Beacon Roof & Exterior Cleaning

I chose to go with another company because Beacon's price was too high.

We were very impressed with both the staff and service at Beacon Roof & Ext. Cleaning! The owner worked hard to accommodate our tight schedule before having our house painted. Our home is three stories, so the roof height is very high; and they were one of the few in the area that were able to accomplish the job without delays. They were careful to protect out landscape and left the property clean when they were finished. Their pricing was competitive--not the least expensive--but their work is guaranteed, they are very professional, and we definitely made the right decision!

Our house is ten + years old and a fair amount of mildew had built up, especially on the north facing surfaces. Beacon responded to our request for quote in a very timely manner, and worked us into their schedule very quickly. Ryan was very professional as was his staff. He thoroughly explained the process and materials they use, and what we should expect for results. We were extremely pleased with the results. The roof looks like new. I liked the fact that Ryan followed up after the services were complete to make certain we were 100% satisfied. I would strongly recommend Beacon to others.

I chose to go with another company because of the cost. The cost for pressure washing the house was about the same as the competitors but the cost to do the roof was almost double what the competitors were charging. They were very responsive and provided me a quote by email which was nice.

Beacon Roof and Exterior Cleaning were excellent from my original call to their office to get a quote, to then the technicians pulled out of my driveway after completion of the job. They were on time, friendly, professional and informative, and nice guys to talk to.They explained how the chemicals worked, covered all my shrubs, and did a fantastic job. I would hire them again in a microsecond. I think that says it all. Hire them. The price was as quoted, $550.

The company is very professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job. However, I hired a professional company because my small pressure washer would not do a very thorough job. Although they did the work, their equipment/process was not any more successful than mine.

Removed rust . However, yellow spots left all over concrete.

Arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) checked the roof & gutters and then went to work. Done in less than 3 hours. When they left you'd never know they were here other than my roof looked brand new!

Very professional company, and they did a beautiful job. They were also quick; completed job in one day. There was no damage to any plants and my roof and drives never looked so good. Their price was in line with other roof cleaning companies, but at that price they also cleaned my drives. Their technique seemed safer, and not as harsh on my roof, as other cleaners. I also like that they did not have to walk on my tile roof.

Beacon Roof and Exterior Cleaning specialises in cleaning without a high pressure sprayer or standard chlorine, using a lot of hand work and brushes. Their process is one of the few ecologically accepted for use near the Indian River. Also, it is preferable for my roof, which is urethane foam coated with a white elastomeric paint. Of course, the hand labor and special chemicals mean higher costs than conventional chlorine and high pressure sprayer. Normally they could not consider such a small job. On this recleaning, they arrived as usual very promptly and professionally, and finished quickly, spraying and scrubbing only the small flat roof portion of the house in less than 30 min. It turned out that they identified a serious electrical problem on the roof, where the connecting 220 V wires had lost much of their insulation, which was very helpful to me. As noted in their review on the earlier full roof cleaning, they are very good but expensive. They need to be considered for jobs in environmentally sensitive areas and roofing that can not stand high pressure sprayers.

Ryan the owner is very very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He cares about you as a customer and aims to please. His crew was the same way, informing us what they were doing, and how they will protect our shrubs and plantings and will clean off any left residue to make everything sparkle. Very very NICE people. Left a nice impression of being very conscientious of what they were doing and that their goal was to have a happy customer that is promised something and will get it with no fluffed up extra fees. Being a REALTOR for the last 19 years here in Brevard County, I will highly recommend this company to my clients just based on my personal experience with them.

i CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND ESTOMATOR WAS PROMT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. i THEN SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE PRESSURE WASHING. WORKERS ARRIVED, IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AND PROCEEDED TO PRESSURE WASH AREAS DESCRIBED. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WORKERS AS ME TO INSPECT TO DETERMINE IF WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I WOULD DEFINITELY THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PRESSURE WASHING NEEDS

Service co-ordinator was very polite, punctual in setting and keeping appointment for estimate. Workers arrived later than scheduled, but completed the job in a timely manner. I didn't need to be there for service, so the team being late was not an issue.

HIRE THESE GUYS NOW IF YOU NEED THESE SERVICES. They do wonderful work, on time, professional, courteous, friendly. They meet or exceed all expectations. We have used them twice and will continue to do so without hesitation in the future. This high praise from people who have always done "the job" themselves as we are seldom satisfied with the finished quality of jobs we have hired out. I've walked around the house looking for areas that might have fallen short - haven't found one yet. Again - Beacon rocks!

The job was excellent. This price is higher than the usual pressure cleaning because of the large manual labor required with this method. Other types of roofs could be cleaned cheaper with high-pressure cleaning with chlorine applied first. My roof has been cleaned using a moderate-pressure wash after an acid spray to loosen the mold, followed by several chlorine sprays, as I used to do. I could find no one using this approach. People should get several bids with different types of cleaning.

Provided estimate, scheduled service with in a week. They were on time, very professional and did a good job. There were areas on the roof that required additional treatments to remove. They were here about 2 hours and the roof looks great. All areas of mold/dark spots are gone and initial estimate was accurate. I would definitely use them again,
