They did a very good job for cleaning and easy to work with.

The Beacon crew arrived right on time, rang my doorbell to let me know they had arrived, and went straight to work. My roof looks absolutely awesome, and they flushed my gutters, too!! They were courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything when they had completed the job. This was definitely one of my best decisions, and their Customer Service (Gina) is exceptional. Thanks so much, Ryan, Charlie and Scott! I would very highly recommend Beacon.

All work was done quickly within 2 days of contacting them. Strong bleach smell but dissipated within a day. no serious plant damage, slight yellowing of some leaves but plants are all still alive.

Very well overall; lost a few small plants due to chemical burns.

Roof looked great and work was professional accomplished. Driveway and pool deck presented some problems as it turned out to be bigger job than earlier presented. Beacon finished the job although it took longer and we are very satisfied. They made it right and we would highly recommend them.

The job they did was great...roof looks fantastic. However, the killing of my grass from their cleaning is the issue. They supposedly came out, saw the damage, and put fertilizer on it to help it come back. They told me to give it a month. That was a couple of weeks ago. Will see what it looks like in another couple of weeks. As I shared with them, my property should have been left in the same state it was prior to their arrival. This is why I rated the professionalism as a "C,", as this was the only area that I felt my issue could apply.

I used Beacon Roof & Exterior Cleaning. I thought that they were extremely conscientious. I was impressed with the professionalism and the ability of their work.

Superb! They had done such a great job with our roof cleaning in December that we had them back to clean our fences.last July. They gave us an estimated cost for the job and appeared early on July 13th, with a most cheerful and pleasant team to clean our fences. They not only did a great job, but they carefully tides our bushes back so as to get good results on our fences, and they made sure the bottom edges of the fencing were clean and clear of any ground contact to deter rotting.

Both jobs were done very well and the staff who serviced us were friendly, professional and went out of their way to accomodate out needs and concerns. Their pricees were fair, considering how they did much more than just pressure clean, and the left without a trace of their having been there. Additionally they said if we saw anything that needed their attention related to their work, they'd come back...and they did promptly and happily.

Received estimate immediately and scheduled service for Monday. I am sure they will do a good job because they have in the past.

The price was fine. As far as professionalism, they were fine, I don't see any issue as long as they get the job done. I'm okay with it. I will use them again in the future if I need some work done.

They arrived on time and worked diligently for 7 hours, and continued working despite 2 hours of rain. The results: the 20 year old roof looks great, almost like new. They thoroughly cleaned the chimney. They spray washed a slimy black mildew buildup on our lanai deck and our front walk, with good results. There was a huge rust stain on our large garage door which they somehow got out. Unfortunately, a similar rust stain on the side of the house was improved somewhat, but the stain was still visible afterwards. The guy said I could buy rust remover at Home Depot and a spray bottle, etc., but I doubt I can do this myself. There were mud daubers high up in the corners of the entry way to our house- when they removed these, there were large defects left behind where dry wall tape and dry wall had fallen down. The defects were clearly the results of the spray washing, but the cleaning supervisor just shrugged his shoulders and basically said it was our problem now. I'm not sure if this was avoidable, but I was a little disappointed with this, since now I'll have to hire a handy man or a dry wall person to repair the damage. That will add to the $1000 expense. Overall, I thought they did a good to excellent job with the few little complaints as outlined above.

It went excellently. No problems with the job whatsoever. On time, efficient, friendly, conscientious, helpful. Took about a little less than 1/2 a day. Covered/protected my outdoor plants, cleaned up...like no one was here except for a sparkling, white roof again!

Beacon showed up as promised to do an estimate. Another company promised to show up at a certain time to do an estimate and that's the last I heard from them -- they did not call me to cancel or reschedule. The Beacon crew came on time, set up, and went right to work. The roof badly needed cleaning and there was mold stains both on the roof and exterior walls. They carefully watered and covered all foliage that might be damaged by their cleaning solution. It was obvious that these 2 chaps knew what they were doing and were very professional. They pointed out what they thought might be a problem with missing tiles at one area on the roof which I very much appreciated. Overall I was very much impressed by my experience with Beacon Roof and Exterior Cleaning. The roof looks like new and the exterior walls look like they were just painted. I highly recommend Beacon. Their price seemed a bit high but for the quality of the work and the total experience in dealing with them, it was worth it.

The roof looked great, but after a few weeks two of our plants against the house started to show signs of distress. We were very busy with the holidays, so I ignored the problems. A few months later, a large podocarpus was dying, but not dead. I called Beacon and they said that it was past the 30 day term agreed to on the contract to report any damage. Unfortunately, we were busy with the holidays and a large shrub takes longer to show signs of serious distress. A few months later, I called and explained that it was obvious that the product used on the roof caused the plant to die and that, regardless of the timeframe, they should replace the plant as a good business practice since the thirty day window to report problems was not highlighted on the contract, but contained in the small print. (Plus, a thinly veiled threat to report my dissatisfaction with their service to AL.) Beacon came out last week and replaced the plant. The new plant isn't quite as large as the established plant that was there, but it will be fine. During this problem, I found Ryan and the office help to be very professional and willing to keep a satisfied customer. Ryan is a very good businessman with great integrity, and I would definitely use them again. The B in responsiveness is due to the time it took to rectify the problem. This was partially my fault, but not entirely, so I wouldn't hold that against them. PS Be aware - you must check your plants before the 30 days expires!
