting the roof and a pipe. He trimmed the branch, and fixed the screen over the pipe....No charge! Thats what I call excellent customer service. I would call him again and recommend him to anyone.

I had placed a trap in the attic and caught a baby possum just prior to him arriving, was very impressed that he was still interested in helping me even with the possibility i would not need his service. He spent a fair amount of time finding how the animal got into my attic, then went in my attic and found no other signs of animals. David offered me advice on how to keep them out in the future and suggested that since i had solved the problem he really didnt need to do anything, amazingly honest!!! Super nice guy, extrememly responsive and very honest!! A+++++ in my books!! I gave Dave a nice tip and thanked him for his honesty and quick response!

David was both professional and courteous; he took time to explain everything sufficiently and answer any questions I had to my satisfaction. He then arrived exactly at the time stated to conduct the job which was done just as thoroughly. I recommend him and would certainly use his services again.
Description of Work: Inspected my attic to ensure there were no uninvited inhibitors and then sealed all possible entry points on roof to prevent rodents or anything else from gaining access to my attic.

+ -1 moreWe've been using Dave for over a year now and we are very pleased. He treats our home every other month and we have been bug free since he started! My mother was having an issue with sugar ants and he eliminated the problem with just one treatment (although he also treats her home every other month). My in-laws live in Palm Bay and he did treat their home one time and they were so plesaed they would love for him to continue, but he doesn't go that far down. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Description of Work: We used Integrity Pest Control. They had a ratty attic and they took care of that; they did a good job of clothing everything off. They're going to take and do the regular routine for spray of roaches and ants.

He knows what chemicals to use when. We have used Integrity Pest Mgmt. since we moved here 3 years ago. He calls ahead to let you know when he will be coming and honors his word that he will come addition visits if an unusual problem arises in between normal visits.
Description of Work: Sprays our home inside and out to prevent infestation of insects etc. We are on a plan where he comes several times a year, and will come in between if any problems with pests occurs.

Description of Work: Inspected roof and attic for rodents and sealed all possible entry points. Set traps for any remaining rodents and returned 4 days later. Sanitized and deodorized attic for lingering odor and guaranteed the work for as long as we owned the home.

+ 0 moreCaptured a rat and removed. Re-set trap. Came back numerous days and no others trapped. Sealed up roof entry. Guaranteed for time we own home that there will be no more intruders. David is very professional and I highly recommend. I called Truly Nolen and was told over the phone that it would be a minimum of $650 without assessing the situation. I also called Critter Control and they scheduled apt and no-showed.

I thought the price a bit high, however after talking with 3 other service companies this was very reasonable and he is the only one with a LIFETIME guarantee. I feel they are trustworthy and very prompt which I don't find this in contractors to be true. I recommend without reservation. he was referred to me by my neighbors who are all VERY happy with his work and praise him highly and we all recommend to our friends
Description of Work: caught all the rodents from the attic, patched/ repaired more than a dozen holes in the roofline, guaranteed his work for life followed up with us in a couple weeks to make sure we are happy with his work, clean, neat, organized

+ -1 moreWe were very impressed! Dave came out and surveyed our situation. We had a huge rat problem. He took care of sealing up the access ways in the roof to prevent further nuisance. He kept coming back until all of the rats were captured. There were 16 rats! Ewww. He also found an ant problem that we had in the attic and is still providing pest control services. He is very reasonable and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond the scope of what he originally found, but never asked for more money.

+ 0 moreThe entire experience was very pleasant and totally professional. Mr. Anders knows what he is doing and does it in an understanding and sympathetic way. He and his assistants with the reconstruction were totally competent and pleasant in every respect.
Description of Work: David Anders returned our phone call. He came the next day. He examined the house exterior, climbing a ladder to the second floor to check for openings being used by the bats to enter and exit. He went into our attic to check on conditions there. He identified a particularly damaged area between exterior wood wall and interior. On return, he replaced worn soffit covering over exterior openings beneath roofs. This includes openings down chutes to permit bats to exit but prevent them from re-entering. As to the wood wall (the entire building is cinderblock with stucco except for this appr. 6'x12' wood wall), he brought two workers another day to rip it all out, clean out the bat excrement, add waterproof insulation, replace wood wall with sheets of concrete and paint. Cost paid for pest removal service includes repeat visits as needed and without additional charge so long as we remain occupants. Additional costs for reconstruction of damaged wall and interior amounted to + or - $600.00 for supplies and labor.

+ 0 moreI was hearing noises up in the attic, so I called David (Integrity owner). He came out that very afternoon and went up on the roof and in the attic. Sure enough, I had rats in the attic. David came the next day and sealed all of the entry points into the attic (20+ points of entry). He also set traps in the attic. He came back 3 days later to collect the dead rats (2). Dave lives up to the name of his company-integrity, He is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a lifetime guarantee (or at least until I have a new roof put on) on his work. I highly recommend David, and would use him again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreDave returned my call within a couple of hours. Said he could come in the morning, but called back later with a cancellation and was at my house within 30 minutes. He checked the attic, found the problem area where a rat had gotten into the ventilation for my microwave. He put a mesh over the roof vent, taped up the ventilation hose, and removed the microwave (I did not want it after this.. ) He's coming back in the morning with more supplies to finish the sealing of our attic and has treated to prevent further animal entry. His price was very reasonable, his attitude friendly, efficient, and professional. I certainlyrecommend him for any pest control or animal removal.
